This study aims to describe the strengthening of student character through learning innovations implemented in public schools. Character strengthening has become an important focus in education because technological developments and social changes require students to have not only academic abilities but also good character. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research location was conducted in a public school with research subjects consisting of principals, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was tested through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed that the learning innovations implemented by teachers were able to support the strengthening of student character through project-based learning, the use of digital media, collaborative discussions, and the habituation of character values in learning activities. The character values developed included discipline, responsibility, cooperation, creativity, and social awareness. In addition, school support and teacher involvement were important factors in the successful implementation of character strengthening. However, there were several obstacles such as limited facilities and differences in student character that influenced the process of implementing innovative learning. This study concludes that learning innovation has a strategic role in shaping the character of students in public schools, so it is necessary to develop creative and sustainable learning models to support character education in schools.

This study aims to analyze Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based school financial management to meet the digitalization standards for elementary schools. The research method used was a mixed qualitative-quantitative approach with an Educational Action Research design, involving 60 respondents from school principals, teachers, and education personnel. Data collection techniques included observation, Likert-scale questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted descriptively and thematically through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of AI-based school financial management received a positive response from respondents across all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, financial management, reporting and transparency, auditing and evaluation, and system ethics and security. AI was perceived to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, accountability, and transparency of school financial management in an integrated and data-driven manner. The conclusion of this study indicates that Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based school financial management plays a strategic role in supporting the fulfillment of elementary school digitalization standards. However, its successful implementation depends heavily on infrastructure readiness, clear regulations, strengthened ethics, data security, and support from school management to ensure responsible and sustainable AI utilization. Latar belakang era digital menuntut kompetensi literasi digital yang mumpuni bagi guru, namun implementasinya di tingkat sekolah sering kali belum optimal. Penelitian Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen pendidikan dalam rangka penguatan literasi digital bagi guru SMA di Kota Lubuklinggau. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari beberapa tahap, yaitu identifikasi kebutuhan melalui survei dan wawancara, perencanaan program pelatihan yang terstruktur, implementasi pelatihan berbasis workshop dan pendampingan, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta mengenai tools digital untuk pembelajaran, keamanan informasi, dan etika berdigital. Peserta juga mampu mengaplikasikan pengetahuan tersebut dalam merancang Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) yang terintegrasi teknologi. Evaluasi mengindikasikan bahwa pendekatan manajemen yang sistematis dan berkelanjutan menjadi kunci keberhasilan program. Digital literacy is an essential competency in the era of technological transformation, which demands that educators and students utilize digital devices creatively, critically, and productively. However, in practice, many educators still use conventional presentation media, which is less than optimal in supporting interactive learning processes. This community service activity aims to improve digital literacy through training in the creation of creative presentation media based on digital applications. The implementation method includes needs analysis, material preparation, hands-on training, mentoring, and evaluation of participants' work. The material provided covers the principles of effective presentation design, the use of interactive features, multimedia integration, and strategies for communicative message delivery. Evaluation is carried out through an assessment of the presentation media products produced by participants and a training response questionnaire. The results of the activity indicate an increase in participants' understanding and skills in designing presentation media that are more creative, engaging, and in accordance with digital literacy principles. Participants are able to integrate visual, audio, and animation elements proportionally and demonstrate increased confidence in delivering material.
