The infant morbidity rate is the second indicator in determining the child's health status because it is a reflection of the baby's weak immune system. This is influenced by nutritional factors, socio-economic factors and demographics. Breastfeeding is related to the fulfillment of infant nutrition. Almost all babies in Indonesia (96%) have received breast milk but the infant mortality and morbidity rate is still high. It was found that the duration of breastfeeding greatly affects the survival of the baby, which is related to the imbalance of nutrients the baby gets while breastfeeding. The imbalance between the foremilk and hindmilk can cause problems for the baby such as discomfort and pain. Babies can become fussy, the consistency of the stool becomes watery, green and foamy, spit up, bloating and even diarrhea in babies. This research is descriptive in nature. The objective of this research is to describe the balance of foremilk and hindmilk of breast milk in breastfeeding mothers. The population in this study were all mothers who exclusively breastfed who had babies aged 1-12 months in the working area of the Kenali Besar Community Health Center. Sampling using accidental sampling technique with a sample size of 35 people. Data collection was carried out in January-February 2020 at the Kenali Besar CommunityHealth Center of Jambi City by interview using a questionnaire. The research results were analyzed by univariate. The results showed more than half of the respondents had poor knowledge (65.7%), positive attitudes (51.4%), abnormal length of breastfeeding (68.6%), and proper breastfeeding position and attachment (80%). .As many as 65.7% of respondents have an imbalanced of foremilk and hindmilk of breast milk. It is hoped that the health center and health workers will improve health promotion programs through counseling and exposure to lactation management regarding the balance of foremilk and hindmilk breast milk. It is hoped that breastfeeding mothers can balance the foremilk and hindmilk of breast milk by paying attention to the length of breastfeeding as well as the position and attachment during breastfeeding

Infant morbidity rate is the second indicator in determining the health status of children because it reflects the baby's weak immune system. This is influenced by nutritional factors, socio-economic factors and demographics. Breastfeeding is related to the fulfillment of infant nutrition. Almost all infants in Indonesia (96%) have received breast milk, but infant mortality and morbidity rates are still high. It is still found in the fact that there is a tendency for postpartum mothers to discard some of the colostrum (8.9%) and throw away all of the colostrum (5.9%). There is still a dominant practice of breastfeeding (5.1%) and partial breastfeeding (55.1%) according to the situation and analysis of exclusive breastfeeding by the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2014. This descriptive study aims to determine the pattern of breastfeeding in postpartum mothers and related factors. The population of this study were postpartum mothers (0-40 days) who had a newborn at PMB Yustati Ambarita and PMB Muzilatulnisma. The sample in this study were postpartum mothers (0-40 days) who had 27 newborns. Samples were taken by accidental sampling technique. This research was conducted from October 2020 to August 2021 at PMB Yustati Ambarita and PMB Muzilatulnisma. The results were analyzed univariately. The results showed that most of the respondents had good knowledge (74.07%), positive attitude (51.9%), high husband support (63%), high support from health workers (77.8%) and exposure to breastfeeding promotion (81.5%). A total of 96.3% of respondents had a pattern of exclusive breastfeeding for 40 days postpartum. It is hoped that the PMB will improve health education programs, especially in the lactation preparation program from the third trimester of pregnancy. It is hoped that mothers can increase their knowledge about breastfeeding preparation from trusted sources of information

The health of the digestive system affects the human immune system by 70%. Consuming food or drinks that contain probiotics is an effort to maintain digestive tract health which can be obtained from fermented foods and drinks. Tempoyak is a kind of traditional food which is the result of spontaneous fermentation of durian (durio zibethinus) by microorganisms. Mothers are generally not familiar with the term probiotics and do not know the benefits of probiotics, this can be seen from the results of the pre-test questionnaires distributed. Based on personal interviews with 3 breastfeeding mothers at PMB Yustati Ambarita, all of them admitted that they did not dare to eat tempoyak for fear of having an effect on their milk and babies. Not all mothers know that tempoyak contains good bacteria that are beneficial for digestive tract health. This study aims to determine the effect of health education on the knowledge, attitudes and perceptions of breastfeeding mothers regarding tempoyak as a source of probiotics (LAB) for the health of mothers and children. This research method is a quasi-experimental research with a pre-post test one group design. The population of this study were all breastfeeding mothers who had babies aged 0-2 years in the working area of PMB Yustati Ambarita. The sample in this study were all breastfeeding mothers who had babies aged 0-2 years as many as 20 people. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted from October 2021 to August 2022 at PMB Yustati Ambarita. The results of the study showed that there was an average increase in the knowledge, attitudes and perceptions of the respondents between before and after being given the intervention in the form of health education. It is hoped that PMB will improve health education programs related to the importance of probiotics during the third trimester of pregnancy. It is hoped that mothers can increase their knowledge about sources of probiotics from local food, especially tempoyak

Adolescent girls are one group of people who are vulnerable to anemia due to a lack of iron in their daily food consumption. Based on initial surveys, it was found that many young women suffer from anemia, one of which is due to a lack of consumption of vegetables and fruit. Teenagers prefer to eat foods that contain a lot of fat and sugar, they like instant food. The location chosen was Adyaksa 1 High School because the school is located in the city, densely populated and heterogeneous. The aim of the service was to determine the knowledge of young women about the importance of consuming Fe tablets and how and when to consume Fe tablets as an effort to prevent anemia at Adyaksa1 High School which was carried out in May 2024 for a total of 148 people. The activity begins with identifying partner problems, educational activities for young women about how and when to consume Fe tablets. Material is provided through lectures, giving leaflets and questions and answers with participants. Evaluation of the knowledge of young women before education is assessed by conducting a pretest, then they are given education once for 45-60 minutes. After the education ends, another evaluation is carried out in the form of a posttest with the same questions as the pretest. The results of the pretest and posttest with an average difference of 2-3 points, it can be concluded that there is an increase in knowledge of female students/adolescents in consuming fe tablets. Another expected output is the publication of the results of activities in the SINTA 5 accredited Health Services Journal (JAK).

Anemia in adolescents is still an important topic because it can have short-term and long-term impacts. Many factors influence the occurrence of anemia. One factor that influences the occurrence of anemia is iron deficiency. Moringa leaves contain high levels of iron (Fe) which can be consumed fresh, in the form of tea or capsules and other processed products. Consumption of processed moringa leaves can be an alternative to prevent anemia in adolescent girls. This community service activity was carried out on grade XI students of SMAS Adhyaksa 1, Jambi City. Based on field observations, most adolescents did not know the benefits of moringa leaves and had not consumed moringa leaves. Based on the initial survey, the partner's problem was the problem of knowledge. The purpose of implementing this educational activity is to increase knowledge. PKM activities were carried out from March to August 2024, starting with identifying partner problems and educational activities for adolescent girls. The material was provided through lectures, demonstrations and discussions with participants. Evaluation was carried out using questionnaires in the form of pretests and posttests. This activity was attended by 113 male and female students of SMAS Adhyaksa 1, Jambi City. The results of the evaluation during the education process, participants seemed enthusiastic about the counseling material, participants listened to the counseling carefully and participants asked questions related to unclear material. Anemia is still a health problem, especially in developing countries, an estimated 30% of the world's population suffers from anemia, especially adolescent girls. Many factors cause anemia such as lack of iron, folic acid and vitamin B12, abnormal menstrual cycles, food management and the body's need for iron. To find out the factors that cause anemia in young women, research was conducted on the description of knowledge and factors that influence the occurrence of anemia. The research method used was descriptive to determine the description of the factors that influence anemia. The population in this study was 229 people, the sample was 35 people, the sampling technique was random sampling, the instrument for measuring knowledge used a questionnaire, the data collected was analyzed univariately. The results showed that the majority of 21 people (60%) had sufficient knowledge of young women, (14.28%) had good knowledge, 9 people (25.71%) had poor knowledge. 32 people (91.4%) of young women did not consume blood supplement tablets and only 3 people (8.57%) consumed blood supplement tablets regularly. Lack of compliance among teenagers in consuming blood-added tablets makes it possible for teenagers to feel that they do not experience symptoms of anemia and when consuming blood-added tablets they feel nauseous, the medicine smells fishy. The conclusion of the research is that the picture of adolescent girls regarding anemia is due to the knowledge factor so that the level of adherence of adolescents to consuming blood supplement tablets is low, it is necessary to provide continuous education and check Hb levels regularly.

The World Health Organization (WHO) in 2013 stated that anemia is one of the health problems worldwide, especially in developing countries. As many as 30% of the world's population is estimated to suffer from anemia, especially adolescents and pregnant women. The prevalence of anemia in adolescents in the world ranges from 40% -88%. The 2018 Riskesdas report stated that the prevalence of anemia in Indonesia is around 22.2% in the age group ≥ 15 years. The prevalence of anemia in urban adolescent girls in Jambi Province is 9.0%. Anemia causes a decrease in reproductive health function, inhibits the development of intelligence, motor skills and mental which results in decreased learning achievement. If adolescent girls suffer from anemia from the start, it will be very dangerous for pregnancy and childbirth if they later marry and become mothers. One of the factors that influences the occurrence of anemia is iron deficiency. Foods that can increase the absorption of iron, especially non-heme iron, are vitamin C and certain sources of animal protein, such as meat and fish. Handling anemia with food ingredients is still rarely done even though it has great potential to prevent anemia, especially in adolescent girls. This study aims to determine the description of the use of local food to prevent anemia in adolescent girls. This research method is descriptive research with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study were all female students at SMAS Adhyaksa 1 Jambi City with a sample of 31 people using the Slovin formula. Samples were taken using a simple random sampling technique. This study was conducted from October 2023 to August 2024 at SMAS Adhyaksa 1 Jambi. The results showed that almost half of the female adolescents often (1x/day) consume protein (41.9%), vegetables 3-6x/week (48.4%), fruits 3-6x/week (45.2%). More than half of the female adolescents never consume iron tablets (58.1%) and tea/coffee with meals (54.8%). A small number of female adolescents rarely consume milk (38.7%). Local foods for preventing anemia that are most widely consumed by female adolescents at SMAS Adhyaksa 1 are red meat (animal protein source), tempeh (vegetable protein source), spinach (vegetables) and oranges (fruits). It is hoped that schools can increase education about the use of local food to prevent anemia and for young women, they can increase their intake of diverse local food to prevent anemia from occurring early on.
