Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan natrium karbonat sebagai antikoagulan lateks cair dari Perkebunan Karet di Nagan Raya. Sebanyak 6 sampel lateks cair disiapkan lalu ke dalam masing-masing sampel ditambahkan Na2CO3. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara memvariasikan volume Na2CO3 terhadap sampel lateks cair. Pada sampel (1) sampai (7) berturut-turut ditambahkan 0, 0.25, 0.375, 0.5, 0.75 dan 1 mL Na2CO3 10% w/v. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pada kontrol, lateks cair hanya bertahan selama ±8 jam. Sampel (2) sampai (6) menunjukkan bahwa lateks cair dapat bertahan selama ±15 jam, sedangkan pada sampel (7) menunjukkan lateks cair bertahan hingga ±48 jam. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan 1 mL Na2CO3 10% w/v terhadap sampel lateks dapat membuat lateks tetap dalam keadaan cair selama ±48 jam. Abstract

Study on enhancing the solubility of clay containing magnesium of localproduction (Indrapuri) has been conducted. The clay is commercially available and named as “kieserite” produced by local companies. The sample was taken randomly from fertilizer shops and analysed with AAS and XRF methods. XRF data of local kieserite showed the dominated chemical content; MgO(33.19%); SiO2(33.11%); CaO(1.90%);Al2O3 (5.77%) and Fe2O3(6.32%). The MgO content is higher than that of magnesium sulphate monohydrate (CAS No.: 14168-73-1) which is only 28%. The concentration of soluble magnesium ions of local kieserite naturally soluble was 0.0186% which is very low compared with the soluble magnesium of magnesium sulphate monohydrate (CAS No.:14168-73-1) which is 25%. The Enhancing the magnesium solubility was done by soaking the local kieseriteinto 0.1-0.5M HNO3 before neutralized with NH4OH or mixing the local kieserite with in alluvial, entisol, red-yellow-podsolik (RYP) soils with and without addition of 0.1-0.5M of (NH4)2SO4. The amount of dissolved magnesium of kieserite was found morein entisol soil than the other type of soils. The concentration increased up between 0.59-1.00% along with the incrementof (NH4)2SO4 concentration (0.1-0.5 M). Both in entisol soil and in 0.1 M of (NH4)2SO4, the dissolved magnesium ion increased up to 0.825% but decreased at higher concentration of (NH4)2SO4

Abstract

Tuna rungu adalah individu yang memiliki hambatan dalam hal pendengaran baik permanen maupun tidak. Dalam setiap proses mengajar siswa tuna rungu, perangkat pembelajaran sangat dibutuhkan untuk memvisualisasikan materi yang disampaikan, sehingga lebih mudah untuk memahami materi yang diberikan. Namun, perangkat pembelajaran matematika yang disusun khusus untuk siswa tunarungu sampai saat ini masih belum ada. Oleh karenanya, sangat diperlukan adanya perangkat pembelajaran matematika yang disusun khusus untuk siswa tunarungu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh perangkat pembelajaran berbasis Audio Visual Aids (AVA) pada siswa tunarungu yang memenuhi kriteria valid dan praktis. Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran tersebut mengikuti prosedur pengembangan produk dari Plomp yang diadaptasi menjadi empat tahap yaitu: (1) investigasi awal; (2) desain; (3) realisasi/konstruksi; dan (4) tes, evaluasi, dan revisi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui lembar validasi, dan angket respon siswa. Hasil validasi diperoleh bahwa RPP memiliki nilai rata-rata 3,63 dengan kriteria sangat baik dan dapat dikatakan valid, LAS memiliki nilai rata-rata 3,68 dengan kriteria sangat baik dan dapat dikatakan valid, dan hasil tes memiliki nilai rata-rata 3,63, yaitu kriteria sangat baik dan dapat dikatakan valid. Uji coba lapangan menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis Audio Visual Aids (AVA) pada siswa tunarungu tergolong baik dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran berada pada kategori sangat aktif. Oleh karena itu, perangkat pembelajaran dapat dikatakan valid dan praktis. selain itu, perangkat pembelajaran dalam penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai pedoman bagi guru untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran lainnya sesuai dengan karakteristik materi pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze student learning outcomes, describe student activities and describe student responses after the application of the learning together model on the material of molecular form at SMA Negeri 1 Krueng Barona Jaya. This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The population in this study were students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Krueng Barona Jaya. Data were collected by observing student activities, learning outcomes tests and filling out student response questionnaires. The results of the percentage of student activity from the first meeting to the third meeting in a row, namely 71%, 84% and 85% showed that the activity of students increased significantly. The percentages of learning outcomes at the first to third meetings were 67.50%, 77.50% and 87.50% which showed an increase and classical mastery achievement. Students showed a positive response to the application of the learning together model on the material in the form of molecules with a percentage of 94.07%. The learning together model can improve students' activities and learning outcomes. Students are enthusiastic in participating in learning using the learning together model and most of them give a positive response.

Abstract

One of the causes of the low critical thinking skills of participants is caused by the learning process that focuses on mastering concepts alone without involving students to construct knowledge independently. Less comprehensive learning tools are the main obstacles that are often encountered in the implementation of learning. Project based learning is a constructivist method that is able to involve students to construct knowledge empirically, one of which is by utilizing the content of ethnoscience as a contextual approach in project learning. This study aims to develop a quality ethnoscience-based Project based learning devices in terms of content validity and empirical validity. This study uses the research and development method with the ADDIE model. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Gandapura. The research instrument used a validation sheet, student response questionnaires and teacher response questionnaires. Data analysis used the Aiken V coefficient for critical thinking skills test questions; Interclass correlation coefficient for lesson plans, Student Worksheets and Handouts; percentage formula for teacher and student response questionnaires. The results showed that the ethnoscience-based Project based learning devices were categorized as very feasible and could improve the critical thinking skills of students with an N-gain of 0.88 which was classified as high, and received a positive response from the teacher with a percentage of 96.71% and students by 86.35%

Abstract

AbstrakPengembangan edible film dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pengemas makanan, untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengemas dapat ditambahkan antioksidan yang berfungsi menjaga makanan agar lebih tahan lama. Minyak serai wangi (Citronella oil) merupakan salah satu bahan yang dapat ditambahkan kedalam pengemas makanan yang berfungsi sebagai antioksidan karena memiliki kandungan fenolik yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan total senyawa fenolik yang ada di dalam active film dengan penambahan sebanyak 1%, 3%, dan 5% minyak serai wangi. Kadar total fenolik minyak serai wangi yang ditambahkan di dalam film ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode Folin-Ciocalteu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minyak serai wangi dengan persentase 1%, 3% dan 5% yang ditambahkan di dalam film memiliki kadar total fenolik secara berturut-turut 0,1679, 0,1822 dan 0,1987 mgGAE/g. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin banyak minyak serai wangi yang ditambahkan ke dalam film, semakin baik pula sifat antioksidan yang dimiliki film tersebut.Kata Kunci: Citronella oil, Kadar Total Fenolik , Folin-Ciocalteu.

Abstract

The research has been carried out on the development of LKPD based on the GGE model on colloidal material at SMAN 4, SMAN 8, SMAN 11, and SMAN 12 Banda Aceh. The objectives of this study are to: (1) analyze the feasibility of the LKPD based on the GGE model that has been developed on colloidal material, (2) describe the responses of class XI chemistry teachers at SMA Banda Aceh to the LKPD based on the GGE model. This study uses a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data. The type of research used is Research and Development (RD) with a 4-D model with four stages, namely (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop and (4) Disseminate. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. The study was conducted in four schools, namely SMAN 4, SMAN 8, SMAN 11 and SMAN 12 Banda Aceh. This study obtained results, namely (1) the validation of the feasibility of the LKPD by expert validators by 90% and based on the assessment of chemistry teachers by 89% in the very feasible category and (2) the results of the chemistry teachers' responses to the LKPD by 99% in the very category. good. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the LKPD based on the GGE model on colloidal material is valid and feasible to be used as teaching material on colloidal material.Keywords: Development, LKPD, GGE, Colloid
