Abstract

Globalization creates an increasingly cross-border movement easier and the increasing impact of transnational criminal networks. As many as 49% of the drug trafficking world today absorbed by the Southeast Asian market obtained from supplier countries such as Malaysia, China, India, Iran, and the Netherlands. In this study the authors use the perspective of constructivism. Constructivism is basically assumes that international politics is the result of a social construction that is the dialectical process between the structure and the gene in which political and human social environment interact to generate social and political changes. To bridge the formulation of the problem to the hypothesis the author uses the analysis unit of the international system. The author also uses theories and concepts with the concept of transnational narcotics. Globalization has provided an opportunity for individuals who are not responsible for the conduct of transnational crime. The realization of transnational crime the most crucial is the abuse of drugs, because it concerns the future of a nation, especially among the younger generation. International drug syndicates can easily enter the boundaries of countries in the world because it supported the network of organizations that are neat and sophisticated users of technology. Abstract

This research is explanatory research which aims to explain why Park Geun-hye applied the Trust Politic policy in dealing with North Korea in 2013-2016. Park Geun-hye was the president who was elected in the South Korean presidential election on December 19, 2012 for the 2013-2018 term of presidency. Known as the first female president in the country, park also has an attractive background as former president Park Chung-hee's daughter. Kim Dae Jung's Sunshine Policy failure and Lee Myung Bak's isolation policy made the South Koreans very vulnerable to the North Korean issue during the election period. Internal factors are Park Geun-hye's idealistic and progressive perception of North Korea and the failure of foreign policy towards North Korea before Park's time. While external factors are an escalation of threats from North Korea which is increasingly alarming and support from the international community towards Trust Politic policies.Keyword: Park Geun-hye, Trust Politic, Foreign Policy, North Korea

Abstract

This research  analyzes how the influence of Illegal Fishing in the Exclusive Economic Zone on the economy in Natua Regency. Illegal fishing activities in WPP-RI have resulted in huge losses for Indonesia, one of which is material losses caused by illegal fishing. In mid-2016, in March, May and June, three Chinese fishing boats were caught carrying out illegal fishing activities in the North Natuna Sea. The Joko widodo government made efforts which can be broadly classified into two approaches, namely the hard approach by strengthening the enforcement of maritime defense, security and safety to protect the territory and marine resources, and the soft approach by strengthening diplomacy. and maritime negotiations. These two efforts are to realize Indonesia as the world's maritime axis. This research uses qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through literature studies sourced from several books, journals, articles, websites. This study uses the perspective of Liberalism and the theory of Maritime Security. The results of this paper indicate that Material Losses are set based on the basic assumption. If MSY (Maximum Sustainable Yield = Maximum Sustainable Catch) of fish = 6.4 million tons / year, then what is lost is stolen and disposed of around 1.6 million tons / year . If the selling price of fish abroad is an average of 2 USD/kg, the annual loss can reach Rp. 30 trillion. Keywords: Illegal Fishing, Maritime Security, Chinese Fishermen.

Abstract

This research describes the efforts of Wakatobi society in making Wakatobi National Park as the world's biosphere reservation by UNESCO. Since long time ago, indigenous people of Wakatobi had done the environmental conservation through the folklore. Through the folklore Wakatobi people are able to build awareness in the society about the importance of environmental conservation of Wakatobi itself. This research uses international tourism theory and pluralism perspective. In the international relations, plurarism is not only about the relation between states, but also relationships between individuals and interest groups where the state does not always play the main actor and single actor. The data are collected through books, journals and internet media. The level of analysis used is the group analysis level. This analysis level assumes that the policy adopted by a decision maker is influenced by the groups around it.In July 2012 the United Nations Educational and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) officially decided Wakatobi National Park as the World's Biosphere Reservation because of the three interests of local Wakatobi society, such as wisdom, environmental sustainability and sustanaible economic interests of the society. The three interests that encourage the UNESCO make the marine area of Wakatobi National Park as the center of the World's Biosphere Reservation. Keywords : Wakatobi, UNESCO, National Park, Environment
