Abstract

This Research analyzes Diplomatic Relations Dynamic About Turkey and Russia after the incident of Aircraft. The bilateral relations that is held by the two countrys are unlikely to have no problem in them , the relationship must have been tidal and subsiding. Among the two countries that run this bilateral relationship one of them must be the big country that dominations the power in this relationship. The problems that aircraft airline in that sukhoi 24, will be discussed by the author throught a case study of shootingof Russianmilitary aircraft by turkey which cause the Russian ignited its anger and cause the state of bilateral diplomatic one of them. And relation between the two countries threatened its substainability, after this incident, the Russian issued diplomatic came out after existence of the political influed behind.In this Journal the authors will analyze the policy diplomatic with the science of International Relations and analyze how the purpose of Russia issued the policy for Turkey. Abstract

This study intends to analyze Indonesia’s strategy to increase exports of halal trading activities of halal product in Organisation of Islamic Cooperation market. The existence of human resource factors and the opportunity for Indonesia to market halal-labeled product in global market by carrying out the export of halal products. The Indonesian Government carries out a strategy to increase halal products marketed in international market especially OIC.In this study, the authors used library research and qualitative research methods. The analysis in this study uses the level of analysis of nation state, the concept of national interest, using the theory of international trade and competitive advantage. The use of this theory is because the research discusses Indonesia’s economic trade cooperation with the uniqueness of goods and focus of the target market. The perspective in this study uses the perpective of mercantilism.The result of this research is export of Indonesian halal products is cooperative activity in the economic sector and is expected to provide benefits for Indonesia through various schemes implemented. In general, the export of halal products has a broad scope with the aim of strengthening economic with Organisation of Islamic Cooperation.Keyword(s) : Strategy, Export, Halal Product, Organisation of Islamic Cooperation.

Abstract

This reseach describes the role of the World Health organization in haldling the spread of the HIV / AIDS outbreak in Indonesia. the rapid rise of HIV/AIDS cases in Indonesia, until 2013. The World Health Organization has declared an emergency on the international health situasion HIV / AIDS outbreak in Indonesia with the implementation of the program of the World Health Organization Global Programme on AIDS. Based on these issues, the problem is formulated as follows: "What is the role of WHO in efforts to address HIV / AIDS in Indonesia in 2010-2013?". World Health Organization asked all authorities to Participate The Necessary taking action to Prevent HIV/AIDS. This study Applies qualitative research method with library research. The sources of data are from the Journals, Books and the internet. this study uses the role of international organizations theory and non-state level of analysisThe research shows that the World Health organization has an important role in handling outbreaks with HIV/ AIDS in Indonesia, Especially in Indonesia. Through policy and strategy shape the draft strategy plan to eradicate an outbreak of HIV / AIDS, the World Health Organization urgent international cooperation to improve health facilities and treatment of diseases in countries affected with HIV / AIDS.Key words, the world health organizatin, shape strategy, foreign policy.

Abstract

This research explain about the efforts of United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) in dealing with sex tourism in Thailand. This research focused explaining about the role of UNWTO to fix sex tourism problem in Thailand, because sex tourism is one of the most favorite tourism in the world. UNWTO focused to protect the children because they are the biggest victim on sex tourism. This research intended to show the role of United Nations World Tourism Organization to handle the sex tourism in Thailand. UNWTO did some cooperation with Thailand Government and some international organization also with non-governmental organization. Attempts have been made from UNWTO by establish children protection, however UNWTO cannot get into the sex tourism sector adulthood and transgender because there are so much obstacles related to human rights.Keywords : Effort, UNWTO, Sex Tourism, Human Trafficking and Prostitution

Abstract

This study discusses Russian interests in the natural gas sector collaborating with China. EU provides economic sanctions against Russia after the conflict between Russia - Ukraine in 2009 and the annexation of the Crimea in the year 2014 made Russia is not allowed to export natural gas as main commodity as main income countries to the European Union as main consumer. Russia, which has abundant natural gas reserves, certainly needs a new market share of natural gas so that the excess natural gas reserves can be used as state revenues. Through the Eastern Gas Program project in 2014, Russia appointed China as the main market base for the sale of natural gas. This collaboration provides economic and political benefits to Russia. In international cooperation, countries that are interconnected together take an approach to find solutions to problems faced through approaching eachother. Through the Eastern Gas Program, Russia exploit China who are unable to meet the natural gas needs for the development of state-owned industries as a result of rapid growth. The Eastern Gas Project This program is a collaborative program created by Russian-owned energy company Gazprom agreed upon by China's energy company China National Petroleum Corporation. Abstract

The objective of this research is to understand Indonesia's Steps to Facing theEU's Demands for Indonesia's Biodiesel Disposal in 2013. Indonesia is the world'sleading biofuel exporter, even 90% of EU biodiesel imports from Indonesia.However, the EU claims that Indonesia has sold biodiesel to EU members at a pricebelow their normal value. According to EU investigations, the imposition ofadditional import duties for biodiesel industry in the European Union has beenimpaired by biodiesel imports from Indonesia and ArgentinaThis research is theoretically created by taking into account Liberalism'sperspective on International Relations and is supported by Adam Smith's AbsoluteExcellence theory. The formulation of all the theoretical arguments, facts, andframeworks in this study is guided by qualitative explanatory methods. The techniquein this research is through literature study. Data are obtained and collected fromjournal books, the last thesis and then from the internet related to the problem.Researchers found that Indonesia's Step Facing EU Demands Against DumpingIndonesian Biodiesel Product In 2013 through EU lawsuit to World TradeOrganization. Indonesia demanded the European Union through the World TradeOrganization (WTO) secretariat on June 10, 2014 and requests for consultationswith the WTO's Dispute Settlement Agency (DSB) as a third party. The governmentthrough the Ministry of Trade also sent a letter of objection to the European Unionon the decision. A letter of objection will be sent to the embassy in Jakarta. Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelago with the most numerous islands with their resources,including the ones owned in its outmost island. The Jemur Island are outmost island Indonesia.Island The outmost islands are rich in various resources but have not been managed yet. Thoseislands are also the first guard which acts as safeguard for the unity of Indonesia. Unfortunately,the government has not paid a comprehensive concern to those islands. It will endanger theentirety of Indonesia and caused great lost economically. Jemur Island is actually consists ofseveral clusters of island like: Tekong Emas island, Tekong Simbang island, Labuhan Bilikisland and some other small island. There is a probability that this island be a tourist window forof Riau in the future.This research focuses on Indonesia defenses strategy region outmost island to Malaysiain case Jemur Island the Province of Riau. Its strategic geographical location, in the middle ofIndonesia and Malaysia also gives this island an additional value to be developed in to a tourismresort. This research shows how Indonesia defense strategy region outmost island to Malaysia incase The Jemur Island with can strategy safety belt and potential border territory. And than theresearch also to explain potential Jemur Island to Indonesia, potential Jemur Island of Indonesiato Malaysia and analyzing conflict Jemur Island between Indonesia and Malaysia. Therefore, bythe way of good protection and management of the outmost islands, the unity of Indonesia will bedefended and the welfare of Indonesian will be enhanced. Abstract

Africa is the poorest continent with economic growth is relatively slow compared to other countries. This is because since the beginning of its independence from western colonialism, Africa was hit by the prolonged conflict. Due to poverty and security, Western nations are reluctant to invest and provide economic assistance to African countries. Western countries saw Africa as a field of conflict and human rights violations. In contrast to Western countries, India actually investing heavily in Africa. Indian direct investment in Africa is growing as cooperation occurs.This study analyzed the motivation of India to cooperate with African countries, why India is interested to cooperate, while on the other side of the western countries are reluctant to cooperate with African countries. This study uses the theory of international cooperation by KJ.Holsti, which explains the factors that encourage a state of international cooperation.Keywords: State, international cooperation, motivation, national interest

Abstract

This study describes the acquisition of Indonesia to the oil fields in Algiers in 2013. Themain factor is the motivation to acquire oilfields Indonesia is Indonesia's economic and politicalinterests.The data was obtained from books, and from the internet. This research analyzed byusing the theory of decision making.This study explains that Indonesian policy acquired oil fields in Algeria to meet the needsof the oil in Indonesia. the existence of good relations between Indinesia and Algiers, and thechallenges of oil exploration in Indonesia.Keyword: acquisition, motivation, national interest.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the efforts of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) against drug problems in Indonesia. UNODC is one of organizations under the UN Security Council which responsible for fighting various forms of drug trafficking and international crime. UNODC declared drug problems as serious problems for the international community. The effects of drugs can contribute to poor health and death. Not only that, the drug problem also involves the wearer as a drug courier who makes circulation more widespread. These results indicate that the efforts of the UNODC against drug problems in Indonesia by implementing UNODC programs. Some efforts are made the UNODC through alternative development programs to replace the marijuana plants, the global launch of the SMART program as a source of information exchange for Indonesia, implement the program country Indonesia and support pilot rehabilitation projects in Indonesia.Keyword : United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), drugs problem, Alternative Development, Global SMART Programme, Country Programme Indonesia, Pilot Project.
