Abstract

The aim from this research is to know how far the mobile payment system which applied in many conditions and by many people nowadays can affect the consumer’s purchasing interest. The purpose of this research is to inform that most of the people right now tend to change their lifestyle into millenium lifestyle which used many mobile payment systems in order to deal with everything they want in their living activities. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative research and simple linear regression analysis. The data obtained from those management students especially the class of 2018 and 2019 which includes several tests, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Simple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Test (partially t test and simultanous F test) and Determination Coefficient Test (adjusted r2).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure organizational sustainability with several constructs that are considered supporters, including performance appraisals, performance evaluations, employee competence, and motivation. The research method of this article uses a literature review study, Literature Study is a way to solve problems by tracing the sources of writing that have been made before.  The novelty of this article is the framework formed from the reference to previous international journal articles, findings of significance, and insignificance between variables. The gap in this study is described in a complete research result description and supported by previous articles.

Abstract

The purpose of this scientific article is to provide an input on leadership after the covid 9 pandemic from the organizational side with material for comparing the results of related scientific articles, The research method used is qualitative using literature studies from existing scientific articles discussing leadership after covid 19, below will be displayed a metric table of scientific articles that make findings related to leadership as follows,  The results of research on leadership results  in the post-Covid 19 pandemic, various leadership styles that exist in organizations used such as transformational leadership, holistic leadership, leadership in the field of education, leadership in the field of hospitality, leadership in government organizations, post covid 19 pandemic leadership roles in each organization with the leadership abilities of each individual. Abstract

Target dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah memahami pentingnya perencanaan dan pencatatan keuangan, dengan kesediaannya mengikuti pelatihan ini, tentang pembuatan suatu perencanaan dan pencatatan keuangan yang sederhana, namun cukup baik untuk diterapkan pada kegiatan usaha peserta sampai kepada para peserta pelatihan memahami pembuatan perencanaan dan pencatatan keuangan yang sederhana. Luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dalam hal ini adalah pemahaman tentang pengelolaan keuangan kepada para pengusaha disekitar IAI DKI Jakarta agar dapat menjadi pengusaha yang profesinal. Para pengusaha dapat saling berkompetisi sehat dengan mengedepankan kepuasan konsumen. Dengan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik maka mereka akan menjadi wirausahaan yang dapat mengimplementasikan segala ide kreatif dan inovatif sehingga produk yang ditawarkan memberi daya tarik pada konsumennya. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah dengan cara ceramah, diskusi dan tutorial soal praktis. Dan untuk evaluasi keberhasilan dari kegiatan ini ditentukan melalui nilai tes akhir yang diperoleh peserta. Kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan ini dikatakan berhasil bila sebanyak 70 % peserta memperoleh minimal memuaskan.

Abstract

Intrinsic motivation is the motives that become active or function so that there is no need for external stimulation, because from within the individual there is an urge to do something. Meanwhile, extrinsic motivation is motives that are active and function due to external stimuli. Transformational leadership reflects the attitude of a participatory leadership that is not only able to motivate and move the organization vertically and horizontally, but also to create an organizational capacity that is always agile in every situation. While job performance is the result of work related to organizational goals, efficiency and other performance effectiveness performance. To see the results of the work, of course there are aspects that can be measured in it and Employee Creativity refers to the emergence of new and useful ideas for employees. Employees as members of the organization who are experienced in human resource practices, therefore the attitudes and behavior of employees depend on the management system implemented. This study aims to determine the influence of Intrinsic-Extrinsic Motivation and Transformational Leadership Relationships on Job Performance through Employee Creativity moderated by spiritual incentive. The type of research used is Systematic Literature Review research.

Abstract

The purpose of the study wants to prove and strengthen the results of existing research related to variables used in literature studies from reputable national journal sources and reputable international journals, qualitative research methods with literature review of scientific articles derived from reputable international journals and national reputation, by looking for evidence to corroborate. Evidence from several scientific articles found related to the variables of this study, all of them have a positive and significant influence, and a strengthen the results of past research by adding to the treasures of the results of this study with the variables used. Recommendations for other researchers in the future, then use the differentiating variables found by the researcher to be used in future research using different research methods and objects in the field of human resource management.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide a deeper insight into the relationship between budget and sustainable development, and how organizations can utilize it to achieve better results in various aspects. This paper uses a qualitative research method with literature related to the variables in this paper, which will look at the implementation of the variables in this paper, the literature comes from international journals with a span of ten years. Integrating sustainable development goals into their budget process, businesses can create a more positive impact on the environment and society and ensure better financial accountability. Adopting a more sustainable approach in budgeting and integrating the principles of the SDGs, businesses can contribute to sustainable development and achieve better operational productivity, while fulfilling their social responsibilities.
