Abstract

Jumlah cakupan layanan testing dan konseling HIV di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah untuk menjangkau populasi berisiko dan mengetahui status HIV di masyarakat. Pemberian konseling HIV dan test yang berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan penerimaan ibu terhadap pelayanan kesehatan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui effektivitas konseling HIV/AIDS terhadap perilaku ibu hamil dalam pelaksanaan screening HIV/AIDS di Wilayah Puskesmas Banguntapan Kabupaten Bantul. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimentaldengan One Group Pre-test – Post-test Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil yang datang berkunjung di Puskesmas Banguntapan I dan Banguntapan III dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan kriteria eksklusi sebayak 41 responden.Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Uji Wilcoxon. Perilaku ibu hamil dalam pelaksanaan screening HIV/AIDS sebelum konselingsebagian besar responden bersedia melakukan yaitu sebanyak 32 (78%), sedangkan setelah konseling sebagian besar responden bersedia melakukan sebanyak 39 (95,1%). Perbedaan perilaku dalam pelaksanaan screeningHIV/AIDS sebelum dan setelah pemberian konseling (nilai signifikasi = 0,008).Terdapat perbedaan perilaku dalam pelaksanaan screening HIV/AIDS sebelum dan sesudah pemberian konseling tentang HIV/AIDS.

Abstract

Infeksi Human Immundeficiency Virus (HIV) berkaitan dengan diagnosa kehamilan yang kurang baik yaitu resiko lahir meninggal, persalinan prematur dan retardasi pertumbuhan intrauterin. Jangkauan layanan testing dan konseling HIV perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan jumlah ibu hamil yang mengetahui status HIVnya agar yang HIV positif mendapatkan layanan kesehatan lebih dini. Upaya tersebut adalah layanan konseling dan tes HIV atas prakarsa petugas kesehatan (PITC) disamping menguatkan layanan konseling dan testing HIV secara sukarela (VCT). Data Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sleman tahun 2017 menunjukkan jumlah ibu hamil HIV positif sejumlah 4 kasus, sedangkan jumlah ibu hamil yang sudah memanfaatkan layanan PITC di Puskesmas Depok II hanya 178 orang dari 356 ibu hamil (50%). Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan dukungan tenaga kesehatan dalam pemanfaatan layanan PITC selama kehamilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Informan penelitian dipilih dengan teknik purposive terdiri dari 2 bidan Puskesmas Depok II dan 2 staf Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sleman.. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam (indepth interview). Teknik analisis data kualitatif dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif isi (content analysis). Dukungan tenaga kesehatan dalam pemanfaatan layanan PITC selama kehamilan dapat meningkatkan cakupan PITC bagi ibu hamil. Dukungan informasi, emosional dan instrumental sudah diberikan kepada semua ibu hamil. Dukungan penghargaan belum secara langsung diberikan kepada semua ibu hamil. Abstract

HIV infection has become one of the complications of pregnancy that often occurs. Efforts to minimize this risk are HIV testing and counseling services on the initiative of health workers or Provider Initiated Testing and Counseling (PITC). This study analyzes the determinant factors of pregnant women's interest in utilizing PITC services. This research used a quantitative approach combined with a qualitative approach (Mixed Method). The research conducted in Depok II Public Health Center (PHC), Sleman Regency. Data analysis techniques were using Chi-Square, multiple logistic regression, and content analysis. This study shows that there is no correlation between the level of knowledge (p=0.214), stigma and discrimination against HIV/AIDS (p=0.536), the support of husband (p=0.092), and the support of health workers (p=0.161) with the interest of pregnant women in utilizing PITC services. There is a relationship between attitude (p=0.000), needs (p=0.002), and belief (p=0.004) with the interest of pregnant women in utilizing PITC services. The result of multiple logistic tests stated that attitude was the determines (p= 0.000, 95% CI= 0.036-0.393). The results of the quantitative data analysis showed that the majority of husband support was in a good category (56.6, and the majority of health workforce support was in a good category (77.1%). The attitude was the most determining factor of the interest of pregnant women in utilizing PITC services.

Abstract

HIV screening integrated into antenatal care can significantly increase satisfaction for pregnant women who are infected or not so that it can increase the awareness of mothers to do screening. Purpose of the research to determine the determinants of satisfaction of pregnant women on HIV AIDS screening. The type of research was explanatory research used mixed method with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique was total sampling. Data analysis using Chi Square test and logistic regression. There was a relationship between health worker communication (p = 0.002) and physical appearance (p = 0.002) and satisfaction with HIV AIDS screening. There was no relationship between the attitude of health workers (p = 0.15) and the skills of health workers (p = 1.00) with satisfaction on HIV AIDS screening. The most influential factor on the satisfaction of pregnant women in HIV AIDS screening is physical appearance with Exp (B) of 0.148 that means officers and health facilities with unsupportive appearance will show less satisfaction of respondents by 0.148 times greater than health workers and facilities who have good physical appearance. The most influential factor on the satisfaction of pregnant women in HIV AIDS screening is physical appearance.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Masalah HIV/AIDS di Indonesia adalah salah satu masalah kesehatan nasional yang memerlukan penanganan bersama secara komprehensif. Sejak 10 tahun terakhir, jumlah kasus AIDS di Indonesia mengalami lonjakan yang bermakna. Jumlah cakupan layanan testing dan konseling HIV di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah untuk menjangkau populasi berisiko dan mengetahui status HIV. Menurut penelitian pemberian konseling HIV dan test yang berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan penerimaan ibu terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Tujuan Penelitian : untuk mengetahui effektivitas konseling HIV/AIDS terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil dalam pelaksanaan screening HIV/AIDS di Wilayah Puskesmas Banguntapan Kabupaten Bantul.Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimental dengan One Group Pre-test – Post-test Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil yang datang berkunjung di Puskesmas Banguntapan I dan Banguntapan III dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan kriteria eksklusi. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah  t-test.Hasil: Rata-rata pengetahuan responden tentang HIV/AIDS di Puskesmas Banguntapan I dan III sebelum diberikan konseling (pretest) yaitu 78,05 sedangkan rata-rata pengetahuan responden tentang HIV/AIDS di Puskesmas Banguntapan I dan III setelah diberikan konseling (posttest) yaitu 76,60. Tidak ada perbedaan pengetahuan tentang HIV/AIDS sebelum dan setelah pemberian konseling (nilai signifikasi = 0,161).Kesimpulan: Tidak ada perbedaan pengetahuan tentang HIV/AIDS sebelum dan setelah pemberian konseling. Kata Kunci: Konseling, HIV/AIDS, Pengetahuan

Abstract

Peran kader kesehatan di posyandu sangat penting dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat di desa. Namun, masih banyak kader yang kurang memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang memadai dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Terutama pada masa pandemi COVID-19, kader menjadi semakin penting dalam program pendampingan ibu hamil, mengingat adanya pembatasan pada layanan kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pelatihan kader dalam pendampingan ibu hamil menjadi sebuah solusi yang tepat dan efektif. Dalam kegiatan ini, metode partisipasi interaktif disertai ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, dan role play berdasarkan kasus digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kader dalam pendampingan dan konseling ibu hamil. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan kader dalam pendampingan ibu hamil setelah mengikuti pelatihan, yang ditunjukkan dengan kader mampu mempraktekkan pendampingan dan konseling ibu hamil pada saat simulasi kasus. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini menjadi sebuah upaya yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan di desa, khususnya pada masa pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

Background: Midwifery care has been combined with alternative and complementary midwifery services. The increase in complementary services needs to be balanced with efforts to improve the quality of medical services, one of which is assessing patient satisfaction.Objective: to determine the relationship between patient characteristics and satisfaction with complementary services by midwives.Methods: This research was a quantitative study using a cross-sectional design. The research location was Ngaglik I Public Health Care area. The sample of this study amounted to 30 respondents taken by purposive sampling. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate chi-squareResults: There is no relationship between age and patient satisfaction (P-value 1.00>0.05). There is no relationship between employment status and patient satisfaction (P-value 0.657>0.05). Based on the level of education, there is no relationship with patient satisfaction (P-value 0.637>0.05). There is no relationship between parity (P-value 1.00>0.05) with patient satisfaction in complementary services by midwives.Conclusion: There is no relationship between the characteristics of age, occupation, education, and parity with patient satisfaction in complementary services by midwives.

Abstract

Research Background : The habit of baby massage in Indonesian society is something that has been known for a long time, but unfortunately, in this case the shaman is an important role. A shaman is considered a person with charismatic powers who has a special authority that is self-acquired and is a gift from God. Giving baby massage to a shaman has become a tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation. Baby massage is one of the oldest traditional cultures in Indonesia and even in the world. Research Objective: To determine the relationship between mother's trust in baby massage carried out by a shaman with the giving of complementary therapy. Research Methods: The type of research used is analytical research with a cross-sectional design. The research location was carried out in the working areas of 4 Kendal Regency Public Health Centers and 3 Sleman Regency Public Health Centers. The research was carried out in July-September 2023. The population used in the research was all mothers with babies. The sample for this research was mothers who had babies aged 0-24 months who were selected for research based on the results of sampling with a total sample of 118 people taken by purposive sampling. The data analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the study: The results of statistical test there is a relationship between the mother's trust in baby massage by a shaman with the giving of complementary therapy (p = 0.009). Conclusion: From the results of this research, it is hoped that the work area will receive results Public Health Centers to open baby massage classes for mothers so that mothers are motivated to do baby massage alone.
