Abstract

Ekonomi Sirkular adalah sebuah model memperpanjang siklus hidup atau memaksimalkan penggunaan produk secara berulang. Indonesia telah mengadopsi ekonomi sirkular ke dalam visi dan strategi pembangunan nasional. Ada lima sektor yang menjadi prioritas yaitu pembangunan energy berkelanjutan, pengolahan limbah terpadu, pengembangan industry hijau, pemulihan lahan berkelanjutan serta inventarisasi dan rehabilitasi ekosistem pesisir dan kelautan. Salah satu tantangan dalam penerapan ekonomi sirkular adalah merubah kebiasaan. Ekonomi sirkular akan tergantung pada setiap elemen perekonomian melakukan transisi kebiasaan. Banyak hal yang harus diadaptasi oleh masyarakat dalam melaksanakan ekonomi sirkular. Informasi yang cukup akan membuat perubahan kebiasaan menjadi semakin cepat. Desa Ciomas merupakan desa yang memiliki potensi pengelolaan limbah yang dapat berdampak terhadap lingkungan. Namun sampai dengan saat ini kesadaran akan arti pentingnya pengelolaan lingkungan belum disadari oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah desa. Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam program pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah pemahaman tentang lingkungan yang lebih baik pada perangkat desa dan Masyarakat desa Ciomas. Orientasi yang dilakukan mulai dari sosialisasi tentang pentingnya pengelolaan lingkungan dan dampaknya bagi desa secara ekonomi, pengembangan potensi usaha berbasis ekonomi sirkular dan pemantapan bisnis BUMDES yang didukung oleh pemerintahan desa.

Abstract

Research objectives: 1)to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance. 2) to determine the effect of competence on the. 3) to determine the effect of work culture on the performance. 4) to find out whether leadership can moderate the relationship between work motivation and the performance. 5) to find out whether leadership can moderate the relationship between competence and the performance . 6) to find out whether leadership can moderate the relationship between work culture and the performance. The study population was all private madrasa teachers in Ciawigebang District, Kuningan Regency, totaling 127 Madrasa teachers. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. The data analysis method uses SEM analysis with the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results of the study: 1) work motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. 2) competence has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. 3) work culture has a positive and significant on teacher performance. 4) leadership cannot moderate the influence of work motivation on teacher performance. 5) leadership cannot moderate the influence of competence on teacher performance. 6) leadership is unable to moderate the influence of work culture on teacher performance.

Abstract

The phenomenon of this research is oriented towards the decision process of choosing a student guardian for the Nurul Huda Kertawangunan Islamic Boarding School. The population in this study were all student guardians representing students at the Nurul Huda Kertawangunan Special Islamic Boarding School for SMPIT, MA and SMAIT levels for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 468 student guardians. Respondents who filled out the questionnaire were 228 santri guardians. The research results found that the perception of the quality of educational services had a significant positive effect on trust and image of the institution, but had an insignificant positive effect on the choice decision process. Trust has an insignificant positive effect on the voting decision process. The image of the institution has a significant positive effect on the voting decision process. The influence of perceived quality of educational services on the choice decision process cannot be mediated by trust, but can be mediated by the image of the institution.

Abstract

Bottled drinking water (AMDK) has become a basic need for people in Indonesia. Consumers when choosing AMDK consider various factors, including product quality and price. Many companies that produce bottled drinking water have to compete to get their products chosen by consumers. Generation Z, when deciding to purchase a product, looks at various aspects such as product quality and price as factors to consider. So a review is needed journal papers  which discusses product quality on purchasing decisions with price perceptions as a moderation that strengthens this relationship. Method used in this research are Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which focuses on journal articles published from 2019 to 2023. This study sets three research questions (Research Questions, RQ). The focus of this research is on bottled drinking water producers in the hope that it can help understand consumer behavior and implement appropriate strategies to increase product sales.

Abstract

The study aims to understand and analyze how leadership, work environment, and work motivation impact work discipline. This is a descriptive quantitative study aimed at examining influence among two or more variables. The variables in this research are leadership, work environment, and work motivation as independent variables, and work discipline as dependent variable. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and F-tests. The result showed that leadership, work environment, and work motivation impact of work discipline by 73.6%. Leadership yield a positive and significant impact on work discipline, the work environment yield a positive and significant impact on work discipline, and work motivation yield a positive and significant impact on work discipline. In other words, the more effective the leadership, work environment, and work motivation, the higher the work discipline. Therefore, leadership, work environment, and work motivation need to be further improved in the future as these three factors can influence and enhance work discipline.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pengguna jasa transportasi online Grab di Kecamatan Kuningan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola pengaruh variabel Promosi dan variabel Persepsi Harga terhadap Minat Beli Ulang jasa transportasi online Grab. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 108 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif untuk menggambarkan karakteristik sampel dan persepsi responden serta metode verifikatif untuk menguji dampak promosi dan persepsi harga terhadap minat beli ulang. Adapun teknik analisis data yang dilakukan didasarkan pada model regresi linear berganda. Di dalam model tersebut digunakan dus statistik uji, yaitu uji F untuk pengujian hipotesis secara serentak, dan uji t untuk menguji hipotesis secara individual. Hasil pengujian menyatakan: (1) Variabel Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang. (2) Variabel Persepsi Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang. (3) Promosi dan Persepsi Harga secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang. Kata kunci: promosi; persepsi harga; minat beli ulang   Abstract This research was conducted on users of the Grab online transportation service in Kuningan District. The aim of this research is to find out the influence pattern of Promotion variables and Price Perception variables on Repurchase Interest in Grab online transportation services. The population in this study was 108 respondents, the sampling technique used purposive sampling, the data collection method used a questionnaire. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods to describe sample characteristics and respondents' perceptions as well as verification methods to test the impact of promotions and price perceptions on repurchase interest. The data analysis technique used is based on a multiple linear regression model. In this model, test statistics are used, namely the F test for testing hypotheses simultaneously, and the t test for testing hypotheses individually. The test results state: (1) Promotion variables have a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest. (2) The Price Perception variable has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. (3) Promotion and Price Perception simultaneously and significantly influence Repurchase Intention. Abstract

This systematic literature review research explains the leadership and motivation of employee performance in KUA. As a technical implementation unit under the directorate general of Islamic community guidance as stated in PMA 34 of 2016, KUA has served the daily lives of Indonesian people such as marriage, marriage guidance and zakat waqf. However, the performance of KUA employees is often faced with various challenges, such as lack of leadership and motivation. Optimal performance of KUA employees is the key to providing quality services to the community. This study aims to find smart solutions in formulating strategies to improve the performance of KUA employees based on a systematic review of leadership and motivation review literature. The study was conducted by collecting and analyzing literature related to factors that affect the performance of KUA employees, as well as effective strategies to improve the performance of the State civil apparatus (ASN) in the religious affairs office. The results showed that there are several factors that affect the performance of KUA employees, namely transformational leadership, charismatic leadership, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation. These factors are interrelated and can be optimized to improve the performance of KUA employees.

Abstract

This research phenomenon is oriented towards the performance of village apparatus in Cidahu District, Kuningan Regency. The population of this study was all village apparatus in Cidahu District, Kuningan Regency, totaling 135 employees. Given the relatively small population, all populations were used as samples in this study, totaling 135 village apparatus in Cidahu District, Kuningan Regency. The results of the study were that employee engagement had a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment. Work discipline and transformational leadership style of the village head had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Employee engagement and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the performance of village apparatus. The transformational leadership style of the village head had a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of village apparatus. Organizational commitment had a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of village apparatus. Organizational commitment is unable to mediate the influence of employee engagement, work discipline and transformational leadership style on the performance of village officials.

Abstract

The performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) significantly contributes to the effective and efficient implementation of bureaucracy. Several factors can influence ASN performance, particularly within the environment of the Kuningan District Secretariat. The use of the SIJAPATI application as a performance assessment tool plays a crucial role in enhancing ASN performance. Additionally, job satisfaction also theoretically impact performance. This study aims to examine the effects of performance assessment on ASN performance, mediated by job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method, with data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with the SmartPLS application. The findings indicate that performance assessments, both directly and indirectly mediated by job satisfaction, have a significant positive effect on performance.. These findings provide insights to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational performance within the Kuningan.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) is a form of contribution by higher education institutions to support the development and empowerment of the community, particularly in the economic sector. Through this initiative, universities aim to provide practical solutions to the problems faced by the community, including enhancing the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The community service program in Geresik Village, Ciawigebang District, Kuningan Regency aims to enhance the competitiveness of MSMEs through halal certification. This program involves intensive training on the importance of halal certification, the registration process, and relevant regulations. The methods employed in this PKM activity include workshops, hands-on training sessions, and one-on-one consultations to address specific concerns of MSMEs. Key stakeholders involved in this program include university faculty members, local government officials, representatives from halal certification bodies, and MSME owners from the village. The results show an increase in the capacity and knowledge of MSME actors; however, there are challenges in separating raw materials and prioritizing products that need certification. The main issues faced include a lack of awareness about the added value of products with halal certification and the costs associated with obtaining the certificate. This program emphasizes the need for continuous education and financial support to ensure that MSMEs can leverage halal certification to improve product competitiveness. Collaboration with the government, community, and private sector is crucial to achieving this goal.ABSTRAKProgram Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) merupakan salah satu bentuk kontribusi perguruan tinggi dalam mendukung pengembangan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, terutama di sektor ekonomi. Melalui kegiatan ini, universitas berupaya untuk memberikan solusi nyata atas permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat, termasuk dalam hal peningkatan daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Program pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Geresik, Kecamatan Ciawigebang, Kabupaten Kuningan bertujuan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM melalui sertifikasi halal. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pelatihan intensif tentang pentingnya sertifikasi halal, proses pendaftaran, dan regulasi yang relevan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini meliputi lokakarya, sesi pelatihan langsung, dan konsultasi satu per satu untuk mengatasi masalah spesifik yang dihadapi oleh UMKM. Para pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat dalam program ini mencakup dosen universitas, pejabat pemerintah daerah, perwakilan dari badan sertifikasi halal, dan pemilik UMKM dari desa tersebut. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas dan pengetahuan pelaku UMKM; namun, terdapat kendala dalam pemisahan bahan baku dan prioritas produk yang perlu disertifikasi. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya kesadaran tentang peningkatan nilai produk dengan sertifikasi halal dan biaya pengurusan sertifikat. Program ini menekankan perlunya edukasi berkelanjutan dan dukungan finansial untuk memastikan UMKM dapat memanfaatkan sertifikasi halal demi meningkatkan daya saing produk. Kolaborasi dengan pemerintah, masyarakat, dan sektor swasta sangat penting untuk mencapai tujuan ini.
