Abstract

Kecemasan pasien yang harus mengalami proses pembedahan, salah satu cara mengatasinya dengan teknik distraksi/ pengalihan perhatian yang salah satunya dengan mendengarkan music. Peran asuhan keperawatan dalam menangani pasien yang mengalami kecemasan dari aspek sisi spiritualnya seringkali diabaikan, perawat hanyamenjalaskan prosedur proses operasi pada pasien dengan tujuan pasienlebih tenang ketika mengetahui proses apa yang dijalani. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian terapi musik religi nasyid “Demi masa” dengan penurunan tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi dengan anestesi sub arachnoid blok di RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Gubug. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penilitian Quasi Experiment dengan rancangan Nonequivalen control group design, pengukuran kecemasan pasien pra operasi dengan  anestesi spinal melalui pengukuran sebelum dan setelah terapi music religi yang dilakukan pada 15 sampel untuk kelompok kontrol dan 15 sampel untuk kelompok intervensi. Hasil uji statistik analisis independent T-test didapatkan  perbedaan kecemasan pada kelompok terapi musik religi nasyid dan kelompok tanpa terapi musik religi nasyid di RSU PKU Muhammadiyah tahun 2014 (p-value: 0.000).Penelitian ini merekomendasikan Perawat dapat menerapkan terapi musik religi nasyid untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi tanpa menggunakan upaya farmakologi.

Abstract

Background: Knowledge of adolescent reproductive health is still very low evidenced 83.7% of adolescent reproductive health and the lack of understanding of just 3.6% who know the importance of reproductive health. So also with the limited knowledge of adolescents about reproductive health often leads to premarital sex acts. City teenagers are increasingly daring sexual intercourse before marriage. Objective: To determine the relationship of adolescent dating behavior with adolescent premarital sexual incident in the village of the district Rendeng Kudus. Methods: This study was correlational. The approach used in this study was cross sectional. The population in this study were young in the village Rendeng totaling 140 people. Sample of 58 people. Data analysis using chi square.Results of the research Most teens have not suit the application value - the value of religion as many as 35 people (60.3%) and the appropriate application of value - the value of religion as much as 23 people (39.7%). Most teens have a negative sexual behaviors as many as 36 people (62.15) and was positive in 22 (37.9%). There is a relationship Application values of Islam with Genesis Premarital Sexual Teen in Village Rendeng RW 2-5 Kudus Regency (p value = 0.001).

Abstract

This research was motivated by changes in the wiwitan tradition which then made relevance to Ismail Raji al-Faruqi's thoughts on social science, in which al-Faruqi's thoughts were associated with Tawhid which is the principle of social order. Tawhid not only emphasizes individual piety but also social piety. Because monotheism is the first determining principle in Islam, its culture and science. This study uses qualitative research with sociological methods, with data collection methods using instruments in the form of documents, interviews, and observations. This research finds some of al-Faruqi's thoughts about the principle of monotheism which is the social order in society. because monotheism is not for seeking the truth within oneself but for others as well, the concept of truth for oneself is just a waste. This is in line with the changes in values ​​in the wiwitan tradition, which produce values ​​from social, economic, religious and spiritual aspects. Which this tradition has a positive impact on religious social life, in terms of monotheism with the form of gratitude to the Almighty by giving alms in the form of giving food to others.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to explore the concept of Sharia pharmacy from the perspective of the Qur'an by analyzing verses related to medicine. Sharia pharmacy represents a pharmaceutical approach integrating scientific aspects with Sharia principles, such as halal, cleanliness, and medical ethics. Theoretical framework: The theoretical framework is grounded in the thematic interpretation (tafsir maudhu’i) of Qur'anic verses, emphasizing their linguistic, historical, and scholarly interpretive contexts. Literature Review: A thorough literature review examines previous studies on Qur'anic perspectives on medicine and their alignment with contemporary pharmaceutical practices. Methods: The research employs a literature study using thematic interpretation to deeply analyze relevant Qur'anic verses alongside medical and pharmaceutical literature. Results: Key findings include the identification of fundamental principles in the Qur'an regarding health, such as maintaining well-being (QS Al-Baqarah: 195), avoiding prohibited substances (QS Al-Maidah: 3), and emphasizing natural remedies (QS An-Nahl: 69). This study also highlights the synergy between Sharia pharmacy concepts and modern pharmaceutical developments, particularly in promoting halal and thayyib (pure and good) products. Implications: The research's implications underline the significance of integrating Sharia values into pharmaceutical science, urging policymakers to prioritize halal certification for pharmaceutical products, especially in Muslim-majority countries. Furthermore, this integration offers a framework for enhancing ethical and spiritual considerations in health services, benefiting both professionals and patients. Novelty: The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive integration of Qur'anic interpretation with modern pharmaceutical science, offering a fresh perspective on Sharia pharmacy development. This approach enriches the field by bridging spiritual and scientific domains, fostering holistic healthcare solutions. This study serves as a valuable reference for researchers, academics, and pharmacy practitioners aiming to harmonize Islamic values with contemporary pharmaceutical advancements, thereby contributing to better health services globally.

Abstract

Orientasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab di perguruan tinggi berbasis pesantren melibatkan strategi yang lebih terstruktur dan mendalam, mengingat bahwa mahasantri seringkali memerlukan pendekatan yang lebih akademis dan terencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi berbagai orientasi mahasantri dalam mempelajari bahasa Arab di universitas berbasis pesantren serta mengeksplorasi beberapa faktor yang melatarbelakanginya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis survey, sedangkan sumber data berasal dari responden yang merupakan mahasantri aktif program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab Universitas Kiai Abdullah Faqih tahun akademik 2023-2024. Data tersebut diperoleh menggunakan teknik interview dan kuisioner semi tertutup, yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif interaktif yang meliputi koleksi data, penyajian data, kondensasi data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum terdapat empat macam orinetasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab sebagai bahasa asing, dan kesemuanya mendapat tanggapan daripada mahasantri Pendidikan Bahasa Arab. Orientasi religius menempati urutan teratas berdasarkan jawaban responden dengan total enam belas tanggapan, selanjutnya orientasi akademis dengan tiga belas tanggapan, kemudian orientasi praktis-pragmatis dengan sembilan tanggapan, dan berakhir pada orientasi ideologis-ekonomis dengan satu tanggapan. Dengan demikian, mahasantri dalam mempelajari bahasa Arab masih cenderung pada persepektif keagamaan yang erat kaitannya dengan dimensi kesantrian dan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari aspek kepesantrenan.

Abstract

The book of Matan al Ajurumiyyah is one of the most famous nahwu books. However, in its development, the book used as teaching material needs additional components. One of them is the addition of evaluation. Learning nahwu in the book of Matan al Ajurumiyyah at PP Al Fath is carried out without evaluation. Based on these conditions, the researcher provided a solution by developing a learning evaluation book which containing formative test questions arranged according to the order of the chapters in the book of Matan al Ajurumiyyah. This research is development research or commonly known as (Research and Development) with the formulation of the problem of developing the book of Matan al Ajurumiyyah with the addition of HOTS-based formative test questions and the feasibility of HOTS-based formative test questions at PP Al Fath Kediri. This research aims to determine the development book of Matan al Ajurumiyyah with the addition of HOTS-based formative test items and the feasibility of HOTS-based formative test items at PP Al Fath Kediri. This development research uses the ADDIE research procedure. The population of this research were 30 Al Fath students who were randomly selected. The data collection methods used in this study were interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The result of this research is that a Nahwu Practice Questions from Matan al Ajurumiyyah. Based on the results of content expert validator and the construct of this book is of good quality with a percentage of 83.75% and based on the scores of media experts the appearance of this book is good with a percentage of 80%. From the expert validator, it was stated that the book was suitable to use with revision. In the product implementation, it was found that the highest student score was 94, the lowest score was 22, and the average student score was 67,6. The result of the item analysis questions were declared valid, because the questions measured students nahwu skills, and all questions were declared reliable because r = 0,793 > 0,70 for multiple choice questions and r = 0,95 > 0,70 for description questions.

Abstract

Writing ability is one of the Arabic language skills that is often considered difficult by students in Indonesia. This difficulty is often caused by learning methods that focus more on grammar theory rather than active writing practice. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of applying daily essay as a learning approach in improving Arabic writing skills. The method used was an experiment with a pre-test and post-test design on two groups: the experimental group using the daily journal technique and the control group using conventional learning methods. The results showed that the application of daily essays can significantly improve students' writing skills, especially in terms of mastery of vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure, and creative delivery of ideas. The average post-test score in the experimental group reached 85.4, while the control group only reached 76.8. In addition, this technique also had a positive impact on students‘ motivation and participation in the learning process. This study also found some obstacles in applying the daily journal technique, such as students’ difficulties in determining writing topics and teachers' limited time to provide feedback. These obstacles can be overcome by providing more specific topic directions and focusing feedback on certain aspects of students' writing. The results of this study support previous findings which state that consistent writing practice can improve language skills. The daily journal technique proved to be an effective and relevant method to be applied in Arabic language learning, especially in Indonesia. Further research is recommended to examine the application of this technique in other aspects of language skills, such as speaking and reading.
