Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Understanding Tax Regulations, Tax Rates and Taxpayer Awareness on Taxpayer Compliance with e-Commerce users. The research method used is quantitative research using a questionnaire, this research is distributed to 100 Online Shopping Taxpayers in Depok City. The sample collection technique is Convenience Sampling, data analysis in this study was conducted using data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and test coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially understanding of tax regulations does not affect the compliance of e-Commerce taxpayers, tax rates do not affect the compliance of e-Commerce taxpayers, taxpayer awareness affects e-Commerce users' taxpayer compliance. While simultaneously Understanding Tax Regulations, Tax Rates and Taxpayer Awareness influences the Taxpayer Compliance with e-Commerce users.

Abstract

Tulisan ini merupakan sebuah telaah kritis dan tinjauan analitis terkait GBHN sebagai instrumen mengelola concencus building dalam rangka memperkuat kembali GBHN sebagai haluan negara yang berhaluan Pancasila. Tulisan ini mencoba meninjau ulang terkait Pembangunan model GBHN; antara idealisasi dan rasionalisasi. Oleh karena itu, tentu menjadi sangat penting kemudian menghadirkan sebuah konsep yang ideal dan memadai dengan tujuan mengkerangkai model ideal dan rasional tersebut menuju pembangunan Nasional yang berkelanjutan. GBHN merupakan manifestasi doktrin ‘state-led economic development’, semacam model pembangunan berencana yang dijadikan basis bagi haluan pembangunan suatu negara. Oleh karena itu, upaya untuk menghadirkan kembali pembangunan model GBHN yang tentu berbeda dengan konteks Orde Baru menjadi penting dan relevan, khususnya GBHN yang berhaluan Pancasila. Ini pada akhirnya penting untuk dijadikan semacam konsep yang ideal dan memadai dengan tujuan mengkerangkai model ideal dan rasional terkait pembangunan Nasional yang berkelanjutan. GBHN model baru adalah proyek bersama untuk menyelaraskan grand design jangka panjang pembangunan Nasional ke depan yang tentunya sangat mengedepankan proses-proses yang diskursif dan demokratis. Memperkuat konteks GBHN yang dibangun dengan basis di atas konsensus yang melibatkan secara aktif dan masif berbagai pihak, khususnya komunitas akademik dan juga komunitas gerakan dan swadaya masyarakat menjadi sangat mendesak dilakukan.

Abstract

Bangka Belitung is being transformed into a tourism destination area, relying on nature tourism. But unfortunately, the development of nature tourism does not include the development of ecotourism, even though these two things are interrelated. Nature tourism which is a mainstay of the tourism sector provides a very wide opportunity to strengthen ecotourism as part of the environmental movement in Bangka Belitung. This research aims to find out how the fulfillment of the ecotourism principles of tourism natural areas in Bangka Belitung Islands Province, Indonesia, and identifying unique things related to the application of these principles. Through quantitative research methods with a survey approach that is strengthened by field observations, this research found that assessed from 5 interval categories of the ecotourism principles fulfillment, 58% of the tourism areas in Bangka Belitung were included in the category of fulfilled of the ecotourism principles and 42% were in the strongly fulfilled category of the ecotourism principles. The research also found that although the application of each principle was met, there were unique and interesting notes on each principle.

Abstract

Pangkalpinang continues to transform into a modern small town and certainly faces various dynamics of problems and complex challenges in citizenship. The complexity of urban citizenship has a diverse context, in accordance with the political demographics of suburban citizenship. This study compares the socio-political landscape and the dynamics of the challenges in the three research locations: Tuatunu, Kace Timur, and Beluluk, which are reflected in the daily political structure of citizenship. It uses qualitative approach based on observation, depth interview, and documentation. The findings reveal that the disparity of form and model of intervention in the changing context of the peripheral socio-political landscape causes the citizens being individualistic and capitalist and their spirit of communality increasingly eroded, there is a split community in Beluluk and Kace Timur in the context of the spirit of peripheral citizenship as the economic transit for citizens and the challenge of building a collective spirit of citizens. Furthermore, the social capital and political activity of citizens in the three villages shows a sharply difference in terms of resilience to various aspects of the local identity of each region such as the local cultural traditions or a shift of meaning and citizens' social capital.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu harapan ekonomi alternatif masa depan, khususnya pasca sektor ekstraktif yang selama ini masih bertumpu besar pada eksplioitasi SDA (perkebunan dan pertambangan) di Pulau Bangka, tentu pariwisata menjadi salah satu sumber daya alternatif yang potensi untuk terus dikembangkan di Bangka Belitung. Pengembangan pariwisata biru berkelanjutan, termasuk misalnya pada kawasan pulau kecil yang memiliki daya tarik wisata telah menjadi isu strategis yang perlu dibahas secara serius, khususnya dalam rangka memperkuat pertumbuhan dan pemberdayaan sosial-ekonomi yang lebih inklusif di satu sisi, sementara itu hal tersebut juga seiring-sejalan dalam upaya mendorong literasi edukatif yang juga berkaitan erat dengan agenda penguatan ‘sustainable blue tourism’ pada ruang-ruang lokal. ‘Blue tourism’ berkelanjutan dalam konteks ini mesti dipahami sebagai sebuah benefit ekonomis dan ekologis dalam waktu bersamaan. Walaupun tidak bisa dipungkiri, ada begitu banyak tantangan kaitannya dengan persoalan wisata berkelanjutan yang tidak hanya terjebak pada logika bisnis semata, akan tetapi juga memberikan atensi besar pada agenda proteksi lingkungan dan kebudayaan lokal. Lalu, pada saat bersamaan juga penting kemudian untuk terus mendorong kesadaran warga lokal melalui berbagai program literasi yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat partisipasi warga, sekaligus juga dalam rangka menjadikan ragam kepentingan (stakeholders) dan aktor terjalin interkoneksi satu sama lain. Tujuannya tentu dalam rangka memperkuat literasi ‘blue tourism’ dan juga semangat sadar wisata secara berkelanjutan di Pulau Kelapan Kabupaten Bangka Selatan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the effect of liquidity, leverage, and profitability  on  firm  value  in  manufacturing  companies  listed  on  the  Indonesia  Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2015-2017. This study used a non-probability sample method with a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 96 samples. The results of this study indicate that liquidity (CR) has a significant and negative effect on firm value, leverage (DAR) does not affect on firm value, and profitability (NPM) has a significant and positive effect on firm value. leverage (DAR), and profitability (NPM) together against company value.
