Abstract

Critical thinking is one of the abilities that must be possessed by students. One of the preferred learning models in the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum is the inquiry learning model (Inquiry Based Learning). The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of the inquiry-based learning model in improving students' critical thinking skills from thematic learning in elementary schools in published experimental research using the meta-analysis method. The data analysis technique used is ancova test and effect size. The articles used were published in 2016-2021. The results of the analysis show that the significance value for the Inquiry Based Learning variable is 0.000. Because the value of Sig. < 0.05 then H_o is rejected. This shows that at the 95% confidence level it can be said that there is a linear relationship between Inquiry Based Learning and the critical thinking skills acquired by students. The results of the analysis using the random effect model show that there is a significant positive correlation between the application of the Inquiry-Based Learning model and critical thinking skills. Researchers suggest to complement the results of this study in improving students' critical thinking skills with other learning models in accordance with the latest process standards from the Ministry of Education and Culture.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis keefektifan model pembelajaran Cooperative Nubered Head Together dan turnamen Team Games terhadap aspek kognitif Hots siswa kelas 4 SD. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan model RPP tipe Nubered Head Together dan RPP tipe Team Games Tournament. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskripsi kuantitatif sebagai uji persyaratan, uji T dan N-Gain. Hasil pengujian hipotesis, dengan uji t-sing (2-Tailed) diperoleh 0,00 < 0,05 dengan thitung 1,688 > 1,250 maka Ho ditolak yang artinya ada perbedaan aspek kognitif hots dalam pembelajaran matematika. hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan peningkatan kemampuan aspek cognitive hots siswa SD Negeri Regunung 01 dengan menggunakan model Nubered Head Together dengan kondisi awal dari 63,4 menjadi 74,2 dengan peningkatan sebesar 10%. Selain itu kemampuan aspek kognitif siswa kelas 4 SD Negeri Cukil 01 dengan model Team Games Tournament meningkat dengan kondisi awal 65,8 meningkat menjadi 76,5 dengan peningkatan 11%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model Team Games Tournament lebih efektif dibandingkan model Nuberd Head Together ditinjau dari aspek kegemaran kognitif pembelajaran matematika.

Abstract

Literacy activities are basic in the world of education, but Indonesia's current condition shows low interest in literacy, especially reading. PISA Data Analysis 2018 Indonesia is in the bottom 10 of the 79 participating countries. The ability of Indonesian students is below that of students in ASEAN countries. This study aims to increase elementary students' reading literacy interest using KODIOAKTIVF learning media (Komik Audio Interaktif) with the 3CM Center learning model. This research is a developmental study by combining the R&D development developed by Sukmadinata with the ASSURE development model. This research uses a type of quantitative research obtained through test questions given before and after the implementation of a limited trial and a type of qualitative research obtained through a student response questionnaire complete with criticism and suggestions. The results showed that the data processing of the Paired Sample T Test data obtained showed the Sig. (2-tailed) equals 0.000 < 0.05. This stated that the pretest was rejected, and there was a significant difference between learning outcomes in the pretest and posttest. As for the assessment of instructional media by the school principal, the results of teacher evaluations and student responses were sequentially 91.9%, 91.6%, and 94%. The research can be concluded from the results of the tests before and after the trials, and the results of the school's response, especially from students, that the KODIOAKTIV learning media (Komik Audio Interaktif) with the 3CM Center learning model can improve elementary school students' reading literacy. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan media komik dengan model problem posing pada mata pelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah R&D dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Kevalidan produk diperoleh melalui uji pakar dengan instrumen validasi pakar. Kepraktisan produk diperoleh melalui uji coba terbatas dengan instrumen angket. Keefektifan diperoleh melalui uji coba satu kelas dengan one grup pretest-posttest design kemudian hasilnya diuji menggunakan Paired Samples T Test. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah media komik dengan model problem posing untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Media pembelajaran dinyatakan valid berdasarkan hasil uji pakar media menunjukkan bahwa media komik termasuk kategori tinggi, pakar materi menilai media komik termasuk kategori tinggi, dan pakar pembelajaran menilai media komik termasuk kategori tinggi. Media pembelajaran dinyatakan praktis berdasarkan hasil angket respon siswa menunjukkan bahwa siswa dapat menggunakan media komik. Media pembelajaran juga dinyatakan efektif berdasarkan hasil Paired Samples T Test pretest-posttest menunjukkan bahwa adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar pada pretest dan posttest siswa. Kata kunci: pengembangan, komik, problem posing, kemampuan pemecahann masalah. ABSTRACT This study aims to develop and test the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of comic media with a problem-posing model on the subject of mathematics in elementary schools. The research method used was R&D with the ADDIE development model. The validity of the product was obtained through expert testing with expert validation instruments. The practicality of the product was obtained through limited trials using questionnaire instruments. Effectiveness was obtained through a one class trial with one group pretest-posttest design then the results were tested using the Paired Samples T Test. The results of this study are that comic media with problem-posing model improve mathematical problem-solving abilities. The learning media is declared valid based on the test results of media experts test showing that comic media is in the high category, material experts rate comic media as a high category, and learning experts rate comic media as a high category. Learning media are stated practical based on the results of the students’ response questionnaires indicating that students can use comic media. Learning media are also declared effective based on the results of the Paired Samples T Test pretest-posttest which shows that there are significant differences between the learning outcomes at the pretest and posttest of student. Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar berasal beberapa faktor eksternal adalah sekolah dan guru. Sekolah selalu terlibat dalam proses belajar mengajar. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di Gugus Tanggungharjo guru kurang bervariasi dalam penggunaan model pembelajaran. guru lebih keseringan menerapkan metode ceramah, Untuk hal itu akan membuat siswa cenderung pasif. Proses belajar di dalam juga akan mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 30 siswa dari SD Negeri 3 Ngambakrejo dan 31 siswa dari SD Negeri Ngambakrejo 2. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eskperimen dengan jenis penelitian menggunakan pola nonequivalent control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian adalah tes dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif dengan program SPSS for windows versi 20. Serta uji analisis statistik pada penelitian ini terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji T atau uji beda rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji Paired Sample T-Tes nilai sig. 2 tailed 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan efektifitas model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dan Group Investigation terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran tematik kelas 4. Serta rata-rata hasil posttest dari kelas eskperimen adalah 81,67 sedangkan di kelas eksperimen 2 hasil rata-rata skor posttest adalah 65,10. Perbedaan rata-rata dari kelas eksperimen dan kelas eksperimen 2 adalah 16,57.

Abstract

Latar belakang masalah pada penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa. Guru masih kesultan dalam menentukan strategi pembelajaran yang dapat membantu siswa meningkatkan kemampuan berpikirnya. Sehingga tingkat keaktifan siswa masih rendah di dalam proses pembelajaran tematik yang berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa belum tuntas. Contextual Teaching and Learning dapat dijadikan solusi rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar peserta didik di Kelas V SD N Bringin 02. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri Bringin 02, Kecamatan Bringin, Kabupaten Semarang tahun ajaran 2022/2023 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penerapan model pembelajaran CTL berbantuan media konkrit dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajar di kelas V SD Negeri Bringin 02. Pada tindakan I ketuntasan belajar siswa adalah 46% atau 11 siswa dengan nilai rata-rata 57,20 dan nilai maksimum 84 sedangkan nilai minimum 18 melihat hasil yang belum memuaskan maka dilakukan tindakan II. Pada tindakan II ketuntasan belajar siswa mencapai 83% atau 20 siswa yang nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 77,83 dan nilai maksimum meningkat menjadi 100 sedangkan dan nilai minimum menjadi 48, dengan ini syarat keberhasilan penelitian 80 %. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran  Contxtual Teaching and Learning berbantuan media konkrit dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based learning game media to improve problem-solving skills in two-dimensional figure. Research method with R & D use the ASSURE development model consisting of 6 steps, that is 1) analyze learners, 2) state objectives, 3) select method, media, and materials, 4) utilize media and materials, 5) require learner participation, 6) evaluated and revise. The validity of the product is assessed by the experts with the expert validation sheets. The practicality of the product was tested by a limited trial of 10 students followed by interviews to see student responses. The Product effectiveness was seen from one class trial with one group pretest-posttest design and the results were analyzed using the Paired-Samples T-Test. The results of this study are in the form of web-based game learning media to improve problem-solving skills in flat-build material. The Learning media is proved valid based on the expert media, material, and learning tests. Learning media was also proved practical based on the results of interviews by 10 students. Learning media is proved effective based on the Paired Samples T-Test which was taken from the results of the pretest and post test

Abstract

Conditions at SD N 02 Bringin show low critical thinking skills which have an impact on low student learning outcomes in grade 5 mathematics learning. This is due to the lack of teacher variation in using appropriate learning models so that learning is less attractive to students' curiosity. Based on these conditions, researchers conducted research that aimed to describe the syntax of the 3 CM learning model Learning and with this model it can improve critical thinking skills and mathematics learning outcomes of 5th grade students of SD N Bringin 02. The results showed that critical thinking skills in action I got an average of 76% with the critical category, in action II the average critical thinking skills increased to 88% with very critical category. For learning outcomes in action I as many as 11 students with a percentage of 46% have received a complete score, and as many as 13 students with a percentage of 54% have not completed. In action II there was an increase, 21 students with a percentage of 87% were declared complete and the remaining 3 students with a percentage of 13% were declared incomplete. Based on the results of research conducted at SD Negeri Bringin 02 for grade 5 by applying the 3 CM model Learning assisted by concrete media, especially in mathematics, is proven to be able to improve critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes
