Abstract

Abstract English version, written using Time New Roman-10, italic. Abstract contains research aim/purpose, method, and reseach results; written in one paragraph, single space among rows, using past tense sentences. This study aims to describe the role of the Kampus Mengajar program in strengthening the social skills of students participating in the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program at FKIP, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method using observation, interviews, and documentation. The focus included cooperation, assertive behavior, responsibility, empathy, and self-control. The findings show that students’ social skills were strengthened through collaborative activities, constructive communication, and adaptation to the school environment. Programs supporting this strengthening included teaching assistance, numeracy and literacy programs, and technology adaptation. Key supporting factors were collaboration with teachers, school support, and student enthusiasm. The study also identified inhibiting factors, but they did not have a significant impact on the strengthening process. Thus, the Kampus Mengajar program plays an important role in strengthening students’ social skills as personal and professional preparation in education.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe the process of making the 2013 Curriculum LKPD in Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects, to determine the role of the 2013 Curriculum LKPD in increasing the independence of students in Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects, and to find out the obstacles to using the 2013 Curriculum LKPD in increasing independence. students in Pancasila and Citizenship Education lessons at SMP Negeri 10 Serang City. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection through the results of interviews, observations and documentation to the deputy principal of the curriculum, teachers, and students of Junior High School Number 10 of Serang City. The results of this study indicate that the process of making LKPD Curriculum 2013 in the subjects of Pancasila and Citizenship Education is carried out by conducting curriculum analysis, compiling a map of LKPD needs, determining the title of KPD, writing LKPD and determining assessment tools. There is a role for the 2013 Curriculum LKPD in increasing the independence of students' learning in the subjects of Pancasila and Citizenship Education, namely creating a condition where students have a competitive desire to advance for their own good, as a learning tool so that students are able to take decisions and take initiatives to deal with problems that arise. faced, as a tool to foster students' confidence in what they are doing. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of facilitation of the entrepreneurship incubation program organized by the Cooperative and UMKM Office of Cilegon City in increasing the competitiveness of UMKM. UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) have an important role in regional economic growth, including Cilegon City. The Cilegon City Government through the Cooperative and UMKM Office organizes an entrepreneurship incubation program as a form of facilitation to help UMKM develop. The entrepreneurship incubation program is an effort to provide support and assistance to UMKM so that they can develop and be competitive. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach and the data collection techniques used consist of interviews, observations, and documents. The research respondents consisted of participants in the entrepreneurship incubation program and the Cooperative and UMKM Office of Cilegon City. The results of the study obtained are The results of the study indicate that the entrepreneurship incubation program has an important role in increasing the competitiveness of UMKM in Cilegon City. The Cooperative and UMKM Office acts as a facilitator in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the entrepreneurship incubation program. This program is designed to increase the capacity and independence of UMKM through training, mentoring, and access to capital. However, there are several obstacles such as the lack of active participation from UMKM actors and limited resources. The strategies implemented include improving the quality of training, cooperation with external parties, and periodic evaluations. The right recommendation according to the results of this study is the need for a comprehensive investigation of concerns about the condition of UMKM in several aspects of the problems faced. Periodic evaluation of the entrepreneurial incubation program is needed so that it becomes a complete incubation service program and can run optimally.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pemberdayaan UMKM di kota serang yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian dan Koperasi UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang. Untuk mengetahui tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian dan Koperasi UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang dalam Pemberdayaan UMKM di Kota Serang. Untuk mengetahui inovasi yang dilakukan Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian Dan Koperasi UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang dalam melakukan Pemberdayaan UMKM di Kota Serang. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun sumber informan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya kepala Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian dan Koperasi UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang, Kepala Bidang UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang, dan pelaku UMKM (mikro) di Kota Serang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian dan Koperasi UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang Dalam Pemberdayaan UMKM di Kota Serang sudah cukup baik dalam pemberdayaan terhadap Usaha Kecil Menengah. Terdapat beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian dan Koperasi UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang dalam Pemberdayaan UMKM di Kota Serang adalah pertama, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia diantaranya adalah konsultan dan tenaga penyuluh. Kedua, terbatasnya anggaran yang dimilki. Ketiga, kesulitan permodalan UMKM. Keempat, Permasalahan teknis UMKM. Permasalahan teknis yang dihadapi oleh UMKM adalah seputar proses produksi, teknik pemasaran, promosi produk. Inovasi yang dilakukan Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian Dan Koperasi UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang dalam melakukan Pemberdayaan UMKM di Kota Serang adalah pertama, adanya struktur yang terintegrasi. Kedua, adanya Koperasi yang menaungi UMKM. Ketiga, pemanfaatan teknologi ebusiness. Keempat, dukungan pihak-pihak terkait. Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Serang memilki pegawai yang sebagian kurang berkompeten dalam bidang UMKM sehingga perlu mengembangkan jaringan kerjasama dengan Dinas terkait seperti Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdangan. Kata Kunci: Peran, UMKM, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat. Abstract This study aims to determine the empowerment of UMKM in the city of Serang carried out by the Department of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives of UMKM, Serang City Government. The results showed that the role of the Department of Trade, Industry and UMKM Cooperatives of Serang City Government in Empowering UMKM in Serang City was quite good in empowering Small and Medium Enterprises. There are several challenges faced by the Office of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives of UMKM in Serang City Government in empowering UMKM in Serang City. First, the limitations of human resources include consultants and extension workers. Second, the limited budget they have. Third, the difficulty of UMKM capital. Fourth, UMKM technical problems. The technical problems faced by UMKM are around the production process, marketing techniques, product promotion. The innovations carried out by the Department of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives of UMKM in Serang City Government in empowering UMKM in Serang City are the first, the existence of an integrated structure. Second, there is a cooperative that houses UMKM. Third, the use of e-business technology. Fourth, the support of related parties. The Office of Cooperatives and UMKM in Serang City has employees who are partially incompetent in the field of UMKM, so it is necessary to develop a network of cooperation with related agencies such as the Department of Industry and Trade. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan nilai-nilai disiplin dan tanggung jawab peserta didik di dalam proses pembelajaran PPKn. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada peserta didik kelas XII di SMAN 10 Tangerang dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang mendeskripsikan secara detail bagaiamana kondisi penerapan nilai-nilai disiplin dan tanggung jawab pada mata Pelajaran PPKn. Penerapan nilai disiplin dan tanggung jawab peserta didik sudah cukup baik terlaksana dalam mata pelajaran PPKn. Hal tersebut terbukti melalui berbagai pembiasaan yang ada dalam pembelajaran PPKn, mulai dari pembiasaan hadir tepat waktu, mengerjakan dan mengumpulkan tugas sesuai ketentuan, serta bertanggung jawab untuk menjalankan kewajiban sebagai peserta didik. Kedisiplinan dan tanggung jawab yang tercermin dalam proses pembelajaran PPKn pun didukung dengan adanya kontrak belajar yang menjadi stimulus bagi peserta didik untuk berlaku disiplin dan bertanggung jawab. Selain di dalam proses pembelajaran, pembiasaan disiplin dan tanggung jawab peserta didik pun terlaksana secara menyeluruh di SMAN 10 Tangerang, hal tersebut juga sejalan dengan tata tertib sekolah yang sudah terlaksana dengan optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang bagaiamana peran masyarakat Desa Bojonegara dalam pengembangan tempat wisata religi di Gunung Santri, masyarakat setempat memiliki peran penting dalam memanfaatkan potensi tersebut untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dan pelestarian budaya yang ada di Gunung Santri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Masyarakat Desa Bojonegara berkontribusi dalam berbagai aspek, seperti dalam penyediaan fasilitas, promosi, dan pelestarian kebudayaan lokal selain itu masyarakat disana sudah tergabung dalam berberapa kelompok seperti juru kunci, juru pelihara, kelompok kamanan dan kelompok kebersihan; dan 2) Faktor pendukung dari tempat wisata religi Gunung Santri yakni potensi wisatanya, sedangkan untuk faktor penghambatnya yaitu dari segi infrastruktur yang kurang memadai dan promosi yang kurang serta ketidakonsistenan dalam pengelolaannya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pengambil kebijakan dan pemangku kepentingan dalam merumuskan program pengembangan pariwisata yang melibatkan masyarakat secara efektif, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi sosial masyarakat setempat.
