<![CDATA[Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberi bekal kepada siswa calon pemagang (kenshuusei) berbagai ekspresi dalam bahasa Jepang yang sering digunakan untuk bekerja sekaligus memberi tambahan pengetahuan untuk calon pemagang tentang dunia kerja di perusahaan Jepang. Untuk tujuan tersebut, kegiatan dilakukan melalui sosialisasi dan praktik kepada para calon pemagang yang akan berangkat ke Jepang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan metode praktik. Dari kegiatan diketahui bahwa tingkat pemahaman siswa calon pemagang tentang bahasa Jepang untuk kerja masih minim, karenanya perlu ditambahkan materi dan pelatihan yang lebih intens sebagai persiapan saat nanti bekerja di Jepang.Kata kunci : ekspresi bahasa Jepang, siswa calon pemagang, kenshuusei AbstractThe purpose of this service’s activity to society is to provide provisions for internship students (kenshuusei) various expressions in Japanese that are often used for work as well as provide additional knowledge for prospective apprentices about the world of work in Japanese companies. For this purpose, activities are carried out through socialization and practice to prospective apprentices who are leaving for Japan. The method used is the lecture method, question and answer method and practice method. From the activity, it is known that the level of understanding of the internship students about Japanese for work is still minimal, therefore it is necessary to add more intense training and materials as preparation for later working in Japan.Keywords : Japanese exspression, internship students, kenshuusei]]>

<![CDATA[This service’s activity to society aims to find out introduce the art of Japanese flower arrangement (ikebana)and how to make ikebana to the mothers of nursing homes for Wening Wardhoyo. Through this activity, it is expected that nursing home residents Wening Wardhoyo can find out the types of ikebana and how to make them. This service’s activity to societyactivities in the form of training were attended by around 35 participants. The following is the sequence of activities: 1) dividing participants into groups and accompanied by a companion; 2) see a video that shows how to make the Ikebana; 3) distributing flowers, materials and equipment needed; and 4) The companion starts the activity by soaking the oasis as a medium to plant flowers. Then cut flowers at the request of participants; 5) The flowers that have been cut, are then assembled and plugged in by the participants alternately and the participants create according to their own desires. From this activity nursing home residents have activities in their spare time and training activities to make ikebana will grow new memories in their old age. Moreover, the participants could feel happy because even though they were in a nursing home in their old age there were still people who loved and cared for their existence.Keywords:ikebana, nursing home, wening wardhoyo, oasis]]>

<![CDATA[Kandri is a tourist village located in the sub-district of Gunung Pati, Semarang. This village has a lot of natural potential and cultural wealth that can be developed for tourism. Community Service activities are carried out through training followed by tour guides and tourism business service actors in Kandri Village, Semarang. Due to the pandemic, activities were carried out with a limited number of participants and strict health protocols were followed. Basic Japanese training is focused on the practical purposes of making travel promotions. The training continues until the trainees can independently create tourism promotional content and upload it on social media. This activity is running smoothly, and the participants are very enthusiastic about participating in the training. Community service partners are satisfied with the implementation of activities and hope that there will be a continuation of community service activities. <![CDATA[ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertema pengenalan budaya wisatawan Jepang dan etika pramuwisata dalam memandu wisatawan Jepang. Pengabdian akan dilaksanakan di Desa Kandri, sebagai desa wisata berbasis daya tarik alam dan daya tarik seni budaya. Tujuan pengabdian adalah 1) Memberi pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang budaya/karateristik wisatawan Jepang sekaligus etika pramuwisata saat memandu wisatawan Jepang, dan 2) Memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan saat memandu wisatawan Jepang. Sasaran kegiatan adalah anggota kelompok sadar wisata Desa Kandri. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan melalui metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan praktik. Dari kegiatan diharapkan lebih membuka wawasan dan pengetahuan pramuwisata saat memandu wisatawan asing, khususnya wisatawan Jepang dan bisa memberikan bekal agar para pramuwisata bisa bekerja dengan lebih profesional.Kata kunci : Desa Kandri, pramuwisata, Wisatawan Jepang ABSTRACTThis service’s activity to society has the theme of introducing Japanese tourist culture and guide ethics in guiding Japanese tourists. The objectives of the service are 1) Providing understanding and knowledge about the culture or characteristics of Japanese tourists and also the ethics of the guide when guiding Japanese tourists, and 2) Providing socialization and training to guides when guiding Japanese tourists. <![CDATA[The purpose of this service’s activity to society is to provide knowledge and understanding of the importance of disaster mitigation. Like Japan, which has a lot of experience as a country that often experiences disasters, such as earthquakes and tsunamis, knowledge and understanding are instilled early on, that is, since children enter school, so that when a disaster does occur, everyone already has the ability and knowledge about disaster response. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to conduct socialization regarding disaster mitigation to the community members who live in Bendungan Village, Tretep Subdistrict, Temanggung Regency because geographically it also has the potential to experience natural disasters. <![CDATA[This service’s activity to society aims to find out the interest and literacy abilities of elementary, junior high and junior high school youth in Wonokerto subdistrict, methods that can be applied to improve the culture of young generation literacy in Wonokerto Subdistrict, and obstacles that cause low literacy culture in Wonokerto Subdistrict. Service’s activity to societyactivities aimed to improving literacy culture were carried out in four villages in Wonokerto District for seven weeks. <![CDATA[AbstrakTujuan pengabdian ini adalah merangsang daya kreatifitas siswa-siswi sekolah dasar melalui pelatihan orgami untuk guru-guru sekolah dasar. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah para guru dengan harapan agar mereka bisa juga mengajarkan kepada murid-muridnya cara membuat orgami dan kusudama. Diharapkan hasil pelatihan ini ke depan bisa menjadi alternatif bagi para guru dalam menyusun bahan ajar dan metode pengajaran yang menarik dan tidak membuat para murid bosan. Di samping itu, hasil pelatihan juga berguna untuk meningkatkan kreativitas serta kemampuan mengemukakan ide dan gagasan para murid sekolah dasar. Kegiatan pelatihan ini menggunakan metode praktik, dengan peserta yang berjumlah 7 orang. Kegiatan diawali dengan pengenalan sejarah, jenis dan bentuk orgami, serta memperlihatkan video tutorial pembuatan orgami dan kusudama. Semakin terbukanya kerja sama Indonesia Jepang di berbagai bidang membuat kesempatan untuk bekerja di Jepang juga semakin besar. LPK adalah salah satu lembaga yang memberangkatkan para calon pemagang untuk bekerja di Jepang. Sebelumnya mereka akan mendapatkan pembekalan tentang kompetensi berbahasa Jepang, skill terkait bidang pekerjaan, juga tentang budaya Jepang, termasuk di dalamnya budaya kerja. Karena itu, dipandang perlu untuk berpartisipasi berbagi pengetahuan tentang etika profesi untuk melengkapi pemahaman tentang budaya kerja di Jepang yang sangat banyak perbedaannya dengan di Indonesia. <![CDATA[Abstrak Kokedama adalah teknik menanam dengan media tanam lumut. Cara ini merupakan seni tradisional asal Negeri Matahari Terbit, Jepang. Kokedama biasa disebut juga dengan bola lumut Jepang. Tanah yang ditanami benih lumut lalu dibentuk bulat. Jika kebanyakan dari kita menggunakan pot sebagai media tanam, maka kokedama adalah seni menanam tanpa pot. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk memaparkan teknik kokedama sebagai salah satu alternatif budidaya tanaman. Kegiatan pendampingan ini dilakukan di desa Tempelsari, Tretep, Temanggung. Metode yang dipakai adalah dengan melibatkan ibu-ibu PKK dalam pelatihan penanaman sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Hasil dari pendampingan ini adalah kokedama dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif budidaya tanaman yang cocok diterapkan untuk membuat vegetasi rumah meskipun dengan lahan yang terbatas.Kata kunci : kokedama; alternatif budidaya tanaman; vegetasi Abstract (Title : Planting Assembly With Kokedama Techniques For PKK Mothers) Kokedama is a planting technique with moss growing media. This method is traditional art from the Land of the Rising Sun, Japan. Kokedama is also called Japanese moss balls. The soil planted with moss seeds is formed into round. If most of us use pots as a medium for planting, then kokedama is the art of planting without pots. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the kokedama technique as an alternative to plant cultivation. This assistance activity was carried out in the village of Tempelsari, Tretep, Temanggung. The method used is to involve PKK mothers in planting training as a form of service’s activity to society. <![CDATA[ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertema pembekalan bagi lulusan bahasa Jepang yang akan memasuki dunia kerja. Tujuan pengabdian adalah memberikan pengetahuan tentang masa percobaan, dan tips bagaimana agar seorang karyawan baru bisa lolos dalam menjalani masa percobaan. Sasaran kegiatan adalah masyarakat umum yang terdiri atas lulusan bahasa Jepang. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui metode ceramah dan tanya jawab. Kegiatan terdiri atas dua sesi, yaitu presentasi/pemaparan, dan sesi tanya-jawab. Pembekalan terkait masa percobaan dan tips menjalaninya difokuskan pada hal-hal diantaranya: pengertian, penilaian perusahaan, dan tips lolos masa percobaan. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan peserta yang sedang mencari pekerjaan lebih memperhatikan serta mempersiapakn diri dengan sebaik-baiknya jika suatu saat mereka diterima dan mulai bekerja sebagai seorang karyawan baru. The aim is to provide knowledge about the probationary period and strategies so that a new employee can pass the probationary period. The target of the activity is the general public.
