Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian korelasi kuantitatif hubungan kelompok teman sebaya dengan penyesuaian diri peserta didik kelas XI di MAN 1 Kota Padang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI di MAN 1 Kota Padang yang berjumlah 73 orang.Sampel penelitian diambil secara simple random sampling. Instrument penelitian menggunakan dua angket yaitu angket tentang kelompok teman sebaya dan penyesuaian diri. Data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 20 serta dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus Product Moment Correlation coefisien Karl Pearsons. Berdasarkan hasil perolehan data didapatkan hasil penelitian  bahwa  penilaian kelompok teman sebaya dan penilaian penyesuaian diri peserta didik kelas XI di MAN 1 Kota Padang termasuk kedalam kategori sedang, serta terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kelompok teman sebaya dengan penyesuaian diri peserta didik dengan nilai koefisien korelasinya adalah sebesar 0,721.Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi  kelompok teman sebaya maka semakin tinggi juga penyesuaian diri yang diperoleh peserta didik kelas XI di MAN 1 Kota Padang dan begitu pula sebaliknya.

Abstract

Keluarga harmonis merupakan suatu keadaaan dalam sebuah rumah yang memberikan ketenangan, kebahagian dan menerima seluruh keberadaan dirinya. Keluarga tanpa adanya kehadiran seorang anak juga akan membuat suasana rumah tangga menjadi sunyi, peristiwa hari ini adalah banyak anak brokenhome yang tidak mampu untuk menerima dirinya, tidak percaya diri, dan berprilaku menyimpang dikarenakan konflik yang terjadi dalam keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kesejahteraan psikologis pada siswa broken home dengan menggunakan group positive psychotherapy. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen Quasi eksperimen Pre-test post-test control group. Subjek penelitiannya 14 orang siswa SMP usia 12-15 tahun. Subjek penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang memiliki skor rendah pada skala kesejahteraan psikologis. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan teknik analisis parametrik uji-t sampel paired, untuk melihat perbedaan kesejahteraan psikologis pada kelompok eksperimen setelah diberikan intervensi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan alat ukur Scale Psychological Well Being (SPWB). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan ada perbedaan kesejahteraan psikologis setelah diberikan intervensi, yaitu dengan nilai sig-(2tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa group positive psychoterapy dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis siswa broken home.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan premi dan investasi terhadap pertumbuhan aset pada perusahaan asuransi PT. Prudential Indonesia periode 2020–2024. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi pendapatan premi dan investasi sebagai variabel independen, serta pertumbuhan aset sebagai variabel dependen. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan dokumentasi dan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan software IBM SPSS 16.0, yang dilengkapi uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, pendapatan premi dan investasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan aset perusahaan. Secara simultan, pendapatan premi dan investasi juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 60,4%, yang menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen tersebut menjelaskan 60,4% variasi pertumbuhan aset. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa PT. Prudential Indonesia perlu meningkatkan strategi pemasaran premi dan memperkuat pengelolaan investasi untuk mempercepat pertumbuhan aset perusahaan. Selain itu, perusahaan juga perlu memperhatikan faktor eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan, seperti kondisi ekonomi dan kebijakan pasar, yang dapat berpengaruh pada penerimaan premi dan hasil investasi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan dalam merumuskan kebijakan dan strategi untuk mencapai pertumbuhan aset yang lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan.   This study aims to analyze the effect of premium income and investment on asset growth at the insurance company PT. Prudential Indonesia for the period 2020–2024. The variables studied include premium income and investment as independent variables, and asset growth as the dependent variable. The method used is quantitative with a documentation approach and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 16.0 software, equipped with classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that partially, premium income and investment have a significant effect on the company's asset growth. Simultaneously, premium income and investment also have a significant effect with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 60.4%, indicating that the two independent variables explain 60.4% of the variation in asset growth. The implication of this study is that PT. Prudential Indonesia needs to improve its premium marketing strategy and strengthen investment management to accelerate the company's asset growth. In addition, the company also needs to pay attention to external factors that can affect financial performance, such as economic conditions and market policies, which can affect premium revenue and investment returns. This study provides insights for the company in formulating policies and strategies to achieve more optimal and sustainable asset growth.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The subjects of the study were 103 employees selected through a simple random sampling technique. The instruments used included the Perceived Organizational Support Scale (POSS-16) from Eisenberger et al. (1986) with 16 items, and Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scale consisting of 18 items.  The results of the analysis showed that perceived organizational support had a significant effect on overall psychological well-being (p = 0.000; path coefficient = 0.713). More specifically, POS has a significant effect on five of the six dimensions of PWB, namely autonomy (path coefficient = 0.648; R² = 0.420), environmental mastery (path coefficient = 0.611; R² = 0.373), personal growth (path coefficient = 0.618; R² = 0.381), positive relations with others (path coefficient = 0.608; R² = 0.369), and purpose in life (path coefficient = 0.582; R² = 0.339). However, no significant effect of POS was found on the self-acceptance dimension. This finding confirms that perceived organizational support plays an important role in improving employee psychological well-being, especially in the five main dimensions of PWB. The results of the study provide important implications for organizational management, especially in designing strategies that encourage the creation of a supportive and conducive work environment for improving employee psychological well-being

Abstract

Speaking skill is one of the essential language competencies that support the learning success of elementary school students. However, in reality, most second-grade students still face difficulties in expressing ideas coherently, lack self-confidence, and have limited vocabulary use. This study aims to analyze the speaking skills of second-grade students at SD Negeri Kalibuntu through the application of the storytelling method. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with second-grade students of SD Negeri Kalibuntu as the subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, covering several indicators of speaking skills, including fluency, confidence, vocabulary use, expression, intonation, and comprehension of the story. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that the storytelling method improved students’ speaking skills across all indicators. Students became more fluent in delivering stories, more confident in performing in front of the class, used new vocabulary, and showed more appropriate expressions and intonation. Thus, the storytelling method is proven to be effective in enhancing elementary students’ speaking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how MSMEs in Cilacap capacity to compete and perfome well in the marketing arena are The elderly are those who spend a lot of time at home to gather with their families and grandchildren, which is normal. This systematic review aims to look at the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the post-pandemic mental health of the elderly. based on research journal articles published from January 2022 to April 2022 on the elderly. Five research articles were obtained from three international publishers. The five journals were tested for due diligence using six PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-analyses) assessment protocols which included abstracts and titles, introduction and objectives, methods and data, sample selection strategy, data analysis, and research findings. The results obtained based on a systematic study conducted in depth regarding the impact of Covid-19 on the health of the elderly are; (1) Psychological disorders, namely: anxiety, stress, overdose, and trauma. (2) Disorders of happiness, namely quality of life, perceptions of health and well-being (3) and Physical Disorders, namely functional disorders, dyspenia, and cognitive disorders. This finding represents the impact that the elderly have felt during the 4 months of the pandemic in 2022, even though it has been more than two years of the COVID-19 pandemic, the elderly are still feeling the negative impact of the pandemic. The third finding of the impact of the pandemic on the elderly can be used as reference material and a source of reference for in-depth research by linking variables that can increase positive emotions in individuals.

Abstract

The classroom learning environment plays an important role in supporting early childhood learning interests, especially when optimally designed and managed by teachers. This study aims to analyze the influence of teachers' abilities in arranging the physical classroom environment on early childhood learning interests. The study used a quantitative approach with simple linear regression data analysis. The research sample consisted of 16 children aged 4–5 years (TK A) at TKIT Muhtadi Land, Serang City. Data on teachers' abilities were obtained through questionnaires, while children's learning interests were collected through structured observations, learning assignment sheets, and school documentation. Data analysis was carried out using a prerequisite test, namely the normality test by looking at the Kolmogorov–Smirnov value, while hypothesis testing was carried out using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the hypothesis test showed a significance value of 0.011 (<0.05) with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.836. These findings indicate that teachers' abilities in arranging the physical classroom environment have a significant effect on early childhood learning interests, with a contribution of 83.6%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the study. Thus, improving teacher competence in managing the physical environment of the classroom needs to be an important concern in efforts to optimally foster interest in learning in early childhood.
