Abstract

Pada penelitian ini dikembangkan algoritma hibrid Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) dan Sistem Inferensi Fuzzy untuk mendapatkan hasil estimasi yang lebih akurat pada penjejakan target bermanuver. Logika Fuzzy telah digunakan untuk mengatur galat kovarian proses dan galat kovarian pengukuran dari proses EKF pada model sistem. Model state space yang digunakan untuk estimasi adalah model percepatan konstan, dan model pengukurannya adalah model radar. Hasil pengukuran sensor yang mengandung derau diestimasi menggunakan algoritma EKF. Kemudian galat kovarian yang dihasilkan dari proses EKF digunakan sebagai masukan pada Sistem Inferensi Fuzzy untuk koreksi berdasarkan ketidaksesuaian antara vektor inovasi dan kovarian inovasi. Hasil koreksi ini digunakan untuk mendapatkan gain Kalman yang optimal. Berdasarkan simulasi yang dilakukan menggunakan estimasi EKF dan Sistem Inferensi Fuzzy diperoleh peningkatan akurasi sebesar 59,97% dibandingkan dengan hasil pengukuran tanpa melakukan estimasi.In this paper the Extended Kalman Filter and the Fuzzy Inference System hybrid algorithm has developed to get more accurate estimation result for maneuvering target tracking. Fuzzy Logic has used to adjust the process covariance error and measurement covariance error of the Extended Kalman Filter process in the system model. The state space model used for estimation is a constant acceleration motion model, and the measurement model is a radar model. The measurement result of the sensor containing noise estimated using the Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) algorithm. Then, the covariance error resulting from the EKF process is used as input to the Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) for correction based on the mismatch between innovation vector and innovation covariance. The result of this correction used to obtain the optimal Kalman gain. The proposed system model leads to improved accuracy of 59.97% compared to measurement results without estimation in the simulation case.

Abstract

Assessment of good government performance is characterized by the quality of its services to the community. One of the roles of the village as the lowest administrative level in a region is to serve the community in making letters. Management of outgoing mail in Desa Dunggala, Kecamatan Tapa, Kabupaten Bone Bolango is still done conventionally, namely by recording the letter number in the agenda book. This resulted in village officials experiencing difficulties in managing the correspondence archives if in the future a letter with a certain number was needed. This community service activities aimed at helping the village government in managing outgoing mail by designing information system for managing outgoing mail. The information system was built based on the web application, but in its application is still used offline or localhost, due to internet network constraints in the village office. A database system is used for data storage so that it is easy to search the letters that have been made. Then, the village officials has been trained to use the information system. The results obtained from this activity are the information system for managing outgoing mail and the training of village officials in using the application. This information system can be further developed by taking into account the needs that exist in the village.

Abstract

Increasing infrastructure through the allocation of village funds in the context of improving community services is increasingly being carried out in every region. Every year the allocation of village funds through the APBN continues to increase. Along with these efforts, village officials who are expected to be intermediaries for the implementation of the infrastructure improvement program are required to have the ability to carry out technical development implementation activities in the field. Tongo Village as a partner who cooperates in Community Service activities this time has been guided and trained through training activities using the learning by doing method related to Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) based on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). The materials provided to village officials are: an introduction to the RAB and its constituent components, and Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) which consists of: work volume, estimated time for work completion, calculation of the number of workers and material requirements. From the results of the training it can be concluded that village officials understand how to make a Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) according to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) using Microsoft Excel as the main component in the Budget Plan (RAB).

Abstract

Rumah merupakan tempat tinggal dan tempat istirahat yang paling nyaman setelah seharian beraktivitas di dalam dan di luar rumah, serta sebagai tempat menyimpan barang berharga dan barang penting lainnya. Akibatnya, masyarakat melakukan banyak upaya untuk melindungi rumah mereka dari pencurian. Ketika aktivitas orang menjadi lebih rumit, orang menjadi lupa akan hal yang tidak terlalu besar. Kita sering melihat lampu rumah masih menyala di siang hari. Hal ini dikarenakan pengontrolan peralatan listrik khususnya pengontrolan peralatan penerangan sekarang berupa sistem kontrol ON/OFF di dalam rumah, dimana seringkali kita lupa untuk memadamkan lampu rumah, yang berakibat pada semakin borosnya penggunaan listrik. Secara teknis teknologi Internet of Things diciptakan dengan tujuan agar urusan manusia dalam kesehariannya menjadi lebih mudah dan terbantu. dimana salah satunya ialah bermanfaat untuk mengendalikan penerangan dan dapat juga digunakan sebagai pengamanan rumah dengan menggunakan smartphone yang diaplikasikan menggunakan komunikasi internet dari darak jauh. Untuk menciptakan sistem pengamanan rumah dan pengendali penerangan ini, diperlukan suatu perangkat yaitu modul NodeMCU ESP8266 yang menjadi penghubung guna menghubungkan alat pada koneksi internet dan aplikasi Blynk IoT yang nantinya akan mengirimkan notifikasi keamanan serta sebagai pengendali penerangan pada smartphone. Berdasarkan hasil eksperimen, sistem pengamanan rumah dan pengendali penerangan yang telah dibuat berhasil mengendalikan penerangan dalam rumah dan dapat mengirimkan notifikasi keamanan melalui aplikasi Blynk IoT pada smartphone. Berdasarkan hasil eksperimen, sistem pengamanan rumah dan pengendali penerangan yang telah dibuat berhasil mengendalikan penerangan dalam rumah dan dapat mengirimkan notifikasi keamanan melalui aplikasi Blynk IoT pada smartphone. Waktu respon dari perintah aplikasi Blynk IoT di smartphone untuk mengendalikan penerangan atau terhadap pengamanan rumah yaitu dipengaruhi oleh kondisi jaringan internet yang digunakan. House is the most comfortable place to live and rest after a day of activities inside and outside the home. Also, it is a place to store valuables and other important items. As a result, people put a lot of effort into protecting their houses from theft. Due to the increasing complexity of people activities, they may forget the little things such as a house whose lights are still on during the day. This is due to the current control of electrical equipment, especially the control of lights, still uses manual ON/OFF switch. Therefore, if people forget to turn off the lights at house, it is very possible that electricity will be wasted. Internet of Things technology is basically created and developed by human to facilitate every job and business in various aspects of life. One of them can be applied in everyday life is being able to control lighting and can also be used as home security from long distances using internet communication via smartphone. To create a home security system and lighting controller, a device such as the NodeMCU ESP8266 module is needed as an intermediary to connect the device to the internet network and the Blynk IoT application which will send security notifications as well as lighting controllers on smartphone. Based on the experiment, the home security system and lighting controller that has been made successfully control the lighting in the house and can send security notifications through the Blynk IoT application on smartphone. The response time of the Blynk IoT application command on a smartphone to control lighting or for home security is influenced by the condition of the internet network used.

Abstract

Skor pengujian usabilitas pada website Sistem Informasi Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Gorontalo yang diuji dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) hanya berada pada skor 57,5. Pada kategori Acceptability Range berada pada tingkat marginal, sedangkan pada kategori Adjective Ratings berada pada tingkat OK, dan kategori Grade Scale pada skala D. Berdasarkan rendahnya skor usabilitas tersebut, maka dilakukan redesign menggunakan pendekatan Human Centered Design (HCD). Tujuan dilakukannya redesign ini adalah untuk meningkatan skor usabilitas pada website tersebut. Setelah dilakukan redesign menggunakan pendekatan Human Centered Design (HCD) dan pengujian menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) diperoleh skor usabilitas pada skor 73,5. Skor tersebut sudah masuk dalam tingkat Acceptable pada kategori Acceptability Range, pada kategori Adjective Ratings berada pada tingkat Good dan Grade Scale pada tingkatan B. Terlihat bahwa setelah dilakukan redesign terjadi peningkatan skor usabilitas, sehingga website Sistem Informasi Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Gorontalo dapat diklasifikasikan sebagai “above average” sesuai dengan minimal skor menurut Jeff Sauro.  The usability test score on the website of the Electrical Engineering Information System of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, which was tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, was only at a score of 57,5. The Acceptability Range category is at the marginal level, while the Adjecive Rating category is at the OK level, and the Grade Scale category is on a D scale. based on the low usability score, a redesign was carried out using the Human Centered Design (HCD) approach. This redesign aims to increase the usability score on the website. After redesigning using the Human Centered Design (HCD) approach and testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method obtained a usability score of 73,5. This score is included in the Acceptable level in the Acceptability Range category. The Adjective Ratings category is at the Good level, and the Grade Scale is at level B. Therefore, it is confirmed that after the redesign, there is an increase in the usability score, so the website of the Electrical Engineering Information System of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo can be classified as “above average” based on the minimum score according to Jeff Sauro.

Abstract

Desa dunggala adalah salah satu desa digital yang menjadi desa binaan dari Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Gorontalo khususnya Jurusan Teknik Elektro. Meski Desa Dunggala sudah memiliki sistem informasi desa berbentuk website, namun sarana informasi dan pengelolaan data Pemberdayan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) belum memadai. Kurang akuratnya data dan belum maksimalnya penyajian informasi terkait PKK menjadi beberapa penyebab kurang memadainya website dimaksud. Untuk itu sangat penting untuk melakukan kajian pengembangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen PKK (SIM-PKK) sebagai salah satu upaya pengembangan dari sistem sebelumnya dan menjadi pelengkap modul website utama dari Desa Dunggala yang terintegrasi ke sistem informasi eksisting untuk mengopitimalkan pengelolaan infrastruktur informasi PKK yang ada di desa. SIM-PKK akan dikembangkan menggunakan metode Research And Development (RnD) yang terdiri dari Potensi dan Masalah, Pengumpulan data, Desain Produk, Validasi Desain, Revisi Desain, Uji coba Produk, Revisi produk, Uji coba pemakaian, Revisi Produk, Produksi Masal. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menghasilkan produk baru dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut. Luaran Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk  baru yang telah di uji menggunakan blackbox dan portabilitas. Hasil pengujian tersebut menunjukan bahwa SIM-PKK berjalan dengan baik

Abstract

school teachers on the implementation of ICT-based learning models. In accordance with the Ministerial Regulation number 37 of 2018. The target of this activity is for primary school teachers to create TIK-based learning tools that are easy and simple to use to improve the knowledge and skills of the training participants, which will have a positive impact on improving student skills and learning outcomes. In addition, through this activity, the creation of TIK-based learning tools by participating teachers is targeted by applying TIK-based learning models in learning for each subject in primary school. The method is by conducting training on the implementation of ICT-based learning models for primary school teachers in the coastal areas of Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province, such as the use of learning videos using Canva, and also related to gamification for learning. This activity begins with the provision of basic material related to learning media, followed by practice in creating Canva-based learning videos, and ends with practice in creating gamification-based learning media using the Wordwall application. This community service activity ends with the signing of an Implementation Agreement between the Electrical Engineering study program and SDN 3 Kabila Bone, Bone Bolango Regency

Abstract

Melayani masyarakat melalui surat menyurat merupakan salah satu tanggung jawab kecamatan atau desa yang merupakan penyelenggara pemerintahan tingkat terendah di daerah. Jika administrasi tidak dilakukan dengan benar, pembuatan surat di kelurahan akan menimbulkan masalah tersendiri. Evaluasi yang efektif atas kinerja pemerintah ditentukan oleh seberapa baik pemerintah melayani masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu pemerintah dalam memberikan solusi pengelolaan surat keluar berbasis komputer, khusus untuk Desa Dunggala, Kecamatan Tapa, Kabupaten Bone-Bolango. Untuk menghemat waktu dan tenaga, desain aplikasi surat keluar ini akan mengotomatiskan format surat, tidak perlu memasukkan manusia untuk setiap surat yang dibutuhkan masyarakat atau warga kecamatan. Tujuan dari aplikasi ini adalah untuk memanfaatkan secara maksimal perangkat komputer desa yang saat ini hanya digunakan untuk menggantikan mesin tik manual. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan untuk berbasis web tetapi sebenarnya digunakan secara offline atau lokal, dengan maksud agar pengembangan di masa mendatang—jika memungkinkan—dapat dilakukan secara online. Program yang dibuat menyimpan datanya dalam database sistem, membuatnya mudah untuk menemukan huruf yang ditulis sebelumnya. Tersedianya program-program yang user-friendly yang mudah digunakan dan tidak memerlukan pengetahuan khusus merupakan salah satu hasil dari upaya ini. Peningkatan lebih lanjut dari aplikasi surat keluar ini dapat dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan desa atau kecamatan. Serving the community through writing letters is one of the responsibilities of the sub-district or village, which is the lowest level government administration manager in the area. If administration is not done correctly, making letters in the kelurahan leads to its own set of issues. An effective evaluation of a government's performance is determined by how well it serves the community. The purpose of this service activity is to assist the government in delivering a computer-based outgoing mail management solution, specifically for Dunggala Village, Tapa District, Bone-Bolango Regency. In order to save time and effort, the outgoing mail application's design will automate the letter format instead of requiring human entry for each letter that the community or subdistrict people require. The purpose of this application is to make the most of the village's current computer equipment, which is currently only being utilized to replace manual typewriters. Apps that are developed to be web-based but are actually used offline or locally, with the intention of enabling future development—if feasible—to be done online. The created program stores its data in a system database, making it simple to locate previously written letters. The availability of user-friendly programs that are simple to use and don't require specialized knowledge is one of the outcomes of this effort. A further enhancement of this outgoing letter application could be achieved by considering the demands of the village or sub-district.
