Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian survei ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengaruh profesionalisme guru, media, dan fasilitas belajar terhadap kualitas pembelajaran; pengaruh kualitas pembelajaran terhadap kompetensi lulusan; dan perbedaan hasil belajar pada Politeknik Negeri Bandung (POLBAN) dan Politeknik Manufaktur Negeri Bandung (POLMAN). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pembelajaran di POLBAN dipengaruhi oleh profesionalisme dosen dan fasilitas sedangkan kualitas pembelajaran di POLMAN dipengaruhi oleh media dan fasilitas.Kata Kunci: kompetensi lulusan, mutu pembelajaranTHE QUALITY OF INSTRUCTION AND GRADUATE COMPETENCE OF DIPLOMA III POLYTECHNICAbstract: This survey study was aimed to reveal the influence of the teacher professionalism, learning media, and learning facilities towards the learning quality; the influence of the learning quality towards graduate competence; and the difference in the learning achievement between Politeknik Negeri Bandung (POLBAN) and Politeknik Manufaktur Negeri Bandung (POLMAN). The findings showed that the learning quality in POLBAN was influenced by teacher professionalism and facilities, whereas the learning quality in POLMAN was influenced by media and facilities.Keyword: Quality of Learning, Graduate Competence

Abstract

This study looks at the rationale of women in choosing a profession as a sportsathlete rock climbing. In this case the researchers set the location of research in theUniversity of Riau campus area which is the center of sporting activities rock climbingRiau province. The object of this study is also related to the response of women tosociety streotipe about women who cultivate rock climbing sport. The subjects of thisstudy were all female athletes who joined in the Federation Climbing Indonesia Riau,which amounted to five (5) people. Data collection techniques used observation andinterview techniques. Then the data were analyzed by using descriptive qualitativeanalysis method. Based on the results of the analysis found that the rational choice ofwomen in the sport of rock climbing is because their orientation to the goal, they havetheir own goals, so that the attention is the goal. So that all kinds of risks andconsequences do not become something that interfere with their mind, the mostimportant is the goal is achieved. The reason they survive is due to intrinsic factors:love, comfort, challenges, and achievement and extrinsic factors: money, and career /employment. Meanwhile, women's response to stereotypes is said to be positive becausethey have a good knowledge of the streotype, and have experienced it themselves, but donot make it as an obstacle and even more obstacles as a motivation more, spirit, and astrong will to develop be better. While the attitudes of the female athlete against anykind of risk that there is likely not to question, because they choose rock climbing sporton the basis of a sense of love and pleasure.Keywords: Gender, Climbing, women

Abstract

Abstract. Electrical panels are an important component in industry, which provides security to electrical installations in various industrial sectors. Large-scale companies dominate this industry to meet the high needs of consumers and maintain the quality and security of electrical installations. Electric panels must be installed carefully, pay attention to the surrounding environment, and play an important role in controlling ventilation to regulate the temperature and air conditions inside the cage. This research uses qualitative methods to understand the process of making ventilation panels. The results cover two types of panels: electric panels and ventilation panels. Electric panels serve as storage for electrical components, protect from the surrounding environment, and facilitate the operation of electrical machines. Meanwhile, ventilation panels are a crucial part of modern farm management, adjusting temperature and humidity to suit the needs of animals. The components in the ventilation panel involve various elements such as MCBs, TORs, contactors, relays, busbars, and others. The process of creating ventilation panels includes steps such as sketching pictures, making electrical panel boxes, assembling components, busbar assembly, wiring, as well as QA and QC stages to ensure panel quality. This process ends with finishing and packing before delivery to the consumer. This research provides an in-depth understanding of the manufacture of ventilation panels, which is essential for modern industry and agriculture inining optimal environmental conditions.

Abstract

Science and technology have experienced quite rapid development. with advances in science and technology that are all sophisticated and modern, computers are a very important means of their role to help humans in overcoming various work problems in companies, agencies or organizations. The purpose of this Job Training Report Writing is to do an analysis of the store d 'store. where currently the processing of buying and selling data is still manual. The method used is the method of data collection consisting of interview or interview methods, library methods, observation methods. And includes methods of analysis and design carried out using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method. From the analysis and observations made, it can be seen that the recording and making of reports are still inadequate so as to make the decision process slow, the authors intend to design the Point of Sale System with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method. The data used to process the design includes user data, item data, sales data, purchase data, supplier data, item type data, supplier type data, reports. The conclusion of this study shows that sales at the D’STORE SHOP requires a system that simplifies sales performance, saves time and is easy to run, so that better customer service increases and the data presentation process is more organized and runs well.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of a reading learning management based on flash card games in improving the quality of psychomotor learning among students at PAUD AR-RIDHO. The background of this research is based on the importance of early reading skills in young children, which involve not only cognitive aspects but also psychomotor aspects, such as hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. Flash cards, as visual and interactive learning media, are considered effective in attracting children's attention and supporting psychomotor skill development through fun and meaningful activities. This research employs two methods are qualitative and descriptive quantitative approaches, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were teachers and students of Group B at PAUD AR-RIDHO. The results showed that systematic and well-planned use of flash cards in reading activities increased students’ active engagement, strengthened their visual memory, and trained fine motor coordination through activities such as matching, lifting, and pronouncing letters or words on the cards. Moreover, flash card-based learning created an enjoyable and stress-free learning atmosphere, positively impacting the overall quality of psychomotor learning. Therefore, this strategy can be considered an effective alternative for teaching reading at the early childhood education level. The study recommends that teachers receive training in designing and developing varied flash card media tailored to the characteristics of young learners.

Abstract

Pendidikan di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) memegang peranan krusial dalam membentuk karakter dan mengembangkan potensi peserta didik menuju jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Keberhasilan proses pendidikan di SMP tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kualitas pengajaran guru di kelas, tetapi juga oleh efektivitas dukungan dan layanan dari tenaga kependidikan (tendik). Tendik, dengan beragam peran administratif, teknis, dan layanan lainnya, menjadi tulang punggung operasional sekolah yang mendukung terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang optimal.Di SMPN 2 Cilaku, keberadaan tendik sangat esensial dalam memastikan kelancaran berbagai aspek sekolah, mulai dari administrasi akademik dan kesiswaan, pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana, layanan perpustakaan, hingga dukungan teknis lainnya. Kualitas layanan kependidikan yang diberikan oleh tendik secara signifikan memengaruhi kenyamanan dan efisiensi kerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugas pengajarannya. Ketika tendik mampu memberikan layanan yang responsif dan akuntabel, guru dapat lebih fokus pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran.Sinergi antara layanan kependidikan yang diberikan oleh tendik dengan pelaksanaan pengajaran oleh guru merupakan fondasi penting bagi terciptanya mutu pendidikan yang baik. Kolaborasi yang harmonis dan saling mendukung antara kedua elemen ini akan menciptakan iklim kerja yang positif dan kondusif bagi peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran siswa. Namun, potensi terjadinya disinkronisasi atau kurangnya koordinasi antara tendik dan guru dapat menghambat efektivitas proses belajar mengajar secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This study designed a corn grain dryer based on the ESP32-CAM microcontroller to enhance the efficiency of the post-harvest drying process. An expedited alternative to conventional drying that remains contingent upon weather conditions. The efficacy of the engineered apparatus was assessed via an experimental methodology. The apparatus for assessing the color of corn kernels comprises an ESP32-CAM camera, a heating element, and a K-type thermocouple sensor. The ESP32 microprocessor operates the system of this device. Experiments were performed by contrasting the drying outcomes with traditional methods. The gadget can desiccate corn kernels in 30 minutes to 2 hours for 0.5 kg, which is considerably more efficient than conventional methods. The automated mechanism maintains the optimal drying temperature range between 38 and 40°C. The method is deemed complete when the camera accurately identifies the color transition of the maize kernels from moist (yellow) to dry (golden). Due to its versatility for use at any moment.

Abstract

Low student engagement and persistent negative perceptions of Open High Schools remain significant challenges in distance learning implementation. This study explores the use of Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance the effectiveness of distance and independent learning in Open High School contexts, specifically examining implementation strategies and their impact on student outcomes. A qualitative descriptive case study was conducted at SMA PGRI 31 Pangalengan, focusing on 108 working students unable to attend regular face-to-face learning among 412 total Open High School students. Data collection employed direct observation, in-depth interviews with key informants, and document analysis. The analytical framework followed Miles and Huberman's interactive model, incorporating George R. Terry's POAC management principles for systematic LMS implementation evaluation. LMS implementation achieved universal student participation (100%) across all class groups, representing a 22% increase from baseline participation rates of 78%. Academic performance demonstrated substantial improvement with Mid-Semester Summative Assessment scores increasing by 15.71%, from an average of 67.55 to 78.15 points. Implementation followed systematic phases including infrastructure development, comprehensive capacity building for educators and students, blended learning model integration, and activity-based monitoring. Primary challenges included limited internet connectivity, digital literacy barriers, and device availability constraints, which were addressed through strategic Wi-Fi provision, extended training programs, and community partnerships. The findings validate LMS effectiveness in addressing traditional distance learning challenges through systematic management approaches. Results align with contemporary educational technology literature emphasizing the importance of comprehensive institutional support, stakeholder training, and adaptive problem-solving in successful educational technology adoption. The study contributes empirical evidence supporting technology-enhanced open education as a viable alternative for students with geographical, economic, and social constraints while maintaining academic quality standards.
