Abstract

Keamanan berkendara merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam aspek lalu lintas, kecepatan tinggi dalam berkendara merupakan faktor utama penyebab kecelakaan lalu lintas, oleh karena itu dengan adanya alat pembatas kecepatan maka dapat menekan jumlah kecelakaan lalu lintas. Dalam rekayasa sistem peringatan dini untuk keselamatan pengendara kendaraan perlu dibuat sebuah alat pembatas kecepatan dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler yang aman bagi pengguna, yang ditujukan untuk mengurangi tingkat kecelakaan lalu lintas. Batas kecepatan dilakukan dengan cara memutus aliran sinyal listrik dari pulser (sensor pemicu pengatur waktu pengapian) ke CDI. Sinyal listrik diputus melalui relay mekanis dengan algoritma on-off yang dikendalikan mikrokontroler ATMega16. Dengan memanfaatkan sensor speed speedometer pada sepeda motor sebagai sensor kecepatan, dengan mendeteksi jumlah putaran besi inputan yang terdapat pada gear rantai depan. Jika hasil pengukuran kecepatan melebihi nilai dari set poin, maka mikrokontroler akan memberikan peringatan selanjutnya memutus sinyal pengapian sepeda motor.   Kata kunci: ATMega16, CDI, Batas Kecepatan, Sepeda Motor

Abstract

Desa Sidorejo merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak dikawasan Kecamatan Ngoro Kabupaten Mojokerto. Desa sidorejo merupakan desa yang mempunyai hasil yang bagus terutama di bidang budidaya ikan dan dan Pariwisata. Beberapa kepala keluarga yang ada di desa tersebut mempunyai kegitan budidaya ikan Lele. Factor yang terpenting untuk pertumbuhan ikan lele yaitu pakan, dan pakan ini merupakan salah satu yang terpenting dalam menghasilkan laba dalam budidaya ikan. Permaslahan dari kegiatan budidaya ikan lele tersebut adalah pakan ikan lele yang beli di toko atau pakan pabrikan, sehingga hal ini merupakan factor untuk mempegaruhi keuntungan dari budidaya ikan lele. Biaya pakan merupakan penyebab pengeluaran yang sangat banyak, sehingga dibutuhkan pembutan pakan secara mandiri oleh pembudidaya ikan lele. Untuk iti perlu diadakan pendampingan dan pelatihan untuk memproduksi pakan ikan lele secara mandiri. Melalui iptek bagi masyarakat ini, maka diadakan training untuk membuat pkan ikan dengan bahan baku dari ayam tiren dan campuran lainnya. Kegiatan IbM di Desa Sidorejo Kecamatan Ngroro Kabupaten Mojokerto, yaitu training untuk menghasilkan pakan ikan lele secara mandiri dan kegiatan ini berlangsung dengan tahapan tahapan yang perlu dilakukan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan mulai dari bulan Oktober sampai dengan awal Bulan Desember 2020. Untuk tahap kesatu yaitu melakukan persiapan yang perlu dilakukan dalam pelatihan nanti.  Kegiatan ini melakukan komunikasi dengan petani ikan lele yang ada di desa Sidorejo. Untuk tahap dua dengan melakukan pemberitahuan kepada warga petani di desa Sidorejo tentang jadwal dan lokasi pelatihan  yang akan dilaksanakan. Untuk tahap tiga yaitu pendampingan dan pelatihan untuk proses pembuatan pakan ikan lele mulai dari pencampuran bahan sampai dihasilkan hasil pakan yang sudah diproses. Dengan iptek bagi masyarakat ini, maka akan menghasilkan keuntungan bagi petani ikan lele dalam menghasilkan keuntungan yang lebih dengan membuat pakan ikan lele secara mandiri di Desa Sidorejo

Abstract

Water plays a very important role for living things including fish, with good water fish can grow optimally and healthily. The acidic and alkaline content of water and also oxygen greatly affects its growth. Currently, the majority of fish farmers monitor the pH and oxidation process of the pond manually. Therefore, in an aquaculture business, water quality must be monitored by fish farmers. In this research, an internet of things (IoT) based tool will be made that will produce oxygen in the water in tilapia ponds and is equipped with a pH sensor that will read how much pH value is contained in it, then the data can be viewed remotely via a cellphone connected to the internet. The telemetry system of this aerator research uses the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller then the pH sensor reading data can be seen through the cellphone with the Blynk application as well as the aerator control can be easily done from the application. fish farmers can easily monitor the quality of water pH in real-time as well as control the aerator. The results achieved by the aerator can cause the oxidation process (dissolved oxygen) in water from the rotation of the impeller. Testing was carried out on a tilapia pond with a pond diameter of 15m2. The methodology used is quantitative with the results obtained from 10x experiments and comparison of the pH sensor and also the pH meter shows 96% accuracy of the pH sensor 4502C while 4% for the error value. the pH value before the aerator is active is 6 which means acidic. After the aerator is active and the dissolved oxygen process runs the pH value of the water becomes 7-7.5 which means neutral, this value is good for freshwater fish to breed well. from the help of this tool, fish farming farmers can more efficiently monitor water pH and aerator control.

Abstract

The high demand for drinking water makes drinking water sold in many stores, it makes buyers have to enter the store first and queue to pay for it. Even though there are people who cannot wait too long. This makes people want fast and easy payment for drinking water. So a fast and easy payment tool is needed. This paper describes the payment of refillable water bottles using ESP32-based E-Card. Testing is done in three stages: (1) E-Card reading distance testing, (2) payment testing in successful conditions, and (3) payment testing in failed conditions. The first test found that the E-Card reading distance is 3.5 cm but when given an aluminum plate barrier, the E-Card cannot work. From the results of the second test the payment was as expected. And the third test states that the tool works well even in conditions of inappropriate payment. The weakness of this tool is that it cannot pay with coins.

Abstract

Electrical panels play an important role as the center of electrical energy distribution, functioning to regulate the flow of electricity in a building. This distribution process requires something that can secure and divide the amount of power flowing, therefore the SDP (Sub Distribution Panel) panel is needed. This panel contains several components that are assembled into one unit so that it can function properly. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method that focuses on problems based on facts carried out by means of observation or observation, interviews, and studying documents. If all the techniques in this method are performed successfully, the accurate percentage of this research is 98%. This research produces a description of the process of making SDP panels from start to finish. This research resulted that the SDP panel has several functions, namely collecting and forwarding power to each load in each branch as needed, connecting and disconnecting the power distribution circuit and the safety of the power distribution system control.

Abstract

Polar Mohr machines are a well-known brand in the printing industry known for its quality paper cutting machines and printing materials. The method used is descriptive research method focused on the problem. The discussion of the polar mohr machine is starting from the position button, length button, reverse button, forward button, reset button and start button. The results of the mohr polar machine are from the polar machine planning to PLC assembly and installation. The conclusion of the polar machine is very helpful for smooth running in the industrial world because it simplifies the process of cutting paper. Abstract

Water accumulation in air conditioning (AC) drain pans can lead to corrosion and subsequent leaks, impacting AC system performance. This study focuses on implementing a monitoring system to track water levels and promptly discharge water to prevent corrosion. Using a research and development approach, the study evaluated the water level sensor's performance in measuring water levels and the pump's effectiveness in discharging water at specific levels, ensuring overall system reliability. The system utilized the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller, a water level sensor, an LCD I2C 16x2 display, and Blynk as a smartphone-based monitoring platform. The findings demonstrated the effective functionality of the device in evacuating accumulated water from the AC evaporator. This was achieved through the activation of a water pump when the water level reached a threshold of 2 cm, thereby preventing potential leakage in the air conditioner's storage gutter.

Abstract

Solar Sel merupakan perangkat yang dapat mengubah energi surya menjadi energi listrik. Sumber energi listrik ini diciptakan dengan menerima cahaya langsung dari surya. Sumber energi ini dapat digunakan sebagai sumber listrik untuk peralatan seperti pengering kupang yang biasanya dilakukan dengan cara dijemur langsung di bawah terik surya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keefektifan PLTS dan heater untuk pengering kupang. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan dengan melakukan pengukuran pada besaran-besaran listrik, suhu dan kelembapan, setelah itu dilakukan analisa berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh. Proses pengukuran ada 2 perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dari kapasitas PLTS dan heater masih kurang efektif. Karena berdasarkan dari analisa pengukuran pada 2 perlakuan terjadi ketidakseimbangan hasil pengukuran temperatur dan kelembapan pada posisi 3. Pada perlakuan 1 hasil dari pengukuran temperatur mencapai 46,98 ? dan kelembapan mencapai 26,34%. Sedangkan pada perlakuan 2 hasil dari pengukuran temperatur sebesar 34,30 ? dan kelembapan sebesar 67,64%.

Abstract

Energi cahaya matahari tidak pernah habis memberikan manfaat posistif bagi kehidupan. Selain untuk mempermudah penglihatan, cahaya merupakan suatu energi tepat guna yang sangat bermanfaat apabila mampu memaksimalkan energy tersebut. Salah satu pemanfaatan tepat guna dari energi cahaya matahari adalah sebagai sumber energi listrik. Oleh karena itu dibuat suatu sistem control tepat guna. Dengan menggabungkan energi cahaya matahari dan alat kontrol untuk mengkonversikan energi cahaya matahari menjadi energi listrik. Dalam hal ini output sel surya terhubung ke sebuah rangkaian penguat arus, agar dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk charger HP. Output dari rangkaian mampu menghasilkan arus maksimal hingga 250 mA dengan tegangan maksimal 12 volt. Outputnya diseri dengan diode zener 3,7 volt agar sesuai dengan input pada HP. Dalam waktu 2 jam 48 menit mampu mengisi baterai HP dengan daya 3,7 volt dan arus 500 mA dapat mengisi ± 90 %.

Abstract

In the context of the widespread transmission of Covid-19 via various mediums, including physical contact and contaminated surfaces, the critical need for document sterilization becomes apparent. Addressing this concern, a Document Sterilization Box was developed utilizing Ultraviolet-C (UV-C) Light and Heating methods, integrated with an Arduino Uno system equipped with LCD, LED displays, and a Buzzer for remote monitoring. The study aimed to assess the efficacy of this approach, achieving successful results with an average Lux reading of 204.6 and a temperature of 31.9 ̊C, within a 2-minute timeframe and humidity of 111.3%. The Document Sterilization Box employing UV-C Light and Heating proved to be a highly effective, safe, and environmentally friendly method, eliminating 100% of harmful microorganisms without causing damage to the exposed objects. This innovation offers valuable implications for enhancing hygiene practices and safeguarding public health on a global scale. Highlight: Emerging Necessity: Recognizing the critical need for effective document sterilization due to Covid-19 transmission via various mediums, including contaminated surfaces and physical contact. Technological Innovation: Introducing a Document Sterilization Box incorporating Ultraviolet-C Light and Heating methods, enhanced by Arduino Uno system, LCD, LED displays, and remote monitoring capabilities. Efficacy and Implications: Successfully achieving high efficacy in eliminating harmful microorganisms, the UV-C Light and Heating approach offers a safe, eco-friendly solution with global implications for elevating hygiene standards and preserving public health.
