Abstract

The importance of an environment/event that is specifically to organize and focus its function to a wedding will make the couple easier to set a very sacred event and it is important towards a household that is the main goall of all couples.This buildings provides many function that is related and important to the event. From those functions, the couple who will get married should not be complicated to go to many places, it is only come to this environment/event. In designing, wedding facilities intergrated used postmodern architecture approach. The design of wedding facilities intergrated by applying the concept of dynamic, ethnic, and modern which is the basic concept for determining the design in accordance with the theme of postmodern. By the concept, wedding facilities intergrated can implement these apsects that can respond to the design, it can be order of mass, mass formation, and the application of contextual method. Contextual method which is seen as design technique that was developed to provide answers, especially on the conditions that are Regionalism, local context urbanism, respond to topogical condition, respond to environment, respect to given environment, and simbiosis man nature ,and culture.Key words: facility, wedding, intergrated, concept, postmodern, contextual, dynamic, ethnic, and modern

Abstract

The culinary world needs to be balanced with the preservation of the culinary Nusantara. It is necessary for harmony between the human environment and the natural environment or better known as organic architecture. The Unity of Nature concept applied to the building design and expected to realize an integrated spatial planning between different functions and activities. The concept was also implemented in mass and the shape of the pattern. Through organic architecture design method, the result was covered zone, mass order, exterior, mass formation, interior, and structure. Different functions separated in different zone, and the mass order used linear pattern that connected all three functions. Mass formation obtained from the formation adapted to the natural environment in the site. The used of structural systems in all three functions were organized to create comfortable interior space.Keywords: Culinary facilities, Organic Architecture, Unity of Nature

Abstract

Fashion school in Pekanbaru is a place of informal education in the field of fashion based Institute of Vocational Education. Fashion is a style that can be expressed through fashion products, so that the same thing happened to the art deco movement that produces an object related to one of the fashion products. Art deco architecture appears as a result of the global changes that produce the trend in expressing of shapes and a new spirit of expression. Base on that, then has decided "Streamline Dynamic" as be a concept of design. Design of fashion school used the characteristic of "streamline deco" approach based on the principle C.R Wolff Schomaker and A.F. Aalbers, who was brought to Indonesia due to environmental conditions and climate adjustment. The application concept of fashion school are on the zoning pattern, form of mass, landscape, fasade of building, and interior. The result of streamline chararacteristic approach on design of fashion school are: adjustment to the environment at zoning, orientation in the form of line hyrarchy in form of mass, the form adoption of the order of mass from the direction of orientation. The establishment of the landscape and interior are applying pattern of form a strict lines dynamic with bright colors. Abstract

This research aims to understand the influence of the business environment on the performance of UMKM. The population of this research is the whole business unit of fish processing in Kampung Patin, Desa Koto Mesjid, Kab. Kampar, Riau. The research is descriptive of quantitative research using census technique inside the sample collection. Of the population with 9 of respondents, wholly as sample. From 9 questionnaires, to all the questionnaires have been returned and can be processed.The results of research suggests that the business environment central in fish processing in central fish processing enterprises in Kampung Patin, Desa Koto Mesjid, Kab. Kampar, Riau is good. However the performance of small and medium macro entrepreneurs in central fish processing enterprises in Kampung Patin, Desa Koto Mesjid, Kab. Kampar, Riau not well. On the basis of the results of the analysis of data there are powerful relationship between the business environment with the performance of small and medium businesses UMKM. The direction of a relationship is positive, means the higher the business environment and has escalated the performance of small and medium businesses UMKM.Keyword: Business Environment, The Performance Of UMKM

Abstract

Tanaman pala (Myristica fragrans houtt) adalah tanaman asli Indonesia yang berasal dari pulau Banda. Tanaman ini merupakan tanaman keras yang dapat berumur panjang hingga lebih dari 100 tahun. Tanaman pala tumbuh dengan baik di daerah tropis, selain di Indonesia terdapat pula di Amerika, Asia dan Afrika. Pala termasuk famili Myristicaceae yang terdiri atas 15 genus (marga) dan 250 species (jenis). Dari 15 marga tersebut 5 marga di antaranya berada di daerah tropis Amerika, 6 marga di tropis Afrika dan 4 marga di tropis Asia (Rismunandar 1990). Tanaman pala merupakan tumbuhan berbatang sedang dengan tinggi mencapai 18 m, memiliki daun berbentuk bulat telur atau lonjong yang selalu hijau sepanjang tahun. Pohon pala dapat tumbuh di daerah tropis pada ketinggian di bawah 700 m dari permukaan laut, beriklim lembab dan panas, curah hujan 2.000-3.500 mm tanpa mengalami periode musim kering secara nyata.

Abstract

Luasnya perairan Maluku menjadikan sektor kelautan dan perikanan memiliki potensi besar sebagai sektor unggulan dan penggerak utama (prime mover) pembangunan perekonomian daerah Provinsi Maluku. Ketersediaan sumberdaya alam yang melimpah dan potensi ekonomi luar biasa yang mampu menghasilkan produk dan jasa dengan daya saing tinggi, sepanjang dapat mengelolanya dengan tepat. Di sisi lain ketersediaan sumber daya alam yang ada di daratan semakin terbatas, khususnya yang berbasiskan lahan, sejalan dengan bertambahnya penduduk dan berkembangnya kegiatan ekonomi sebagai dampak dari pelaksanaan pembangunan

Abstract

Ini mencakup hal yang sangat luas, seperti tanah, kelembaban, cuaca, pengaruh hama dan penyakit, dan kadang-kadang intervensi manusia. Kepentingan atau pengaruh faktor-faktor lingkungan terhadap masyakat tumbuhan berbeda-beda pada saat yang berlainan. Abstract

This study aims to study and analyze the performance of the Cocoa Community Economic Institution (LEM) in North Kolaka Regency. This study uses a qualitative research type with descriptive analysis method with data collection techniques using three ways namely: interviews and document studies.The results showed that the National Movement Program in North Kolaka District had been running according to the operational standards listed in the technical guidelines, including garden rejuvenation, rehabilitation of gardens, intensification of gardens, empowerment of officers and farmers, construction and operation of post-harvest management units, and development of a technology database system. cocoa cultivation. The performance of LEM Prosperous in the cocoa gernas in North Kolaka Regency in terms of productivity, responsibility and accountability has been going well. While from the dimensions of service quality and responsiveness, it has not yet run well in terms of human resources and funding/budget. This means that with the good performance of LEM Prosperous, the Gernas Cocoa program in Kolaka Utar can be realized, and vice versa. Therefore, to improve the performance of the Prosperous LEM, it is necessary to increase the resources of the Prosperous LEM both in terms of human resources and funding/budget.
