Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and employee compensation to the performance of PT. Adi Setia Mitra Abadi Semarang. Type of data used in this study is the primary data is data obtained directly from the original source. While the techniques used for data collection used a questionnaire to ask a number of written questions used to obtain information and respondents. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Adi Setia Mitra Abadi, amounting to 152 people. The amount of sample used in this study based on the formula slovin inim for is 67 people. Purposive sampling technique sampling. Test equipment used in this study using the Pearson Correlation test validity, reliability testing using Cronbachalpha and test hypotheses using multiple linear regression. The analysis concluded that: (1) style of leadership has a positive effect on employee performance. The better the leadership style adopted in the company, the employees performance will also increase. (2) Cultural organizations have a positive effect on employee performance. The better the application of organizational culture, then the employees performance will be increased. (3) Compensation of employees has a positive effect on performance. The higher the compensation received, then the employees performance will be increased.Key words: leadership styles, organizational culture, compensation and employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of motivational leadership and work environment on employeeperformance PT. Fastrata Buana Tegal. The population in this study were all employees of PT Fastrata Buana Tegal. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, work motivation and competence on the performance of elementary school teachers throughout the city of Semarang. The population of this research consisted of 8109 people with a sample of 99 people. Data obtained directly from the source. The technique used for primary data collection is done by means of questionnaires to the respondents. The test results of determination (R²) indicates that teacher performance can be explained by the Compensation, Motivation and Competence by 76.7% while the rest is influenced by other variables outside of research. Compensation, labor and Competence Motivation jointly significant effect on teacher performance. The results of regression analysis show that , Compensation has positive and significant impact on teacher performance, work motivation positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers, and Competence positive and significant impact on teacher performance.Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Competence and Performance teacher

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of job characteristics variable, work discipline and work motivation to job satisfaction of employee of Larissa Aesthetic Center Semarang. Respondents of this research are employees of Larissa Aesthetic Center Semarang who have worked for more than 2 years as many as 77 people. Sampling technique using sampling census method, then analyzed by using multiple linear regression. Data from the questionnaires were tested with validity, reliability and multiple regression tests. The results of his research are: (1) job characteristics have a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. (2) discipline has positive effect on employee job satisfaction. (3) motivation has not positive effect on employee job satisfaction.Keywords: job characteristics, discipline, motivation and employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of compensation, job characteristics, and motivation on teacher performance. The object of research in this writing is Vocational High School Pangudi Luhur Tarcisius 1 Semarang. The sampling technique in this research is using the census of 62 respondents as sample by using questionnaire (questionnaire) by way of spreading the list of questions to the respondent in order to get information. The purpose of the study was formulated to determine the effect of compensation, job characteristics, and motivation on teacher performance.The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of question items, cronbach alpha formula to test instrument reliability, regression to test the magnitude of partial influence of each independent variable tested by regression analysis. The results of his research are: (1) compensation has a negative effect on teacher performance. (2) job characteristics have a positive effect on teacher performance. (3) motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance. Key Words             : Work Compensation, Characteristics, Motivation and Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of competence, personality, support supervisor on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang. Respondents of this research consisted of 98 people PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang. Data analysis used is the test of validity, reliability test and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS software version 20.0 to test and prove the research hypothesis. The result of multiple linear regression test shows that Competence has positive and significant influence to employee performance, Personality has positive and significant influence to employee performance, Supervisor Support has positive and significant influence to employee performance. Abstract

This research to analyzed the effect of work conflict, work stress, and job satisfaction on performation. The sample technical used random sampling with 113 responden. Data analysed by multiple regression linier by spss. .The results of the study showed that simultaneously variable independent together influential dependent on variables. Parsial variable work conflict has not been affecting the employee performance, work stress have a positively effect significantly effect on of employee performance, job satisfaction have a positively effect significantly effect on employee performance. Password: work conflict, work stress, job satisfaction and employee performance .
