Abstract

System acceptance of new students that are used today by SMK Budhi Warman 1 still using manual systems, where the committee registration data entry by recording the books, authors, therefore, intends to make the information system admission of new students web-based SMK Budhi Warman 1. Making the information system admission of new students using the web-based PHP programming language and MySQL database. The registration system is web-based SMK Budhi Warman 1 Jakarta can be easier for potential new students to register to save time and cost than if it comes directly to the school and with the information system of information admission of new students, are expected to assist and simplify the processing of learners SMK Budhi Warman 1 Jakarta.

Abstract

The development of information system applications in Indonesia is currently experiencing rapid progress. The Indonesian community downloads and uses information system for investment, work, communication, shopping and many other activitie the other. It is estimated by experts for the future use of system  increased. The existence of investment in Indonesia is now growing, this is caused by the desire of the community to benefit in the future will com]. The lack of knowledge about investments owned by the community, the many criteria and alternatives in choosing investment will be a problem alone in an effort to choose the most ideal investment [2]. Decision support system built to help humans to help solve problems no structured and semi structured. Decision support information system development investment selection has the aim of helping the community or investors to choose the most appropriate and correct investment based on various criteria and alternatives predetermined to select various investments Stages of application development (1) needs analysis, (2) Design, (3) system implementation, (4) Support operations and (5) Evaluate Performance. Criteria and alternatives used in investment selection derived from prior research conducted by the author. Criteria consist of market risk liquidity, inflation, time period, investment value, return, income, while the alternative of investment are deposits, insurance, gold, shares, DPLK and mutual fund.

Abstract

Poverty is a condition where a person or household has insufficient income to meet the minimum living needs. BPS states that 40% of Indonesians are in the lowest economy. One of the measures to tackle poverty by the government is the application of electricity subsidies. The government in collaboration with PT. PLN to control poverty has an electricity subsidy program by providing electricity subsidy assistance funds to underprivileged communities. The purpose of the subsidy is to achieve electricity supply and help poor customers and those who have not been contacted by PT. PLN so that they can participate in enjoying electrical energy. However, there are still obstacles where there are many procedures so that it takes a long time to make decisions, because it must be seen from several criteria. One of the methods used to overcome the many criteria of FMADM is TOPSIS to complete 10 alternatives including: Job, Income, Dependents, Vehicle Assets, Home Ownership, Building Area, Drinking Water Source, Electrical Power Range, type of floor, and type of house wall. The results of the study obtained accurate results, namely from 20 submissions, only 11 residents were automatically acceded without having to wait a long time in the decision to grant electricity subsidies. Abstract

Abstract—Penggunaan sistem Teknologi Informasi (TI) dalam menjalankan proses bisnis di berbagai bidang di era pandemi saat ini merupakan sesuatu yang tidak terelakkan lagi. Diantara berbagai keuntungan dan kemudahan penggunaan Teknologi Informasi tersebut, terdapat risiko yang mengintai terhadap penggunaan Teknologi Informasi yaitu ketersediaan basis data, waktu downtime yang berakibat pada gap data, hingga risiko yang terbesar yaitu kehilangan data. Dikarenakan adanya risiko-risiko tersebut, perlu dicari metode replikasi basis data yang paling tepat untuk meminimalisir kemungkinan atau menjadi solusi yang paling cepat untuk mengembalikan kondisi normal atas terjadinya risiko tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari tahu seberapa efisien dan efektif penerapan metode replikasi basis data di Pusintek Kementerian Keuangn dengan memperhatikan konsep High Availability Disaster Recovery pada platform basis data SQL Server. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan pengujian pada aspek ketersediaan basis data, lamanya waktu downtime dan integritas data pada tiga metode replikasi yaitu Backup-Restore, Mirroring dan Always On Availability Group. Berdasarkan analisa dan pengujian yang dilakukan, metode Always On Availability Group memiliki waktu downtime paling rendah dan integritas data yang terjaga pada secondary node. Abstract

Instagram as one of the social media that has active users with a high number of users is an example of the use of social media as promotional media. However, limitations on Instagram by not allowing placing a "Link" to a post cause limitations in promoting products or services. Instagram is a native app-based application found in app stores such as the Google Play Store and Apple's App Store that requires memory on a smartphone to be installed. Based on these problems the author has a desire to create an application that can be used as a medium of sharing and promotion for various types of content that can be channeled through images that are categorized into images and videos, each uploaded image can be embedded with certain "Links" using Progressive Web Apps Technology ( PWA). The goal of implementing Progress Web Application is to design and build a system that can share content with other users. The result of the implementation of PWA is to increase the number of visitors (visitors) an average of two times on content published on the website when compared to conditions before using PWA technology.

Abstract

PT. Kimia Farma adalah suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri farmasi Indonesia, Kimia Farma sangat diperhitungkan kiprahnya khususnya dalam pembangunan kesehatan masyarakat Indonesia. Dalam persaingan didunia bisnis, khususnya Apotek, para pengembang menemukan suatu strategi jitu yang dapat meningkatkan penjualan obat. Salah satu cara mengatasinya adalah dengan tetap tersediaannya berbagai jenis obat yang dibutuhkan oleh konsumen. Penerapan Algoritma Apriori dapat membantu dalam kandidat kombinasi item, jika memenuhi parameter support dan confidence maka hasil tersebut dapat membantu dalam pola pembelian obat.

Abstract

The recommendation system is an important tool for providing personalized suggestions to users about products or services. However, previous research on individual recommendation systems using skyline queries has not considered the dynamic personal preferences of users. Therefore, this study aims to develop an individual recommendation model based on the current individual preferences and user location in a mobile environment. We propose an RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) score-based algorithm to predict the current individual preferences of users. This research utilizes the skyline query method to recommend local cuisine that aligns with the individual preferences of users. The attributes used in selecting suitable local cuisine include individual preferences, price, and distance between the user and the local cuisine seller. The proposed algorithm has been implemented in the JALITA mobile-based Indonesian local cuisine recommendation system. The results effectively recommend local cuisine that matches the dynamic individual preferences and location of users. Based on the implementation results, individual recommendations are provided to mobile users anytime and anywhere they are located. In this study, three skyline objects are generated: soto betawi (C5), Mie Aceh Daging Goreng (C4), and Gado-gado betawi (C3), which are recommended local cuisine based on the current individual preferences (U1) and user location (L1). The implementation results are exemplified for one user located at (U1L1), providing recommendations for soto betawi (C5) with an individual preference score of 0.96, Mie Aceh Daging Goreng (C4) with an individual preference score of 0.93, and Gado-gado betawi (C3) with an individual preference score of 0.98. Thus, this research contributes to the field of individual recommendation systems by considering the dynamic user location and preferences.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus merupakan salah satu penyakit kronis yang prevalensinya terus meningkat di seluruh dunia. Deteksi dini diabetes sangat penting untuk penanganan dan pencegahan komplikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model prediksi diabetes menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) berdasarkan dataset Pima Indians Diabetes. Proses penelitian meliputi preprocessing data, implementasi algoritma KNN, dan evaluasi model. Preprocessing data mencakup penanganan nilai nol, imputasi nilai yang hilang, dan normalisasi fitur. Implementasi KNN dilakukan dengan mencari nilai K optimal melalui cross-validation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model KNN dengan nilai K optimal 19 mencapai akurasi 75,32% dalam memprediksi diabetes. Analisis performa model menunjukkan presisi 0,67 dan recall 0,57 untuk kasus positif diabetes. Meskipun model menunjukkan kinerja yang cukup baik, masih terdapat ruang untuk peningkatan, terutama dalam mengurangi false negatives. Penelitian ini menyoroti potensi penggunaan algoritma KNN dalam skrining diabetes dan memberikan dasar untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam prediksi penyakit menggunakan teknik machine learning.

Abstract

The government might be national, provincial, state, or municipal. Local government refers to the administration of a locality or small community, such as a village, town, or city, by the body representing the local population, with a considerable level of autonomy, earning at least a part of its income from local taxes, and spending the proceeds on services. One of the most important preconditions for the growth of local governments is the democratization of governmental management. The breaking up of ownership monopolies fosters the growth of economies with many structures. The establishment of government powers that are both durable and effective is required in order to generate adequate conditions for business. These conditions must encompass a wide variety of factors, including favorable rules of play, the protection of ownership rights, and so on. The study utilizes both primary and secondary information and also make use of both quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data was collected through a set of semi-structured questionnaire & interviewing of different stakeholders in local government. Under Qualitative data, information was collected through survey method and KII. Besides, the secondary data was collected through the books, journals, reports and newspaper. The number of total respondents was 50. Finally, Descriptive, analytical and empirical methods was use to analyses the data. The study will help in understanding the transformation of local government in Bangladesh and in future measures to strengthen it.

Abstract

Bangladeshis began their fight for independence on March 26, 1971, as a response to Pakistani rule that was unfair to their race and treated them like a colony within their own country. Between the start of the Liberation War and November, the UNO's main job was to provide aid and support for civilians. When India and Pakistan went to war on December 3 over the Liberation War, the UN Security Council got very busy. The Security Council met nonstop during this time and discussed many ideas and counter-proposals. Two superpowers of this time, USA and the Soviet Union, took opposing positions in the Security Council. United States and China sided with Pakistan while Soviet Union sided with Bangladesh (East Pakistan). In the Security Council, France and Britain remained neutral and did not vote. The Security Council could not reach a consensus. After debate and vote in the Security Council, the agenda was transmitted to the General Assembly on 6 December. General Assembly passed a 'Unity Formula for Peace' resolution by an overwhelming majority on December 7. India and Bangladesh rejected this idea; therefore, the US called a second Security Council session. The Security Council met from 12 to 21 December at various times. Bangladesh's independence on December 16 altered everything. International representatives acknowledged reality and unanimously approved a ceasefire agreement on December 21, resolving the long-awaited Bangladesh problem.
