Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) merupakan teknologi yang akhir-akhir ini banyak diperbincangkan. Dengan teknologi tersebut, setiap perangkat yang kita gunakan dapat terkoneksi dengan internet, sehingga dapat dikendalikan dari jarak jauh dengan smartphone atau bahkan perintah suara. Misalnya di rumah kita, akan banyak perangkat yang terhubung dengan internet of things, seperti kulkas, lampu, TV, pintu rumah, dan barang-barang lainnya. Kita bisa membuat sistem otomatis untuk menyiram tanaman atau mengontrolnya secara manual dengan smartphone kita. Teknologi IoT bekerja menggunakan relay dan NodeMCU sebagai alat penyimpan kode-kode yang telah dibuat pada software Arduino IDE

Abstract

Sepeda listrik dapat dijadikan media pembelajaran yang menarik bagi siswa SMK/SMA. Salah satunya sekolah MAN 2 Bandar Lampung. Penggunaan sepeda listrik dapat membantu siswa memahami prinsip-prinsip dasar teknologi dan teknik yang terkait dengan sepeda listrik, serta memperoleh keterampilan praktis dalam merancang dan memelihara sepeda listrik. Selain itu, penggunaan sepeda listrik sebagai media pembelajaran juga dapat membantu siswa memahami pentingnya transportasi berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan dalam mengurangi dampak perubahan iklim. Dengan demikian, sepeda listrik dapat menjadi sarana pembelajaran yang efektif dan bermanfaat bagi siswa SMK/SMA dalam mengembangkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan mereka di bidang teknologi, lingkungan, dan transportasi.

Abstract

Swadhipa 2 Lampung Selatan memiliki potensi di bidang teknologi. Oleh karena itu, kami akan memperkenalkan teknologi aplikasi software Canva. Canva adalah aplikasi software yang digunakan untuk membuat berbagai jenis konten visual, seperti poster, presentasi, infografis, dan lain-lain. Selain itu, Canva juga dapat digunakan untuk membuat tugas atau proyek siswa yang berbasis desain grafis, sehingga siswa dapat belajar dan mengembangkan keterampilan desain grafis mereka. Aplikasi Canva juga memiliki template desain yang sudah disediakan, sehingga siswa tidak perlu memulai desain dari awal. Template ini dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan tema yang diinginkan. Target dari pelatihan aplikasi canva ini agar siswa dapat mengembangkan kreatifitas di era teknologi modern berbasis software.

Abstract

The term "tunanetra" is used to refer to someone who experiences total blindness or visual impairment. Such visual limitations result in visually impaired individuals facing difficulties in accessing information quickly and performing daily activities like walking, driving, and more. Walking is one of the crucial activities for visually impaired individuals because it is one way to explore the world and engage in daily activities. Based on this issue, an assistive device for the visually impaired was designed using embedded system technology. In 2022, Serly Juliana Taneo, Jonshon Tarigan, Frederika Rambu Ngana, and Andreas Ch. Louk developed a mobility aid device for individuals with visual impairments using ultrasonic sensors for distance detection and Arduino as the microcontroller. However, the device primarily focused on mobility, and there is a need to add new features, such as emergency information using SMS technology that can send messages with the press of a button. The research results indicate that the ultrasonic sensor successfully triggers vibrations within a range of 1-100 cm, and the button can send emergency notifications via SMS when pressed. Therefore, it can be concluded that all connected components can function as intended. By combining SMS technology and ultrasonic sensors, this assistive device is expected to enhance the safety and independence of individuals with visual impairments as they navigate their surroundings.

Abstract

Monitoring system The cocoa bean dryer is a system created to make it easier for emping melinjo craftsmen to combine the cocoa bean drying process based on temperature, humidity, weight and drying status. This system was created in the form of an application called MONIBIK Iot, in this application there is data on Temperature, Humidity, Weight and Drying Status as well as graphic displays. MONIBIK IoT can be accessed anywhere and at any time, provided the device must be connected to an internet connection. The conclusion from the research carried out is that the test results in the process of sending data from the system to the server display data values ​​in real time. Based on the test results of the sensor in measuring the level of drying of cocoa beans, based on temperature, humidity and weight results that can be obtained in the measurement process, the sensor can work well. The test data shows that the temperature value has increased, while the humidity and weight values ​​have decreased. This shows that the cocoa bean dryer is operating properly. Abstract

Coffee fruit is a trade commodity that has been known for centuries. Coffee fruit can be processed into a delicious drink, but when coffee farmers harvest at the same time, farmers combine immature and ripe coffee fruit in one container, this results in a decrease in the quality of the taste. significant. In this research, the fuzzy Sugeno method was used to determine the classification of ripe, semi-ripe and ripe coffee fruit. This tool uses an Arduino Uno Atmega328 microcontroller to control the TCS3200 color sensor as a reader for the color of the coffee fruit and uses a servo to sort the coffee fruit according to quality. In testing the automatic control system for separating coffee beans based on color using the TCS3200 Color Sensor, it was successful in directing the coffee beans to a predetermined container. Abstract

Improving quadcopter control systems poses significant challenges in unmanned flight technology development. Key issues include the intricate nature of PID and Kalman filter parameter settings, necessitating profound knowledge of system dynamics and sensor properties. Furthermore, successfully integrating the Kalman Filter with PID control demands meticulous coordination to optimize state estimation precision and system responsiveness. This research emphasizes the incorporation of the Kalman filter into PID-based control for quadcopter pitch angle regulation. The Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) approach governs pitch angle, augmented by the Kalman Filter, to enhance estimation accuracy and mitigate sensor uncertainty. Optimal outcomes during system response testing were achieved with parameters of Kp at 2.95, Ki at 0.23, and Kd at 0.02, resulting in superior oscillatory response, including a 9-degree overshoot, a 5-second rise time, a 15-second settling time, and a 0.15-degree steady-state error, showcasing effective regulation of the quadcopter pitch angle. A concurrent observation during testing indicated that including the Kalman filter led to a significantly reduced overshoot compared to tests without it; conversely, the settling time experienced considerable acceleration, while measurement accuracy in the steady-state condition improved by 50%.

Abstract

Peningkatan konsumsi energi dan keterbatasan cadangan energi fosil di Indonesia menuntut upaya transisi menuju sumber energi terbarukan, salah satunya energi surya. Dalam konteks pendidikan vokasi, penguatan kompetensi siswa SMK di bidang energi terbarukan menjadi aspek penting yang perlu didukung dengan media pembelajaran yang aplikatif dan kontekstual. Namun, ketersediaan media yang mengintegrasikan teori dan praktik energi surya masih terbatas, terutama di SMK yang berada di wilayah terpencil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan prototipe lampu hemat energi sederhana berbasis energi surya sebagai media edukasi interaktif di SMK Swadipa 2 Natar. Prototipe dikembangkan menggunakan pendekatan rekayasa yang berfokus pada kemudahan perakitan dan fungsionalitas edukatif, dengan komponen utama seperti panel surya mini, baterai lithium, modul pengisian, dan konverter tegangan. Evaluasi pedagogis terhadap 20 siswa dan 2 guru menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep energi surya, minat belajar, dan keterampilan perakitan. Evaluasi teknis menunjukkan bahwa prototipe mampu menyalakan lampu LED selama rata-rata 2 jam 32 menit setelah pengisian optimal selama 4–6 jam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prototipe berfungsi efektif sebagai media pembelajaran praktis dan relevan dengan kurikulum kejuruan, serta dapat direplikasi pada konteks pendidikan serupa di SMK lainnya.
