Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendalami implementasi kebijakan rekrutmen pegawai negeri sipil dalam meningkatkan jabatan fungsional di badan kepegawaian dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia kota Bekasi, mengetahui hambatan dan mengetahui strategi dalam meningkatkan jabatan fungsional. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam kepada informan, observasi dan studi dokumen. Penelitian menggunakan teori implementasi kebijakan Edward III, yaitu komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Implementasi kebijakan rekrutmen pegawai negeri sipil dalam jabatan fungsional belum berjalan dengan baik, dimana terdapat beberapa hambatan atau kendala yaitu minimnya sosialisasi, belum adanya peraturan walikota, minimnya jumlah staf, dan SOP belum dilakukan pembaharuan. Adapun strategi dalam mengatasi hambatan yang ada yaitu, melakukan sosialisasi, pembuatan peraturan wali kota, penambahan staf, dan pembaharuan SOP, dengan perbaikan pada indikator tersebut maka implementasi kebijakan dapat berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

As a Muslim, it is an obligation to consume products that are definitely halal, regardless of whether the product is viral or not. Viral products, especially food and beverage, are an attraction for the public, especially Z generation who tend to FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out), such as Mixue. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, brand image, and halal labels on purchasing decisions for Mixue products in Lamongan Regency on Z generation. This study is a quantitative study with the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The criteria for respondents in this study were generation Z who live in Lamongan. The results of the study showed that service quality and brand image partially influenced the purchasing decision for Mixue in Lamongan Regency on Z generation, while the halal label had no effect. Simultaneously, service quality, brand image, and halal labels influenced the purchasing decision for Mixue products in Lamongan Regency on Z generation. Abstract

A woman's life includes an important phase: pregnancy, which requires special attention to both physical and mental health in order to positively impact the wellbeing of both the mother and the fetus. Psychological issues such as anxiety and stress are also commonly encountered among pregnant women in many countries. These discomforts not only affect the mother's well-being, but can also have an impact on fetal development and the childbirth process. Prenatal yoga has proven to be an effective approach to reducing physical and psychological symptoms during pregnancy.   Abstrak Kehidupan seorang wanita terdapat fase penting yaitu kehamilan yang memerlukan perhatian khusus terhadap kesehatan fisik dan mental sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kesejahteraan ibu dan janin. Keluhan psikologis seperti kecemasan dan stress juga sering ditemui pada ibu hamil, di berbagai negara. Ketidaknyamanan ini tidak hanya mempengaruhi kesejahteraan ibu, tetapi juga dapat berdampak pada perkembangan janin dan proses persalinan. Praktik prenatal yoga terbukti menjadi pendekatan efektif mengurangi gejala fisik dan psikologis selama kehamilan (Miller & Thompson, 2023). Tujuan : Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan tema prenatal yoga diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengurangan ketidaknyamanan fisik dan kecemasan psikologis pada ibu hamil. Pengabdian  ini dilakukan di TPMB Fatmah Baradja  pada hari Minggu tanggal 08 Juni 2025 pukul 08.00-10.00 sebanyak 8 ibu hamil. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan tema prenatal yoga memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengurangan ketidaknyamanan fisik dan kecemasan psikologis pada ibu hamil. Dengan hasil yang menjanjikan, kegiatan ini dapat diintegrasikan sebagai salah satu alternatif intervensi untuk mendukung kesehatan ibu hamil. Dari kegiatan ini ibu hamil TM III dapat menerapkan prenatal yoga secara mandiri dirumah, sehingga ibu dapat mengontrol kecemasan dalam diri ibu.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this work is to determine the application of the Problem Based Learning Model to Improve Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). This research uses a narrative qualitative method based on interviews and observations at classroom action research (PTK) at Al-Ishlah Vocational High School class raise Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The five PBL steps followed by teachers involve student orientation to the problem, student organization in learning, investigative guidance, development of work results, and analysis and evaluation of the problem solving process. The results of the first cycle show that PBL has not been completely successful in improving student learning outcomes. An in-depth evaluation of the understanding and application of PBL is needed. The second cycle recorded significant improvements, with the average student assignment score increasing. Teacher reflection shows several obstacles, such as lack of attention from students and limited interaction between them. The implementation of PBL at Al-Ishlah Vocational School has a positive impact on students' HOTS abilities. There was a significant shift in the distribution of average student grades between the first and second cycles. The PBL model, according to the steps, based on research shows that PBL can be an effective approach to improving the quality of learning at Al-Ishlah Vocational School.

Abstract

Background: The phenomenon of code mixing at Student Entrepreneur Islamic Boarding School of Nurul Islam 2 (PPME Nuris 2), especially in the AIQ program in which students are required to speak Arabic although they have not mastered all the vocabularies yet, so that the mixing code between Arabic and regional languages, including Javanese or Madurese, influences the dialect of every University student of this program. Aims: This research is expected to answer the questions about what influences the appearance of code mixing and dialectology, the process of forming code mixing and dialectology, and the influence of dialectology and code mixing on students. Methods: This research used a qualitative approach with a case study as its research type. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and triangulation around the Student Entrepreneur Islamic Boarding School of Nuris 2 using participatory observation, guided interviews, data triangulation, and sources. Results: This study revealed that the emergence of code-mixing and dialectology among students is influenced by internal and external factors, including their environment and personal experiences. This process is shaped by the diverse regional backgrounds of the students, their social interactions, and academic demands. Dialectology and code-mixing contribute positively to students' Arabic-speaking proficiency, as code-mixing is part of language acquisition, helping students develop confidence in speaking a second language fluently and accurately. However, it also challenges Arabic grammar, as excessive code-mixing can disrupt linguistic structures, making the language appear less formal and potentially hindering proper learning. Implications: This study makes significant contributions to socio-linguistic and ecolinguistic studies, especially regarding how social interactions and environmental factors influence the students’ use of Arabic. It deepens understanding of social dynamics that influence language, such as code-mixing usage in multilingual conversation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat bahwa pentingnya memiliki pengetahuan untuk mengelola limbah sampah dengan baik. Salah satu cara mengelola limbah sampah yakni memanfaatkan abu menjadi bahan untuk pembuatan paving. Sumber Informasi diperoleh dari pengamatan langsung dan wawancara kepada kepala pengelola TPST3R yang ada di Desa Kalanganyar. Kegitan pengelolaan abu sampah menjadi bahan pembuatan paving ini dilakukan di desa Kalanganyar, kecamatan Sedati, kabupaten Sidoarjo. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ada beberapa tahapan dalam pengelolaan limbah sampah berupa abu untuk bisa menjadi paving block, antara lain: Pemilahan sampah, pembakaran sampah, pencampuran bahan baku, pencetakan paving block, dan tahap pengeringan. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method to educate the public about the importance of properly managing waste. One way to manage waste is to use ash to make paving. Sources of information were obtained from direct observation and interviews with the head of TPST3R management in Kalanganyar Village. Waste ash is managed in paving materials in Kalanganyar village, Sedati sub-district, Sidoarjo district. This research concludes that there are several stages in managing waste in the form of ash to make paving blocks, including sorting waste, burning waste, mixing raw materials, printing paving blocks, and the drying stage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan media audio visual, dan multimedia dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mendengar bahasa Arab siswa di Lembaga Pendidikan Bahasa Arab (LPBA) Al-Qodiri. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan melalui siklus perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi Miles dan Huberman untuk memastikan validitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media audio-visual dan multimedia secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan mendengar siswa, yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari 64,05 pada pre-test menjadi 84,10 pada siklus kedua. Media audio memungkinkan siswa mendengar pengucapan yang benar dari penutur asli, sedangkan media visual memberikan konteks budaya yang memperkuat pemahaman. Penerapan media pembelajaran ini juga meningkatkan motivasi dan konsentrasi siswa dalam proses belajar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi media audio, visual, dan multimedia merupakan strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mendengar dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab dan sangat direkomendasikan untuk diimplementasikan secara berkelanjutan di lembaga pendidikan bahasa.
