Abstract

Abstract : This Study aims to know the effect of training transfer consisting of individual, motivational, and environment simultaneously and partially on the performance of health promotion officer of East Kotawaringin District Health Center. Descriptive research method Analysis is used with a sample of 38 respondents with sampling techniques use census techniques, analized using linier regression multiple analysis. The results of this study indicate that training transfer consisting of individual, motivasional, and environmental variables simultaneously has an effect on the performance of health promotion officer of Kotawaringin Timur District Health Center, while partially only individual and motivational variables have a significance influence on health promotion officer performance in Kotawaringin Timur District Health Center. The influence of individual variable to health worker health promotion officer performance of East Kotawaringin Regency Health Center stronger than motivational variable. Keywords : Transfer Training, Individual, Motivasional, Environment, Work Achievement Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh transfer pelatihan yang terdiri dari individual, motivasional, dan lingkungan secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap prestasi kerja petugas promosi kesehatan puskesmas Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif Analisis dengan sampel sebanyak 38 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik jenuh/sensus, teknik analisis menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transfer pelatihan yang terdiri dari variabel individual, motivasional, dan lingkungan secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja petugas promosi kesehatan puskesmas Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur, sementara secara parsial hanya variable individual dan motivasional yang pengaruhnya signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja petugas promosi kesehatan puskesmas Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur. Pengaruh variabel individual terhadap prestasi kerja petugas promosi kesehatan puskesmas Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur lebih kuat dibandingkan variabel motivasional. Kata Kunci : Transfer Pelatihan, Individual, Motivasional, Lingkungan, Prestasi Kerja

Abstract

Membaca kitab klasik/ kitab kuning adalah proyek terbesar bagi seorang santri di samping peningkatan kualitas akhlak. Ponpes Matholi‟ul Anwar menyadari bahwa membaca kitab bukanlah hal instan yang bisa diperoleh dengan mudah dan dalam waktu yang singkat. Ponpes Matholi‟ul Anwar mengadopsi metode cepat baca kitab al Miftah sebagai salah satu syarat awal bagi santri keagamaan untuk bisa melanjutkan pendidikannya di Ponpes Matholi‟ul Anwar. Diharapkan dengan metode ini, siswa mampu menguasai baca kitab dengan waktu yang relatif lebih singkat. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini meliputi pertama, observasi, diharapkan peneliti mampu memperoleh gambaran yang sebenarnya tentang berjalannya program. Kedua, wawancara, diharapkan dengan metode ini peneliti mampu memperoleh data yang lebih akurat dan bisa dipertanggungjawabkan mengenai jalannya kegiatan. Ketiga, dokumentasi, metode ini diharapkan mampu menjadi penguat dan bukti otentik tentang berjalannya penelitian. Penggunaan Program al Miftah di ponpes Matholi‟ul Anwar diikuti oleh 48 perserta yang terdiri dari 14 santri putra dan 34 santri putri. Program ini mengadakan dua evaluasi, yakni evaluasi guru dan evaluasi siswa. Ada beberapa hambatan yang dialami, baik oleh guru maupun santri. Hambatan yang dialami santri diantaranya adalah kesulitan membaca pegon dan kesulitan memahami materi secara khusus serta anak mengalami kejenuhan. Sedangkan hambatan yang dialami guru adalah kesulitan memahami kemampuan santri, Kesulitan mengendalikan kelas dan Kesulitan memotivasi. Secara umum, kesemua hambatan dapat dilalui karena tiap usai KBM, para guru melakukan evaluasi. Program al Miftah di Ponpes Matholi‟ul Anwar berjalan sesuai target, yakni mayoritas para santri mampu menyelesaikannya Sebelum Waktu yang diberikan usia yakni dua bulan dari batasan enam bulan.

Abstract

The Banten Provincial Government, through the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR), has provided irrigation network services for the community in Banten Province. This study evaluates and assesses community satisfaction with irrigation services in Lebak Regency, organized by the PUPR Agency. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a saturated sampling technique, involving all Water User Farmer Associations (P3A) or farmer groups that receive irrigation services in Lebak Regency, with 83 respondents from 10 irrigation areas. The study was conducted for 45 days, from November to December 2023. Data were analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The IPA results showed an overall positive gap, with four questions in quadrant I (high importance and low satisfaction), ten questions in quadrant II (high importance and high satisfaction), nine questions in quadrant III (low importance and low satisfaction), and three questions in quadrant IV (low importance and high satisfaction). The CSI results show a level of public satisfaction of 78.00%, which is included in the "Good" category, according to Permenpan RB. This study provides strategic recommendations to improve the quality of irrigation services and maximize public satisfaction.

Abstract

The internalization of character education values through the courses of Islamic Religious Education and Pancasila Education is important for the students of the State Polytechnic of Creative Media. This is because character is a crucial aspect in the personal development of individuals to achieve success in the future. Islamic Religious Education and Pancasila Education are utilized as means to shape the character of students by introducing the moral and ethical values within them. Such education helps students understand the significance of strengthening values like integrity, responsibility, honesty, justice, and a strong work ethic. The method employed is literature review with a qualitative approach, collecting data from scholarly journals, books, relevant online sources, as well as through direct observation via interviews and questionnaire surveys. In facing future challenges, students of the State Polytechnic of Creative Media are required to possess a strong character and good moral integrity. Therefore, the internalization of character education values through Islamic Religious Education and Pancasila Education courses becomes essential to support future success. In this teaching process, the participation and responsibility of lecturers and teaching staff are also necessary in providing a solid understanding of these character values to the students. This way, students will be able to integrate these values into their daily lives and become individuals with good character. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the results of the community satisfaction index survey regarding provincial road public services in the Pandeglang-Lebak III development work area (WKP). This research was analyzed quantitatively descriptively. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a combination of accidental sampling techniques, the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula with a total of 196 respondents using provincial roads. The research methods used are the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Statistics Index (CSI) methods. The results of the research show that the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method obtained results from 32 questions, of which 3 questions were in quadrant I (High Importance, Low Satisfaction), while 16 questions were in quadrant II (High Importance, High Satisfaction), while 9 questions were is in quadrant III (Low Importance, Low Satisfaction) and there are 4 questions in quadrant IV (Low Importance, High Satisfaction). The results of the Customer Statistics Index (CSI) analysis obtained a CSI result of 83.25%. This shows that people using provincial roads in the Pandeglang-Lebak III development work area (WKP) are in the Good criteria. based on the criteria in the interpretation in PERMENPAN RB No. 14 of 2017.

Abstract

Digital transformation is essential in modern education, particularly at SMK Bina Am Ma’mur, where traditional learning methods, such as printed materials and the WhatsApp application, are still primarily used. These conventional methods limit flexibility, interactivity, and student engagement, which are crucial for effective learning. To address these challenges, this study develops an interactive web-based e-learning platform designed to enhance the learning experience at SMK Bina Am Ma’mur. The research employs a Research & Development (R&D) methodology, guided by the ADDIE model, which includes five phases: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data were collected through literature reviews, observations, interviews with teachers, expert validation, and student feedback, followed by descriptive analysis to interpret the results. The validation process revealed that the developed platform is highly feasible for educational use. Media experts rated it 95% suitable, while subject matter experts provided a 91% rating. Additionally, the platform received an 89% approval rating from students, indicating its effectiveness in improving material comprehension and engagement. These findings suggest that the interactive e-learning platform is a highly effective tool for enhancing the learning process at SMK Bina Am Ma’mur, making learning more flexible, accessible, and engaging. This innovative platform has the potential to overcome the limitations of traditional media, fostering greater student motivation, interactivity, and overall learning outcomes, particularly in vocational education.
