Abstract

Abstract: The main objective of this research is to study and analyze (1) The growth of wallet bird nest income in Murung Raya regency government in 2015 until 2020 (2) Efforts to increase the income of wallet bird nest tax in Murung Raya regency government analyzed by using analysis SWOT. (3) Prediction of wallet nest wall tax income in Murung Raya Regency Government 2021-2026. This research is done by quantitative method and also using the method of analysis with SWOT. The results showed that the development of wallet bird nest income income in Murung Raya district for 2015 until 2020 has increased and decreased. The prediction of wallet bird nest income tax in Murung Raya District in 2021 up to year 2026 continuously increase from year to year Keywords: Development, Enhancement, Tax Prediction Abstrak: Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis (1) Perkembangan pendapatan pajak sarang burung wallet di pemerintah kabupaten Murung Raya tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2020 (2) Upaya meningkatkan pendapatan pajak sarang burung wallet di pemerintahan Kabupaten Murung Raya yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. (3) Prediksi pendapatan pajak sarang burung wallet di Pemerintahan Kabupaten Murung Raya tahun 2021-2026. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif serta menggunakan metode analisis dengan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perkembangan pendapatan pajak sarang burung wallet di kabupaten Murung Raya untuk tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2020 telah mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan. Prediksi pendapatan pajak sarang burung wallet di Kabupaten Murung Raya pada tahun 2021 sampai dengan tahun 2026 terus menerus mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ketahun Kata kunci : Perkembangan, Peningkatan, Prediksi Pajak

Abstract

One of the businesses that is affected by changes in times and technology is purun crafts . Based on observations, it shows that the biggest problem with the existence of this business is the inability to access the market in a sustainable manner. On the other hand, there is a limited amount of raw materials taken directly from nature in swamp areas that have been converted into housing, and a limited number of craftsmen. Other problems are related to the availability of skilled labor, product durability and the involvement of creativity in producing the product.

Abstract

This research on work motivation towards employee performance of PT. Adaro Indonesia Tabalong Regency aims to simultaneously determine and analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation towards increasing employee work productivity of PT. Mektek Tanjung Lestari Tabalong Regency, to determine and partially analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation towards increasing employee work productivity of PT. Mektek Tanjung Lestari Tabalong Regency and to determine and analyze the variables of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation that have a dominant influence on increasing employee work productivity. The research will be conducted with a quantitative approach, namely all information is presented in the form of numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of the data, the appearance of the results and its analysis based on statistical analysis. The population used in this study was taken from the overall data of employees working at PT. Mektek Tanjung Lestari Tabalong Regency with a total of 76 people. While the samples used were all 64 people using multiple regression data analysis. The results of the analysis show that: (1) the calculated F value is 25.422 with a significance level of 0.000 <5%. Because the significant probability is less than 0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. (2) Intrinsic motivation (X1) obtained a test statistic of t = 2.667 with a significance of 0.010. The coefficient of the t test result at a significance level of 0.010 is smaller than 0.05 (>5%). For the calculated t produced is 2.667, while for the t table it is 1.99962. Because the calculated t value is greater than the t table (2.667 > 1.99962), it can be concluded that intrinsic motivation (X1) has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity (Y). (3) Extrinsic motivation (X2) shows a significance level of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05 (<5%). Because the calculated t value is greater than the t table (3.358 > 1.99962), it can be concluded that extrinsic motivation (X2) has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity (Y). (4) The extrinsic motivation variable (X2) is more dominant in terms of work productivity (Y) of employees of PT. Mektek Tanjung Lestari, Tabalong Regency, with a Standardized Coefficients value of 0.414, including a strong correlation value.

Abstract

Things that is done by the company can be in the form of occupational safety and health training aimed at improving knowledge , skills , attitudes that are physically designed according to the work needs of each employees . Abstract

Science continues to advance over time. This development has led to the birth of various new technologies that mark the progress of the times. Currently, technology has entered the digital era, where almost all areas of life are beginning to utilize these advances to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. In Indonesia, digital transformation has also penetrated various sectors, including education. This change presents a significant opportunity for the world of education to expand access, improve the quality of learning, and encourage innovation in teaching methods. As an entity closely linked to human culture and civilization, education has undergone significant changes in the era of globalization. The use of digital technologies, such as online learning, learning management systems (LMS), and interactive media, has become an integral part of the educational process. This not only facilitates the delivery of material but also opens up more flexible and inclusive learning opportunities for various levels of society. However, behind these opportunities, challenges also arise, such as disparities in technology access, low digital literacy in some communities, and the need to adapt curricula and teaching methods to be relevant to current developments. Therefore, the success of educational transformation in the digital era depends not only on the availability of technology but also on the readiness of human resources, including educators and students, to optimize its use. Therefore, the development of digital science and technology has become a driving force for global educational change. Education is required to adapt quickly and accurately to produce a generation that is not only academically intelligent.

Abstract

In achieving targets, a company cannot be separated from organizational culture, where a company has rules as a differentiator from other companies, the difference is what becomes a characteristic in the company and the different characteristics are called organizational culture. According to Stoner et al (in Fauzi et al 2016:4) organizational culture is a combination of patterns of several basic assumptions, behaviors, stories, and also other ideas. While organizational culture is a very important appreciation such as values, beliefs, and ethics formed by a group that is shared by all members of the organization. This study aims to test: (1) organizational culture influences organizational commitment at PT. Laris Mandiri Pratama, (2) the work environment influences organizational commitment at PT. Laris Mandiri Pratama and (3) organizational culture and work environment influence organizational commitment at PT. Laris Mandiri Pratama. The design of this study is quantitative research and is a survey study. The research population is all employees of PT. Laris Mandiri Pratama and a sample of 38 respondents with Multiple Linear Regression data analysis. Based on the results of the T-Test (Partial Test), partially the Organizational Culture variable (X1) from t count 2.088 > t table 1.659 shows that organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational commitment, partially the Work Environment variable (X2) from t count 3.197 > t table 1.659 shows that the work environment has a significant effect on organizational commitment. While the F-test (Simultaneous Test) F count 29.976 > F table 3.27 proves that organizational culture and work environment significantly affect organizational commitment.
