Abstract

The aims of this study are as follows: (1) To examine how products impact customers' purchasing choices at Golden IT Store Banjarmasin. (2) To analyze the impact of pricing on customers' purchasing decisions at Golden IT Store Banjarmasin. (3) To assess how the location influences customers' purchasing decisions at Golden IT Store Banjarmasin. (4) To test the influence of promotions on customers' purchasing decisions at Golden IT Store Banjarmasin. (5) To comprehensively evaluate the collective influence of products, pricing, location, and promotions on customers' purchasing decisions at Golden IT Store Banjarmasin. This research employs a quantitative approach involving the population of CVs. Golden IT Store Banjarmasin, with a sample of 31 respondents. Quantitative data analysis was conducted. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Products significantly impact purchasing decisions at CV. Golden IT Store. (2) Prices significantly impact purchasing decisions at CV. Golden IT Store. (3) The influence of location on purchasing decisions at CV. Golden IT Store is found to be statistically insignificant. (4) The effect of promotions on purchasing decisions at CV. Golden IT Store is relatively insignificant. (5) Collectively, products, promotions, pricing, and location have a substantial impact on purchasing decisions at CV. Golden IT Store.

Abstract

This research on work motivation towards employee performance of PT. Adaro Indonesia Tabalong Regency aims to simultaneously determine and analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation towards increasing employee work productivity of PT. Mektek Tanjung Lestari Tabalong Regency, to determine and partially analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation towards increasing employee work productivity of PT. Mektek Tanjung Lestari Tabalong Regency and to determine and analyze the variables of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation that have a dominant influence on increasing employee work productivity. The research will be conducted with a quantitative approach, namely all information is presented in the form of numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of the data, the appearance of the results and its analysis based on statistical analysis. The population used in this study was taken from the overall data of employees working at PT. Mektek Tanjung Lestari Tabalong Regency with a total of 76 people. While the samples used were all 64 people using multiple regression data analysis. The results of the analysis show that: (1) the calculated F value is 25.422 with a significance level of 0.000 <5%. Because the significant probability is less than 0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. (2) Intrinsic motivation (X1) obtained a test statistic of t = 2.667 with a significance of 0.010. The coefficient of the t test result at a significance level of 0.010 is smaller than 0.05 (>5%). For the calculated t produced is 2.667, while for the t table it is 1.99962. Because the calculated t value is greater than the t table (2.667 > 1.99962), it can be concluded that intrinsic motivation (X1) has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity (Y). (3) Extrinsic motivation (X2) shows a significance level of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05 (<5%). Because the calculated t value is greater than the t table (3.358 > 1.99962), it can be concluded that extrinsic motivation (X2) has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity (Y). (4) The extrinsic motivation variable (X2) is more dominant in terms of work productivity (Y) of employees of PT. Mektek Tanjung Lestari, Tabalong Regency, with a Standardized Coefficients value of 0.414, including a strong correlation value.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to help provide direction and counseling to the Principal, Vice Principal, Administrative Staff, and Teachers' Council of Citra Madinatul Ilmi Banjarbaru High School , regarding the introduction of elements of human resource management. Counseling in order to increase insight and knowledge for the Principal, Vice Principal, Administrative Staff, and Teachers' Council. The method of implementing this community service is carried out in several activities, namely the survey stage, namely socialization is carried out by compiling various things that will be conveyed during the community service activities that will be carried out which include: preparing the material to be provided, preparing the schedule for providing materials and surveying the community service location. The socialization stage, namely before the community service activities are carried out, a socialization stage is carried out, namely conducting a friendly meeting with the school to convey the intent and purpose of this community service. At this stage, cooperation is also established and the community service activity schedule is determined.

Abstract

Changes in the value of financial exchange have significant implications that have multi-faceted consequences. Secondly, these fluctuations directly influence the competition of domestic Jaisai products on the global stage. When the value of local foreign exchange increases, export products can become more expensive in international markets, while imported products become more affordable, so their income can affect the financial performance of companies listed in Bursai Indonesia Effect. Secondly, changing the value of exchange is also crucial in determining the capital and investment in stock market. As a result, the weakening value of the rupiah exchange rate can reduce the potential profits for foreign investors who want to increase capital, because the value of their investments will decrease. This condition often results in a general decline in investors' interest in capital, resulting in a negative impact on the Composite Stock Price Index. Interest rate variables and exchange rates are comparable and have a significant impact on the Composite Stock Price Index. This is proven by the scientific significance value which reaches 0.001, which is lower than the scientific significance value determined by (0.05). The findings of this F test show that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.
