Abstract

Aplikasi XYZ telah berhasil dikembangkan sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen stok barang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan operasional perusahaan industri lapangan. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah karyawan di lapangan dalam pengajuan penukaran dan mendapatkan slot barang seperti sepatu safety, helm safety, sarung tangan, dan barang lainnya. Dengan menggunakan metode RAD dalam proses pengembangan, aplikasi ini telah berhasil mengintegrasikan teknologi vending machine, aplikasi, dan website, sehingga mempermudah dan mempercepat sistem permintaan barang. Hasil dari pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini memberikan kemudahan bagi karyawan dalam melakukan order kebutuhan perlengkapan lapangan. Disisi lain sistem yang dikembangkan ini akan mengurangi beban kerja administrasi yang terkait dengan manajemen permintaan barang yang dibutuhkan oleh karyawan lapangan, dengan adanya layanan ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan pelayanan yang lebih cepat karena semua dilakukan melalui aplikasi.

Abstract

PT Martindo Fine Foods menghadapi tantangan dalam merespons pertanyaan pelanggan secara tepat waktu, yang berakibat pada ketidakpuasan pelanggan dan beban kerja yang tinggi bagi karyawan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem chatbot yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan pelanggan. Metode penelitian meliputi observasi, analisis kebutuhan, dan perancangan aplikasi. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa chatbot pada whatsapp mampu merespons berbagai pertanyaan umum pelanggan dengan cepat dan akurat, sehingga mengurangi jumlah pertanyaan yang harus ditangani secara manual oleh karyawan.

Abstract

Lucky Com is a company where this company is engaged in the distribution of mobile phone accessories such as earphones, power banks, chargers, cables and so on. There are many types of goods available at Lucky Com so that there is a problem in recording stock which is done manually an error occurs. The author would like to provide input with the hope that it can be useful to overcome this problem by creating a web-based inventory system that can facilitate recording stock and goods transactions. The web-based inventory system can be processed by utilizing the PHP programming language and using hosting as a storage space that can be accessed online so that the system can be accessed online as well, and the author also uses a domain as the website address that will be created

Abstract

Biometric authentication on smartphones is a modern solution for more practical and secure login security. This technology offers advantages such as speed of access and resistance to forgery compared to password-based methods. However, there are various weaknesses, such as the potential for exploitation through malware, spoofing, or brute force attacks that exploit security holes, such as Cancel-After-Match-Fail (CAMF) and Match-After-Lock (MAL). Additionally, hacked biometric data cannot be replaced, leaving users vulnerable to long-term security threats. To overcome these weaknesses, this article recommends a security approach based on Trusted Execution Environment (TEE), AES-256 encryption, spoofing detection based on liveness recognition, anti-tamper mechanisms, and the application of rate limiting. The secure authentication flow implementation is designed to protect biometric data locally without transmission to external servers, ensuring user integrity and privacy is maintained. This flow includes suspicious activity detection, login encryption, and data protection with advanced encryption. Through a combination of these technologies, the biometric authentication system is characterized as being able to significantly maximize security by minimizing the risk of attacks on user data. This research provides evaluation results that the DNN deep neural network model trained with AES-256 is characterized as being able to produce accuracy above 99.9% with less than 5,000 power traces. Then, the implementation of liveness detection is characterized as being able to produce an F1-Score of 97.78% and an HTER of 8.47% in the intra-dataset scenario, as well as an F1-Score of 74.77% and an HTER of 29.05% in the cross-dataset scenario. This combination of technologies provides secure and efficient biometric authentication without compromising user comfort.
