This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research. The findings are (1) all companies analyzed showed negative EVA values. This indicates that none 10 companies were able to generate economic profits after deducting their capital costs, (2) only PT Dwi Guna Laksana Tbk consistently posted positive MVA values. This shows that only this company has succeeded in increasing its stock market value sustainably compared to total investment made, (3) only PT Golden Eagle Tbk recorded positive value, indicating the company's ability to create stable and sustainable financial added value. Meanwhile, PT Batu Licin Nusantara Maritim Tbk only recorded positive FVA in 2021, but returned to negative in the following years.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of raw material inventory control at the Kediri Wet Noodle business by comparing the traditional method with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. A descriptive quantitative approach was applied, utilizing EOQ, Safety Stock (SS), Re-order Point (ROP), and total inventory cost analysis. The results indicate that the traditional method leads to 24 purchase cycles per year with an inventory cost of IDR 4,320,000, without considering safety stock or re-order points. In contrast, the EOQ method shows an optimal purchase quantity of 1,421 sacks (35,525 Kg) with five purchase cycles per year, an inventory cost of IDR 574,455, a Safety Stock of 67 sacks (1,675 Kg), and a Re-order Point of 107 sacks (2,675 Kg). Therefore, the EOQ method reduces inventory costs by up to 86% compared to the traditional method. Nevertheless, its limitation lies in the exclusion of raw material shelf life and storage condition factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Servant Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Jimbun Medika Inpatient Primary Clinic. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon observed in the field, where employee job satisfaction levels show frequent fluctuations. These fluctuations have the potential to impact not only individual productivity but also the overall quality of healthcare services provided to patients. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique as the primary data collection method. The population in this study includes employees of the Jimbun Medika Inpatient Primary Clinic, with data collected using structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical tools, including multiple linear regression analysis, to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The research findings indicate that Servant Leadership (X1), when tested partially, does not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In contrast, Work Motivation (X2) and Work Environment (X3) each show a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, when analyzed simultaneously, all three independent variables—Servant Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Environment—have a significant combined effect on job satisfaction levels among employees at the clinic. These findings suggest that to improve employee satisfaction and ultimately enhance service quality, the management of Jimbun Medika should prioritize improving motivation and providing a supportive work environment, while also re-evaluating leadership strategies to better align with employee needs and expectations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, job satisfaction, and motivation on the performance of billman employees at PT. PLN Electricity Services ULP Kediri City. Employee performance plays a strategic role in ensuring the company’s service quality and operational sustainability, particularly in the field of billing services which directly impacts customer satisfaction and company revenue. The research employs a quantitative approach with a multiple linear regression method to assess both partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables. The population of this study consisted of all 33 billman employees of PT. PLN Electricity Services ULP Kediri City, and due to the small size, a saturated sampling technique was used so that the entire population served as respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to all employees and then analyzed statistically. The findings indicate that, partially, work discipline has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, suggesting that discipline alone does not guarantee productivity improvement. On the other hand, job satisfaction and motivation both have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, showing that intrinsic and psychological factors contribute more strongly to optimal work outcomes. Furthermore, when tested simultaneously, work discipline, job satisfaction, and motivation collectively exert a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.786 indicates that 78.6% of variations in performance can be explained by the three variables, while the remaining 21.4% is influenced by other factors outside this research model. These findings emphasize the importance of fostering job satisfaction and motivation through supportive management policies to enhance employee contributions and organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

This study was conducted to evaluate and confirm hypotheses related to communication, work discipline, and work environment as determinants of employee performance at Pabrik Rokok Cengkir Gading Nganjuk. A quantitative approach with an associative method was adopted. The research utilized a non-probability sampling strategy, specifically the saturated sample method, by involving all 53 employees in the production section. Data were processed using SPSS version 26 and analyzed through validity, reliability, normality, linearity, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). Findings indicate that communication has a positive but insignificant effect on performance (Sig. 0.131 > 0.05). In contrast, work discipline significantly and positively influences performance (Sig. 0.016 < 0.05), while the work environment has a positive but insignificant effect (Sig. 0.052 > 0.05). On the other hand, communication, work discipline, and work environment together significantly affect employee performance (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The overall contribution of these three independent variables is 47.9%, with the remaining 52.1% explained by other unobserved variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between firm size, profitability, and debt policy on company value at PT. KMI Wire and Cable, Tbk. for the 2017–2024 period. Company value is the main focus because it reflects the company’s overall performance and can attract investor interest and perception. Firm size is measured by the natural logarithm of total assets (LN), profitability is measured by return on equity (ROE), debt policy is measured by debt-to-equity ratio (DER), and company value is measured by price-to-book value (PBV). This research employs a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis to examine the causal relationship between variables. The data used are secondary data in the form of quarterly financial reports of PT. KMI Wire and Cable, Tbk. during the study period. The results of the study indicate that firm size has a negative and significant effect on company value, while profitability and debt policy show a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, firm size, profitability, and debt policy jointly have a positive and significant effect on company value. These findings highlight the importance of balancing company growth with efficient asset management and optimal capital structure to ensure long-term financial stability. Moreover, the study contributes to empirical evidence supporting Trade-Off Theory and Pecking Order Theory, showing how capital structure decisions and profitability management can shape investor perception and firm valuation. This study provides practical insights for management in designing strategies to optimize capital structure, strengthen profitability, and manage debt responsibly to enhance firm value and investor confidence.
