Abstract

Al-Qur'an Hadith are sources of law for Muslims. It is crucial to apply teaching and learning models that are easy for teachers and students to understand and form religious moderation. This study explains how the PRADAEC learning model determines the success of cognitive learning of Islam students while also accommodating religious moderation. Based on the results of this library study, there are seven stages (syntax) in the PRADAEC learning model: Preview, Read, Ask, Discuss, Answer, Explain, and Correction. Second, the seven stages of the PRADAEC learning model are then implemented in three learning components, namely: 1) Introduction, including Preview, 2) core activities, namely Read, Ask, Discuss, Answer and Explain and 3) Closing, namely Correction. Third, the stages (syntax) of the learning process include Preview, Read, Ask, Discuss, Answer, Explain, and Correction. The conditions show that the PRADAEC model improves the cognitive learning of Al-Qur'an Hadith while also accommodating students' religious moderation. The enhancement of local school values such as honesty, mutual respect, and courtesy among students needs to concern the values, assumptions, understandings, beliefs, and expectations that are upheld and used by the school, which determines the behaviors in dealing with internal and external parties.

Abstract

Higher order thinking skills are one of the skills needed by students in 21st century learning. Many studies have shown that Indonesian students' higher thinking skills are still low. One way to empower students' higher order thinking skills is to choose the right learning model so that learning objectives can be achieved properly. This research is a quantitative study using descriptive methods and analyzing 15 articles written by researchers or students where the learning model research was conducted in Indonesia. The research method used in the articles was quasi-experimental and supported by data needed to calculate the effect size, including mean data, standard deviation, sample size, and hypothesis testing. The articles focused on the influence of the learning model on HOTS of high school students in biology subjects from 2013-2022, which were sourced from journals accredited by Arjuna. The conclusion drawn was that the learning model can empower HOTS students based on the effect size. This research is quantitative research with descriptive method so that it can be concluded that in general the learning model can empower students' HOTS based on effect size. The learning model that is considered to be able to empower students' HOTS with the greatest effect is the jigsaw cooperative type with an effect size value of 1.5. Followed by the multimedia-assisted discovery learning model with an effect size value of 0.72 having a medium effect category. The next moderate effect is a two problem solving cycles model with an effect size value of 0.67.

Abstract

Abstract

This research analyzes the characteristics and feasibility of developing biolarga (biology of snakes and ladders) learning media containing critical thinking skills on human reproductive system material. Development is carried out using a 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Learning media was developed and tested on MTs N 3 Grobogan class IX students. The data collection instrument uses a validation sheet to determine product suitability through validators, media experts, language experts, material experts, critical thinking experts, and practitioner experts. Based on the results of the validation and trials on students, the average percentage of eligibility was 84.28%. The result of this research indicates that the learning media developed is suitable for use as a medium to support the learning process, especially regarding the human reproductive system

Abstract

This study examines and compares the effects of ChatGPT and Scite_AI, on plagiarism tendencies among students of Islamic Religious Education in Indonesia. Adopting a quantitative research design, the study employed multiple linear regression analysis to evaluate both the partial and simultaneous influences of these tools on academic plagiarism. Prior to regression analysis, classical assumption tests—including normality (Prior to the regression analysis, classical assumption tests—including normality (Kolmogorov-Smirnov p = 0.088), multicollinearity (VIF < 10), multicollinearity (VIF < 10), heteroscedasticity (Breusch-Pagan test), and linearity (scatterplot of residuals)—were rigorously conducted to ensure model validity. The results reveal that both AI tools significantly contribute to increased plagiarism tendencies; however, ChatGPT demonstrates a markedly stronger effect (β = 0.4941; p < 0.001) compared to Scite (β = 0.1042; p < 0.001). The overall regression model is statistically significant (F = 87.32, p = 0.000) and satisfies all classical assumptions, confirming its reliability. Theoretically, this research enriches academic integrity literature by positioning AI tool typology—particularly the distinction between generative and verification tools—as a critical predictor of plagiarism behavior. Practically, it calls for differentiated AI literacy strategies in Islamic higher education, advocating for the integration of adab al-‘ilmu (ethics of knowledge) into digital literacy curricula to foster moral discernment and responsible technology use among future religious educators.

Abstract

Radicalism does not only revolve around religious ideology, but has also been incarnated in social, political and cultural life. That is, any ideology or thought that has a negative impact (effect) causes a person to become militant and fanaticism can be included in radicalism. Religious radicalism has recently emerged, inviting someone to adapt to other people. This concerns the practice of life (mu'amalah) and worship (ubudiyah), especially regarding the different views on their religion. Different interpretations see that religious law is exacerbated by selfish reasons that lead to the breakdown of harmony in society. What is considered not in accordance with the same understanding, is considered to deviate from the true teachings of Islam. Later, many influential people asked the person to return to the true religious teachings. He views hat religious teachings must deviate from the practice of life. Unfortunately, this true teaching is only based on their own understanding. For him, the teachings he received were considered pure and represented the true and legitimate teachings of Islam. If things like this continue, then surely the internal division of religious communities will be wide open and it turns out that the mass organization movement that smells of radicalism in the name of religion does not only happen to Islam, but also to others. religion.
