Abstract

This article is prepared to examine some of the references as a foundation for describes the influence of social media as a medium for campaigning related to religious moderation movements and conceptualizes the form of the use of Instagram and Tiktok social media in campaigning for religious moderation movements. The method used in the preparation of this journal is qualitative descriptive combined with literature review research on related sources and journals, the research approach used is a field study, with a focus on the study of Instagram and Tik Tok content. Religious moderation is a moderate view or attitude to try to take a neutral or middle position against the diversity of beliefs. With the existence of religious moderation, it is hoped that a balance in religion will be created. To strengthen religious moderation, various strategies can be carried out, one of the strata is the socialization of ideas, understanding, and education regarding religious moderation to the whole society. Because of this, the campaign regarding the religious moderation movement must be carried out massively and synergistically, especially on social media, especially Instagram and TikTok, which are social media services that are currently popular recently. By utilizing the popularity of social media networking services, it is hoped that the campaign against the religious moderation movement will be well received by the public. Abstract

Unit Kegiatan Belajar Mandiri (UKBM) merupakan hal baru sehingga penerapan UKBM memberikan perubahan dalam proses belajar mengajar serta pola pikir peserta didik dan pendidik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penerapan UKBM mata pelajaran biologi kelas X lintas minat SMA N 1 Kendal tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 berdasarkan Standar Nasional Pendidikan dan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Analisis data menggunakan Standar Nasional Pendidikan dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan UKBM dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi sudah sesuai dan memenuhi Standar Nasional Pendidikan. Kekuatan dari penerapan UKBM yaitu perencanaan pembelajaran baik sesuai dan memenuhi SNP serta UKMB dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Kelemahan UKMB adalah peserta didik dengan kecepatan belajar lambat merasa waktu terlalu singkat.

Abstract

Pengembangan modul biologi bernilai Islam ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sumber belajar Biologi dilengkapi dengan nilai Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan memodifikasi pola 4D (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate). Tahap define guna menyiapkan kebutuhan dalam pengembangan modul. Tahap selanjutnya adalah design guna merancang modul yang dikembangkan. Pengembangan dilanjutkan dengan tahap develop yang mana pada tahap ini ada 3 macam jenis penilaian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan modul yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan prototype modul Biologi bernilai Islam dengan kualitas layak dan siap untuk diuji cobakan pada tahap berikutnya, yaitu disseminate. Modul yang dikembangkan masuk dalam kategori layak untuk digunakan karena,  persentase rata-rata penilaian dari ahli materi 81.9%, untuk ahli media 83.3% dan guru biologi 82%. Hasil untuk presentase tanggapan peserta didik pada kelas kecil adalah 78% dengan kriteria layak, dan tanggapan peserta didik pada kelas besar sebesar 80,64% dengan kriteria layak.

Abstract

Siswa menganggap materi Biologi sulit sehingga menyebabkan motivasi belajar menurun. Alternatif meningkatkan motivasi belajar yaitu dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran scrapbook. Hasil menunjukkan penilaian kualitas scrapbook oleh ahli materi memperoleh persentase sebesar 91%, ahli media sebesar 84%, dan  guru Biologi sebesar 94% serta tanggapan siswa sebesar 87%. Motivasi belajar awal diperoleh skor 56% dengan kategori sedang/ cukup termotivasi, motivasi belajar akhir diperoleh skor 79% dengan kategori tinggi/ termotivasi. Berdasarkan pengukuran motivasi belajar disimpulkan pengembangan media pembelajaran scrapbook dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 23% dengan gain score 0.52 termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Pada uji beda dengan uji t diperoleh thitung sebesar 16.449 dan ttabel sebesar 2.093, karena thitung ttabel maka terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran scrapbook. Media scrapbook memperoleh penilaian kategori sangat baik, sehingga sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran scrapbook pada materi vertebrata dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas X.

Abstract

Mount Ungaran has a high varied vegetation which includes medicinal plants. The purpose of this study is to know the types of medicinal plants found in the hiking trails of Mount Ungaran. The method used in this research is the cruising method. The object of research was spermatophyta medicinal plants. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, characterization and document review. The results of the study obtained 43 types of medicinal plants belonging to 30 families with the most families were Asteraceae family with the number of 5 species. But unfortunately these plants have not been maximally utilized by the surrounding community due to lack of community knowledge about the potential of these plants and their use especially as a medicinal plants.

Abstract

Kehidupan manusia tidak dapat dipisahkan dari lingkungannya. Ada tidaknya masalah lingkungan tergantung bagaimana sikap dan tanggung jawab manusia terhadap lingkungannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengetahuan tentang pemanasan global terhadap perilaku peduli lingkungan sekitar, dilakukan pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi, Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi, UIN Walisongo. Diperoleh hasil bahwa pengetahuan pemanasan global tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan perilaku peduli lingkungan sekitar. Pada umumnya perilaku peduli lingkungan sudah baik yaitu sebesar 62% dan pengetahuan tentang pemanasan global sudah cukup baik yaitu sekitar 75%. Dari analisis data diperoleh hasil perhitungan adalah r = 0,125 memberikan penafsiran bahwa tingkat pengaruh variabel sangat rendah. Kemudian diuji keberartian koefisien korelasinya dan didapat hasil berdasarkan perhitungan diperoleh bahwa thitung = 0,896 untuk x dan y. Harga ini dikonsultasikan dengan dk = 52 dan taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh ttabel= 2,009. Karena thitung ttabelmaka Ho diterima artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengetahuan tentang pemanasan global terhadap perilaku peduli lingkungan. Kemudian dihitung Koefisien Determinasi Pada Regresi Linier Sederhana. Didapat hasil bahwa Nilai koefisien determinasir2= 0,1252 = 0,016. Ini berarti bahwa pengaruh pengetahuan pemanasan global (X) terhadap sikap peduli lingkungan(Y) sebesar 1,6% terhadap perilaku peduli lingkungan. Selain dipengaruhi pengetahuan tentang pemanasan global juga dipengaruhi faktor lain  sebesar 98,4% yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Radicalism does not only revolve around religious ideology, but has also been incarnated in social, political and cultural life. That is, any ideology or thought that has a negative impact (effect) causes a person to become militant and fanaticism can be included in radicalism. Religious radicalism has recently emerged, inviting someone to adapt to other people. This concerns the practice of life (mu'amalah) and worship (ubudiyah), especially regarding the different views on their religion. Different interpretations see that religious law is exacerbated by selfish reasons that lead to the breakdown of harmony in society. What is considered not in accordance with the same understanding, is considered to deviate from the true teachings of Islam. Later, many influential people asked the person to return to the true religious teachings. He views hat religious teachings must deviate from the practice of life. Unfortunately, this true teaching is only based on their own understanding. For him, the teachings he received were considered pure and represented the true and legitimate teachings of Islam. If things like this continue, then surely the internal division of religious communities will be wide open and it turns out that the mass organization movement that smells of radicalism in the name of religion does not only happen to Islam, but also to others. religion.

Abstract

Menoreh Kuning Durian (Durio zibethinus Murr) cultivar is originated from Dusun Promasan, Banjaroyo Village, Kalibawang Subdistrict, Kulonprogo Regency, Province of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Durian seller usually claimed their durian to be Menoreh Kuning. Therefore, an accurate method is needed to identify that cultivar. One of the most accurate methods is DNA isolation as the first step. This research was aimed to compare the total DNA profile of Menoreh Kuning Durian using detergent and commercial kit (NucleonTM PhytopureTM Genomic DNA Extraction Kits) qualitatively and quantitatively. The method used in this research was DNA isolation method using detergent and commercial kit (NucleonTM PhytopureTM Genomic DNA Extraction Kits). DNA source came from leaves Menoreh Kuning Durian. DNA pellet then was dissolved in 50 µL TE, after that each of 5 µL sampel was electrophoresized in 1 % of agarose for 30 minutes. The result of eletcrophoresis then was stained with ethidium bromide and finally was observed under transluminator-UV. The results of both isolation methods were compared based on the total DNA profil after electrophoresis, total mass of DNA pellet, and the result of DNA Optical Density. The research result had shown that the DNA of Menoreh Kuning Durian isolated using detergent and commercial kit can be observed under transluminator-UV. The mass of DNA pellet isolated using detergent was 0,004 gram while using kit was 0,0004 gram. The Optical Density results for DNA isolated using detergent were 2,658 AU of Absorbance, Ratio of 1,057, Concentration of 6645,6 µ gr/mL, and Protein of 93,9 milligram/mL. As for the DNA isolated using commercial kit had shown the Optical Density results of 2,760 AU for Absorbance, Ratio of 1,339, concentration of 6900,6 µ gr/mL, and Protein of 54,8 milligram/mL. Based on the research result, can be concluded that the DNA of Menoreh Kuning Durian can be isolated using detergent and commercial kit. The DNA profile isolated using commercial kit had shown a better result than the DNA profile isolated using detergent.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an Hadith are sources of law for Muslims. It is crucial to apply teaching and learning models that are easy for teachers and students to understand and form religious moderation. This study explains how the PRADAEC learning model determines the success of cognitive learning of Islam students while also accommodating religious moderation. Based on the results of this library study, there are seven stages (syntax) in the PRADAEC learning model: Preview, Read, Ask, Discuss, Answer, Explain, and Correction. Second, the seven stages of the PRADAEC learning model are then implemented in three learning components, namely: 1) Introduction, including Preview, 2) core activities, namely Read, Ask, Discuss, Answer and Explain and 3) Closing, namely Correction. Third, the stages (syntax) of the learning process include Preview, Read, Ask, Discuss, Answer, Explain, and Correction. The conditions show that the PRADAEC model improves the cognitive learning of Al-Qur'an Hadith while also accommodating students' religious moderation. The enhancement of local school values such as honesty, mutual respect, and courtesy among students needs to concern the values, assumptions, understandings, beliefs, and expectations that are upheld and used by the school, which determines the behaviors in dealing with internal and external parties.
