Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan kantin sehat di SDN 6 Bukit Tunggal Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Sumber data penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru dan para pedagang kantin sekolah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan: reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) proses perencanaan kantin sehat dilakukan dengan tahapan mulai dari identifikasi kebutuhan layanan kantin sehat hingga penetapan jadwal kegiatan kantin sehat; (2) pengorganisasian kantin sehat dilakukan dengan menetapkan struktur organisasi kantin beserta tugas serta tanggungjawab pengelola kantin; (3) pelaksanaan kantin sehat dikelola sekolah bersama penjaga kantin; dan (4) pengawasan kantin sehat dilakukan secara internal oleh pihak sekolah dan eksternal dengan melibatkan stakeholders seperti: Badan POM, Puskesmas Kayon, dan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup. Abstract: This study aims to describe the management of a healthy canteen at SDN 6 Bukit Tunggal Palangka Raya. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Sources of research data consisted of school principals, teachers and school canteen traders. The data was collected by means of observation, interview and documentation study. The data analysis technique was carried out in stages: data reduction, data presentation and verification or drawing conclusions. The results showed that: (1) the planning process for a healthy canteen was carried out with stages starting from identifying the need for healthy canteen services to establishing a schedule for healthy canteen activities; (2) the organization of a healthy canteen is carried out by determining the organizational structure of the canteen and the duties and responsibilities of the canteen manager; (3) implementation of a healthy canteen managed by the school together with the canteen guard; and (4) supervision of the healthy canteen is carried out internally by the school and externally by involving stakeholders such as: the POM, Kayon Puskesmas, and the Environmental Agency. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Manajemen Kurikulum Cambridge di SMPS Golden Christian School Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini meliputi: Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bagian Kurikulum, dan Guru- guru Cambridge dari ketiga Mata Pelajaran (IPA, Matematika, dan Bahasa Inggris). Analisis data menggunakan pola interaktif data, meliputi: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan derajat kepercayaan melalui teknik triangulasi baik sumber maupun metode. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kurikulum Cambridge yang dikelola dengan baik memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMPS GCS Palangka Raya.  Abstract: The research aims to describe the Cambridge Curriculum Management at the Golden Christian Middle Private School Palangka Raya. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, and study documentation. Sources of data in this study include: Principal, Deputy Principal of the Curriculum Section, and Cambridge Teachers for that three Subjects (Science, Mathematics, and English). Data analysis using interactive data model, includes: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was checked by using a degree of confidence through triangulation techniques, both sources and methods. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Cambridge curriculum which is well managed has a positive impact in improving the quality of education at the GCS Private Middle School Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Abstak : Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi supervisi akademik dalam rangka peningkatan profesionalisme guru masa pandemi Covid 19 di SDN 5 Langkai Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Pengecekan kredibilitas data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi (sumber dan teknik/metode), member checks, dan kecukupan bahan referensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi supervisi akademik dalam rangka peningkatan profesionalisme guru masa pandemi Covid 19 secara keseluruhan sudah berjalan dengan baik. Program supervisi berfokus pada peningkatan dan pengembangan kemampuan serta keterampilan guru dalam pemanfaatan teknologi untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran secara daring. Program supervisi dari kepala sekolah dilakukan secara terjadwal melalui metode observasi kelas dengan memanfaatkan media zoom meeting. Terdapat respon positif dari para guru terhadap program supervisi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekoalh pada masa pandemi Covid 19 ini. Abstract : In general, this study aims to describe the implementation of academic supervision in order to increase the professionalism of teachers during the Covid 19 pandemic at SDN 5 Langkai Kota Palangka Raya. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation study. Data credibility checks are carried out using triangulation techniques (source and technique / method), member checks, and adequacy of reference materials. The results showed that the implementation of academic supervision in order to increase the professionalism of teachers during the Covid 19 pandemic as a whole has gone well. The supervision program focuses on improving and developing the abilities and skills of teachers in the use of technology to support the learning process online. The supervision program from the principal is carried out on a scheduled basis through the classroom observation method by utilizing the zoom meeting media. There was a positive response from teachers to the supervision program carried out by school heads during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Manajemen Sekolah Model pada Jenjang Pendidikan Dasar di SD Negeri 1 Menteng Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dalam peneltian ini yaitu: Kepala Sekolah, Ketua TPMPS dan Guru-guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui: Pengumpulan data, Reduksi data, Penyajian Data, dan Penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Pengabsahan data menggunakan Teknik Triangulasi dan Member Check. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan SPMI meliputi: (a) Sosialisasi program SPMI, (b) Pembentukan TPMPS dan Tim Monev, (c) Memetakan mutu, (d) Membuat peta masalah, e) Membuat rencana aksi, (f) Membuat jadwal, dan (g) Menentukan anggaran; (2) Pengorganisasian SPMI: (a) Pengawas: Dinas Pendidikan, TPMPD, Pengawas Sekolah, Penanggung jawab: Kepala Sekolah, Pengelola: TPMPS dan Tim Monev; (3) Pelaksanaan SPMI dilakukan dengan mengikuti jadwal, menentukan Sarpras, mengadakan kegiatan workshop dan TOT; (4) Pengawasan SPMI dilakukan oleh: kepala sekolah, TPMPD, TPMPS, Tim Monev dan Pengawas Sekolah; (5) Evaluasi SPMI dilakukan dengan menentukan jadwal, membuat instrumen/alat ukur, melakukan peninjauan kembali, dan menyusun RTL. Abstract: This study aims to describe the Model of School Management at SD Negeri 1 Menteng, Palangka Raya City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Sources of data in this research are: Principal, Head of TPMPS and teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. Validation of data using Triangulation Techniques and Member Check. The results of this study showed that: (1) SPMI planning includes: (a) Socialization of the SPMI program, (b) Establishment of TPMPS and the Monitoring and Evaluation Team, (c) Mapping quality, (d) Making problem maps, e) Making action plans, (f) ) Make a schedule, and (g) Determine the budget; (2) Organization of SPMI: (a) Supervisor: Education Office, TPMPD, School Supervisor, Person in Charge: Principal, Manager: TPMPS and Monev Team; (3) The implementation of SPMI is carried out by following the schedule, determining the Sarpras, holding workshops and TOT; (4) SPMI supervision is carried out by: school principals, TPMPD, TPMPS, Monev Team and School Supervisors; (5) SPMI evaluation is carried out by determining the schedule, making instruments/measurements, conducting reviews, and making RTL.

Abstract

Abstrak: Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Manajemen Program Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) di SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Melalui teknik purposive sampling ditetapkan sumber data dalam penelitian ini, meliputi: Kepala Sekolah, Tim Pengembang PPK, Koordinator Program PPK, Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pola interaktif data, meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan program PPK di SMK Karsa Mulya terlaksana dengan efektif dalam menumbuhkembangkan karakter peserta didik, dan menjadikan SMK Karsa Mulya sebagai salah satu sekolah kejuruan swasta rujukan dalam pelaksanaan program PPK di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Abstract: In general, this study aims to describe the Management of Character Education Strengthening Program (PPK) at SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya. This research is a qualitative research with a case study design. Through purposive sampling technique, the data sources in this study were determined, including: Principal, PPK Development Team, PPK Program Coordinator, Teachers and Education Personnel. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis used an interactive pattern of data, including: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validation of data using triangulation of sources and methods. The results showed that the management of the PPK program at SMK Karsa Mulya was carried out effectively in developing student character, and making SMK Karsa Mulya as one of the referral private vocational schools in the implementation of PPK program in Central Kalimantan Province.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai ASN sejumlah 156 orang. Melalui teknik Proportional Random Sampling dan rumus Slovin ditetapkan sampel sejumlah 61 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket (kuisioner). Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai adalah sebesar 38,1%; sedangkan sisanya 61,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on the performance of the employees of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Education Office. The population in this study were all 156 ASN employees. Through the Proportional Random Sampling technique and the Slovin formula, a sample of 61 people was determined. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data were processed and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Education Office. The influence of the leadership variable on the employee performance variable is 38.1%; while the remaining 61.9% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Manajemen Hubungan Sekolah dan Masyarakat (Humas) dalam Program Praktik Kerja Industri (Prakerin) Jurusan Perhotelan di SMKN 3 Palangka Raya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan rancangan studi kasus. Sumber data penelitian meliputi: Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang Humas, dan Ketua Program Keahlian Perhotelan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data penelitian menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen Humas dalam pelaksanaan Program Prakerin yang dilaksanakan melalui tahapan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi, berjalan dengan baik dalam mencapai tujuan yaitu meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dan lulusan yang sesuai kebutuhan Dudi bidang perhotelan. Abstract: This study aims to describe the Management of School and Community Relations (Humas) in the Industrial Work Practice Program (Prakerin) in Hospitality Departemen at SMKN 3 Palangka Raya. The research uses a qualitative approach and case study design. Sources of research data include: Principal, Deputy Principal for Public Relations, and Chair of the Hospitality Expertise Program. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Validation of research data using triangulation technique. The results showed that the management of Public Relations in the implementation of the Prakerin Program which was carried out through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating, went well in achieving the goal of increasing the competence of students and graduates according to Dudi's needs in the hospitality sector.

Abstract

Abstrak: Hakadohop adalah istilah dalam Bahasa Dayak Ngaju yang berarti tolong menolong, sebagai salah satu nilai budaya yang meyakini dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat setiap orang saling membutuhkan satu sama lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang fenomena pembinaan guru berbasis hakadohop dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional mengajar pada masa pandemi Covid 19 di sekolah-sekolah yang berada pada Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Kahayan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi multisitus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pola interaktif dari Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Pengecekan kredibilitas data dilakukan dengan triangulasi dan member checks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan guru berbasis hakadohop pada era new normal sudah berjalan cukup baik. Hal ini terlihat dari mekanisme pembinaan guru berbasis hakadohop yang sudah memberikan dampak positif dalam proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru secara daring. Dukungan pihak sekolah serta pelibatan orangtua dalam mendampingi proses belajar anak dari rumah menjadi faktor penunjang kelancaran pembelajaran daring; namun demikian tidak dapat dipungkiri permasalahan jaringan internet masih menjadi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring tersebut. Abstract: Hakadohop is a term in the Ngaju Dayak language which means help, as one of the cultural values that believes in social life everyone needs each other. This study aims to describe the phenomenon of Hakadohop-based teacher development in improving teaching profesional competence during the Covid 19 pandemic in schools located in the DAS Kahayan. This study uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site study design. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis used interactive patterns from Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. Checking the credibility of the data is done by triangulation and member checks. The results of the study indicate that the development of Hakadohop-based teachers in the new normal era has been going quite well. This can be seen from the Hakadohop- based teacher development mechanism which has had a positive impact on the online learning process by teachers. The support of the school and the involvement of parents in assisting the child's learning process from home are factors that support the smoothness of online learning; However, it is undeniable that internet network problems are still an obstacle in the implementation of online learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Management of Inclusive Learning at SDIT Sahabat Alam Palangka Raya. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Sources of data for this research i.e. the Principal, LSC Coordinator, Class Teacher, Assistant Teacher, and Parents of students with special needs. Collecting data using interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis uses an interactive model from Miles, Huberman & Saldana (2014). Validation of data using triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this study showed that the management of inclusive learning implemented at SDIT Palangka Raya is quite effective in providing educational services as well as developing the potential, interests, and talents of inclusive students. The success of SDIT Sahabat Alam Palangka Raya in managing and implementing inclusive learning has made that public elementary school with the nature model/concept as a reference for the people of Palangka Raya City to obtain educational services for students with special needs.

The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the strategy of primary school supervisors in carrying out supervision of the target schools in the City of Palangka Raya, which focuses on: (1) the mechanism of supervision by school supervisors in the target schools; and (2) the obstacles faced by school supervisors in carrying out supervision in the target schools. The approach used is qualitative with a case study design. Data was collected by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by adopting an interactive pattern from Miles et al (2014). The results showed that the primary school supervisor's strategy in carrying out the supervision of the target schools had been going well and regularly scheduled so that it had a positive impact both for teachers and principals in particular and for schools in general.
