Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of California papaya farming in Talawaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from August to October 2021. The data collected in this study were primary data obtained from direct interviews with the famers using a questionnaires. Secondary data was obtained from the Talawaan Village Office and data from literature samples. Based on the results of research, the average income of California papaya farming was Rp. 10.188.686/ha in October 2021. Income earned from the average receipt of Rp. 13.671.329/ha minus the average explicit cost consisting of out of family labor costs, seedlings, fertilizers, kill up, equipment depreciation, and taxes of Rp. 3.482.643/ha. The results of the analysis of agricultural feasibility using the analysis of R/C ratio is 3,9 shows that it is feasible that value of R/C ratio > 1. Thus it is blunted that california papaya farming in Talawaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency deserves to be pursued.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of income of coconut farming in Agotey Village, Mandolang District. The research was carried out for 2 months, from August to October 2021 in Agotey Village, Mandolang District, Minahasa Regency. The data used are primary data obtained through direct interviews with coconut farmers using a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained through the Agotey Village Office and the Minahasa Central Statistics Agency. Sampling was carried out using the Accidental Sampling method, namely as many as 20 land-owning farmers who have been running coconut farming for a long time. The results of this study indicate that the average income per hectare of coconut farming in Agotey Village, Mandolang District, Minahasa Regency for one year is Rp. 6,591,213 obtained from the difference between the average revenue of Rp. 16,701,850 minus the cost of Rp. 10,110,637.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of public services at the Manado City Land Office. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative analysis with a descriptive approach. The results of Kantah Manado City's research get a "B" service quality with a "Good" performance category, which means that the effectiveness of community satisfaction from the results of public services from July to December 2021 is categorized as "Good". Even though the results of the community's assessment of public services in Kantah Manado City are good, strategies and efforts from service providers are still needed to improve the three service elements that get bad and bad scores and maintain or improve the service elements that are already good to be very good ideal assessments. The conclusion of Kantah Manado's research based on the Community Satisfaction Index using an assessment of 9 elements of public service getting a score of 77.61 with a good performance category and service quality "B" but still needs strategies and efforts from service providers to improve the three service elements that get bad and poor scores. good and maintain or improve the service elements that are already good into an ideal assessment of very good.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the profile of the kiosk business of Golden Kota Manado Jl. Walanda Maramis, Pinaesaan, Manado for three months in a particular week. This research was conducted at Goden Manado Kiosk within three months, namely from July 2022 to September 2022 from preparation to preparation of research reports. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained by direct interviews with Golden kiosk business owners. The data analysis used in this research is to determine the profile/characteristics of the Golden kiosk business in Manado City, analyzed descriptively using tables. The results showed that the Golden kiosk as a culinary business was able to survive until now with the business concept owned by the business owner, namely "saving money" so that this business was able to survive in the midst of competition from various types of culinary businesses to date with a profit of IDR 3,312,841 per week.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of residential ownership on the socio-economic conditions of the people in Griya Bangun Tomohon Lestari I and II Housing, Tomohon Selatan District, Tomohon City and to analyze the income of residents of Griya Bangun Tomohon Lestari I and II Housing, Tomohon Selatan District, Tomohon City before and after occupying housing. This research was conducted from March to May 2023. The selection of respondents was carried out purposively (purposive sampling). The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with respondents using a questionnaire as a data collection tool, which contains questions related to socio-economic aspects. Secondary data was obtained from the publications of related agencies, such as BPS Kota Tomohon, Public Housing and Settlement Areas Office of Tomohon City, as well as literature related to this research. The results of the study show that there is an impact of residential ownership on social conditions for residents in Griya Bangun Tomohon Lestari I and II Housing Housing, namely the formation of religious, community and governmental institutional social activities. In the aspect of income for residential ownership in Griya Bangun Tomohon Lestari I and II Housing Housing, there was a significant increase in income after the occupants occupied houses in Griya Bangun Tomohon Lestari I and II Housing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction in the Coffee Kitchen service in Buha Village, Mapanget District, Manado City. This research was conducted from November 2022 to January 2023. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data is data interviewed directly conducted to consumers who visit Dapur Kopi. Secondary data is the collection of data in the form of data obtained from sources, namely literature such as books, journals, and previous research results. The sampling method uses the technique of determining Accidental Sampling , which is anyone who comes by chance. The number of respondents taken in this study was 40 people using the Slovin formula. The data analysis used in this study was descriptive data analysis using Likert Scale measurements. Based on research shows that the overall analysis of the level of customer satisfaction in the Coffee Kitchen service in Buha Village, Mapanget District, Manado City starts from the variables Price, product, place, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, direct evidence classified as satisfied with the satisfaction index in service 79.03%.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the income of coconut farmers in Talawaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted for 2 months, namely October to November 2022, starting from preparation to preparation of research reports. The research was conducted in Talawaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is the result of direct interviews with respondent farmers using a questionnaire. Secondary data is complementary raw data obtained from agencies or offices related to the research site. Respondents in this study were coconut farmers in Talawaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. Sampling in this study used a purposive method from 195 coconut farmers who were taken 30 coconut farmer respondents in Talawaan Village who were taken laterally. Data were analyzed using the calculation of farm income. The results showed that the income of coconut farmers in Talawaan Village, Talawaan Subdistrict, North Minahasa Regency for one copra production process was IDR 766,588 per farmer or IDR 403,467.77 per hectare.

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the amount of coconut farming income in Makasili Village, Kumelembuai District, South Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from January to March 2023. The research was conducted in Makasili Village, Kumelembuai District, South Minahasa Regency. Sampling was done intentionally (porposive sampling), which became the sample in this study as many as 18 people. The data analysis method that will be used in this study is to use quantitative analysis, namely analyzing, describing and summarizing various situational conditions from various data collected. The results showed that the average income of coconut farmers was IDR 6,426,844 for each harvest season from the average sale of 1,025 kg of copra at a price of IDR 6,000 to IDR 8,000 for each kilogram with a 10% to 12% discount. The total income earned by coconut farmers in Makasili Village, Kumelembuai District, South Minahasa Regency amounted to IDR 84,681,233. The average income of farmers obtained from coconut farming for one harvest season is IDR 4,704,513. The income generated from copra production for each hectare of farmer's land area is IDR 3,650,053/Ha and for each tree is IDR 41,368/tree.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the profit of Warung Puput business in Bahu Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research was conducted for 2 months starting from January to February 2023. The research was conducted at Warung Puput business in Bahu Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research method used is a case study. The data used are primary data and secondary data, primary data obtained from direct interviews with the owner of Puput's warung business using a questionnaire as a tool in data collection. While secondary data comes from supporting data through books, journals, and scientific writings that can support research. This research uses descriptive analysis, the data obtained is then presented in tabulation to facilitate the delivery of research results. This research uses mathematical calculation analysis of total costs, revenue analysis, profit analysis. The results showed that the amount of profit of Warung Puput business in Bahu Village, Malalayang Subdistrict, Manado City can be categorized as a profitable business with a total income of IDR10.005.000 per week and a total cost of IDR6.872.489 per week, then an income of IDR3.132.511 per week is obtained.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the characteristics and preferences of Fellow Coffee Manado and Fellow Coffee Bitung consumers with 4 attributes, namely price, variants, facilities and service. The research was carried out from June to August 2023. The data collection method used was primary and secondary data. The data collection method used was primary and secondary data. Respondents in this study consisted of 84 samples taken totaling 42 respondents for each location. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data measured using a Likert scale were analyzed using conjoint analysis. In the data processing process, using the SPSS version 27 program as a tool, the data is presented in table format and explained descriptively. The research results show that the order of attributes that have the highest utility for Fellow Coffee Manado is the price attribute of IDR 20.000-IDR 25.000 and the second utility is IDR 25.000-IDR 30.000. Attributes of fellow iced milk coffee variants and the second utility of Cafe Latte. The facility attributes free wifi and utility of both table and chair layouts. The service attributes are fast and the second utility is friendly. Meanwhile, the attribute that has the highest utility for Fellow Coffee Bitung is the price attribute of IDR 20.000-IDR 25.000 and the second utility is IDR 25.000-IDR 30.000. Attributes of the fellow's iced coffee milk variant and the second utility of salted caramel macchiatto. The facility attribute is the availability of electrical plugs and utilities, both the layout of tables and chairs. Friendly service attributes and fast second utility.
