This study aims to analyze the income of ginger farming in Mokobang Village, Modoinding District, South Minahasa Regency. The research was carried out for 2 months from July to August 2022. The sampling method used the purposive sampling method with criteria based on farmers who had harvested during the research, taken farmers who harvested the January-June period and the July-August 2022 period with 15 respondents. farmer. The research uses primary data obtained from direct observation and interviews with respondents using a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from related agencies, namely the Agricultural Extension Center (AEC) Modoinding District and the Mokobang Village Government. The analytical method used in this research is income analysis and farming feasibility analysis. The results showed that the average income of ginger farming which was harvested in January-June was IDR 2,515,636/Ha with an average land area of 0.61 Ha, while the income earned by ginger farmers who were harvested in July-August was IDR 3,714,610/ Ha with an average land area of 0.29 Ha for one growing season (9 months). The R/C ratio of ginger farmers who harvest in January-June is 1.10 and the R/C value of ginger farmers who harvest in July-August is 1.09. The R/C value obtained is more than 1, this shows that ginger farming in Mokobang Village is feasible to be cultivated.

This study aims to find out and see how the role of field agricultural extension workers, especially in the lowland rice farmer groups in Kaneyan Village, Tareran District, South Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted in Kaneyan Village, Tareran District, South Minahasa Regency in July 2022. The data collection method was obtained from primary data through direct interviews using a questionnaire, and secondary data was obtained from agencies related to research and various literature that was in accordance with the research objectives. The sampling method in this research is purposive sampling (intentionally). Determination of the sample of 10 respondents who are the head of agricultural extension workers and the Teguh Bersinar rice field farmer group. The results of the study showed that the extension workers had carried out their duties properly. This can be seen from the majority of respondents who stated that extension agents had guided and facilitated farmers to be better.

The research objective was to analyze the income of maize farmers who raise horses in Pinabetengan Village, West Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted from August to October 2021, starting from preparation until the preparation of the research report. The research was conducted in Pinabetengan Village, West Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency. The data sources used in this research are primary data obtained directly from respondents of horse keeping corn farmers in Pinabetengan Village, West Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency and asking questions that have been prepared previously. As well as secondary data obtained from relevant institutions or agencies such as the Pinabetengan Village Office, the West Tompaso District Agricultural Extension Office (BPP), and other scientific literature. The sampling method was carried out with a simple random method (purposive sampling), as many as 10 respondents of corn farmers who raise horses in Pinabetengan Village, West Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency. Data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis by calculating the average income, and tabulating the data. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the income of horse-breeding corn farmers in Pinabetengan Village, West Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency amounted to IDR11.719.150 per farmer in one growing season. This income is a large amount for corn farmers and their families in Pinabetengan Village, West Tompaso Subdistrict, Minahasa Regency. The income is turned back into the business and the family life of the farmers.

This study aims to calculate the income of hydroponic lettuce farming on Vheehidroponics in Airmadidi Atas Village, Airmadidi District, North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from March to June 2023 in Airmadidi Atas Village, Airmadidi District, North Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews using questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained from journals and theses. The method of data analysis is quantitative to calculate the income of hydroponic lettuce farming on Vheehidroponics. The results showed that the revenue of hydroponic lettuce farming on Vheehidroponik was IDR3,800,000, while the total costs incurred in lettuce farming in 1 month were IDR782,197, the income of hydroponic lettuce farming on Vheehidroponik in Airmadidi Atas Village, Airmadidi District, North Regency was IDR3,017,803 for 1 month.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the profit made by Aris Fruit Stalls located in Kairagi, Manado City. This study took place in August 2022. The data types in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct observation and interviews with business owners on variable costs, income and profits. Secondary data were obtained from dissertations, journals and books related to this research. The results of this study show that the proceeds from the Aris Fruit Kiosk are Rp185.020.000 and total expenses of Rp178.432.011, so the profit of Aris Fruit Kiosk in Kairagi Manado City is Rp6.587.989, for 1 month. Keywords : profit analysis; fruit stalls ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis keuntungan yang diperoleh Kios Buah Aris di Kairagi Kota Manado. Penelitian ini berlangsung selama bulan Agustus 2022. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui pengamatan dan wawancara dengan langsung dengan Pemilik usaha mengenai variabel biaya, pendapatan dan keuntungan. Data sekunder diperoleh dari skripsi, jurnal, dan buku yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan Kios Buah Aris yaitu sebesar Rp185.020.000 dan total biaya pengeluaran sebesar Rp178.432.011 dengan demikian keuntungan yang diperoleh Kios Buah Aris di Kairagi Kota Manado sebesar Rp6.587.989, selama 1 bulan. The purpose of this study was to describe the Show Window agro-tourism development strategy in Kakaskasen II Village, North Tomohon District. This research was conducted from May to July 2023. The sampling method used purposive sampling and accidental sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained directly from respondents by conducting direct interviews using questionnaires, to the Secretary of the Tourism Office, Head of the Agriculture Service, Head of Show Window Agro-tourism Center and Employees, Village Staff, Community, and Visitors to Show Window agro-tourism. Secondary data were obtained from related agencies, namely through the Agriculture and Fisheries Service of the City of Tomohon and through the Center for Hatchery, Nurseries and Tourism Agrovidya as well as through literature studies related to the data needed in this study. The analytical method used in this research is SWOT analysis. The results showed that the Show Window Agrotourism Development Strategy in Kakaskasen II Village, North Tomohon District is at the coordinates of 1.06;2.59 which are in quadrant I, which means that this position supports growth strategy (growth).

This study aims to calculate corn farming income in Tumani Selatan Village, Maesaan Sub-district, South Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted from June to July 2023. Sampling using sample survey method with 16 farmers as respondents. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data and use income analysis calculations. Data analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis in determining production, revenue and income. The results showed that the average revenue of corn farmers per hectare in South Tumani Village, Maesaan Subdistrict, South Minahasa Regency in one harvest was IDR16.588.090. The average income of corn farmers per hectare amounted to IDR8.537.786.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the income of paddy rice farming in Mekaruo Village, West Dumoga District Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted for 3 months, from November 2022 to January 2023. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The sample selection was carried out using a predetermined sampling method with proportional levels (Quota Sampling). The population was divided into three land areas based on the area planted with paddy rice, namely a land area of 1ha, (land area of 1.50-2ha) and a land area of ˃2.50-6ha. The number of samples is 25 people from 85 farmer populations. The results of this study show that the income of lowland rice farmers in Mekokuo Village, Dumoga Barat District Bolaang Mongondow Regency per farmer on land area 1ha, 1.50-2ha and > 2.5-6ha respectively is Rp7.862.428, Rp17.728.852, and Rp48.067.667. This shows a tendency that the larger the land cultivated, the higher the income per farmer from paddy rice farming.

This study aims to determine the corn supply chain in South Tumani Village, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency. Data collection in this study uses two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Respondents in this study were those involved in the corn supply chain, namely farmers, collectors, and consumers in Kawangkoan and Sonder. The results showed that the corn supply chain in Tumani Selatan Village consisted of Farmers-Traders-Collectors-Consumers in Kawangkoan and Sonder. The product flow starts from the farmers harvesting the corn and then selling the corn to the collectors and then the collecting traders distribute the corn to consumers in Kawangkoan and Sonder. The financial flow starts from consumers buying corn from collectors at a price of IDR 5,300/Kg with a transfer transaction system via bank then the collector buys corn from farmers at a price of IDR 4,800/Kg with a direct system (cash). The flow of information flows from two directions, the first direction is that consumers from Kawangkoan and Sonder inform the collecting traders that they need 3,000 kg for consumers at Kawangkoan and 3,000 kg for consumers at Sonder, then the collecting traders inform the corn price to farmers, namely IDR 4,800/Kg. The second direction is that the farmers inform the collectors about the availability of corn and provide information on the location where the corn is taken, then the collectors inform the consumers about the corn to be sold.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the profit of Warung Puput business in Bahu Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research was conducted for 2 months starting from January to February 2023. The research was conducted at Warung Puput business in Bahu Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research method used is a case study. The data used are primary data and secondary data, primary data obtained from direct interviews with the owner of Puput's warung business using a questionnaire as a tool in data collection. While secondary data comes from supporting data through books, journals, and scientific writings that can support research. This research uses descriptive analysis, the data obtained is then presented in tabulation to facilitate the delivery of research results. This research uses mathematical calculation analysis of total costs, revenue analysis, profit analysis. The results showed that the amount of profit of Warung Puput business in Bahu Village, Malalayang Subdistrict, Manado City can be categorized as a profitable business with a total income of IDR10.005.000 per week and a total cost of IDR6.872.489 per week, then an income of IDR3.132.511 per week is obtained.
