Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah membawa banyak perubahan, termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan. Salah satu keterampilan penting yang semakin dibutuhkan adalah public speaking, terutama bagi pelajar dan mahasiswa yang sedang mempersiapkan diri menghadapi dunia profesional. Sayangnya, akses terhadap pelatihan public speaking yang terstruktur dan interaktif masih cukup terbatas. Untuk menjawab tantangan ini, penelitian ini mengembangkan Frasa Id, sebuah platform pelatihan public speaking berbasis Learning Management System (LMS) yang dibangun menggunakan teknologi MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).Pengembangan platform ini mengikuti metode waterfall yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, hingga pemeliharaan. Frasa Id menawarkan berbagai fitur seperti video pembelajaran, dan manajemen kelas yang dirancang agar mudah digunakan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa platform ini dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dan terjangkau untuk belajar public speaking secara online. Selain itu, penggunaan MERN Stack terbukti mampu mendukung performa aplikasi dengan baik, menjadikannya pilihan tepat untuk pengembangan platform edukasi modern.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages schools to improve the efficiency of administrative services, including in the management of student savings. At MI Islamiyah Pengatigan Rogojampi, recording savings is still done conventionally using a savings book, which risks causing recording errors, damage, and data loss. This research aims to design and develop a website-based student savings information system and mobile application, so that the process of recording and managing savings can be done more efficiently, accurately, and transparently. The system development uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach of the Waterfall model which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is also integrated with Mitrands Payment Gateway to support online deposit and withdrawal transactions. The test results show that the system runs according to user needs, increasing the speed of recording up to 50% more efficiently and reducing the recording error rate by 90%. In addition, 95% of users expressed satisfaction with the ease of access to balance information and savings history. In conclusion, this system has succeeded in increasing the effectiveness, accuracy, and transparency of student savings management and encouraging early understanding of financial literacy.

Abstract

Proses pembuatan Surat Keterangan Usaha di Kantor Desa Asembagus masih dilakukan secara konvensional, sehingga menyulitkan masyarakat karena harus ke kantor dan menunggu proses yang cukup lama. Salah satu kendala utama adalah keterlambatan karena ketidakhadiran perangkat desa untuk menandatangani surat. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada membangun sistem informasi berbasis web untuk memudahkan pengajuan surat secara digital. Website ini memungkinkan masyarakat mengunggah data dan dokumen persyaratan secara daring, sehingga proses verifikasi dan pembuatan surat lebih cepat dan efisien. Selain itu, sistem memberikan notifikasi kepada pemohon saat surat telah selesai dibuat, sehingga tidak perlu datang berulang kali ke kantor desa. Sistem diuji menggunakan metode blackbox dan seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Hasilnya yang didapat sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan mempercepat pelayanan administrasi desa.

Abstract

Every business is founded with the aim of making a profit for the owner in the future. Various strategies must be implemented, evaluated, modified, and developed continuously so that the company can maintain its existence. Not only in product marketing, but also aspects of human resources, information systems and management which are supported by the implementation of an internal control system must be the main concern of every business owner. In order to expand market share and sales volume, the Nuansa Karya Banyuwangi Store does not only serve cash sales, but also sells on credit. So that sales transactions increase. It's just that, the obstacle that is still being faced today is the continued increase in the number of uncollectible accounts every year. If this is not handled properly, it will cause losses for the company. So it is necessary to support data management based on Accounting Information Systems, which can support owners in making decisions. This qualitative descriptive study aims to determine the application of SIA at Nuansa Karya Store and its effectiveness in controlling receivables. The data were extracted from primary and secondary data sources. Both through the method of observation, interviews, and document analysis. Any data collected by researchers will be tested for validity through the triangulation method and extension of observations. The data were analyzed through three stages, namely: data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. From the results of field findings and discussions, it was concluded that Nuansa Karya's shop has not maximized the application of the Accounting Information System in managing sales transactions on credit. Receivables transaction data is recorded manually on the accounts receivable ledger and transaction evidence is not properly archived. In addition, there are dual duties of employees in carrying out the credit sales function. So that this condition does not optimally support the effectiveness of accounts receivable control and sales decision making.
