Abstract

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bank milik pemerintah dari keempat bank. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni sebesar 100 orang responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis deskriptif dan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan tools SmartPLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi secara keseluruhan termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik sebesar 82,55%, motivasi kerja secara keseluruhan termasuk kedalam kategori baik sebesar 82,55%, keterlibatan karyawan secara keseluruhan termasuk kedalam kategori baik sebesar 81,44%, kinerja karyawan secara keseluruhan termasuk kedalam kategori baik sebesar 81,56%. Hasil analisis hipotesis diketahui bahwa: (1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan, (3) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (5) keterlibatan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terrhadap kinerja karyawan, (6) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui keterlibatan karyawan secara penuh, (7) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui keterlibatan karyawan secara penuh. Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of live streaming and discounts on purchasing decisions for Giwigewi product on Shopee. The population used in this research is all consumers who have purchased Giwigewi products via live streaming, the exact number of which is not known. The data was collected over approximately two months using a non-probability method with purposive sampling technique. A total of 100 respondents participated in filling out the questionnaires. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence of live streaming on the purchasing decision of Giwigewi products with a t-value of 5.022, and there is also a positive and significant influence of discounts on the purchasing decision of Giwigewi products with a t-value of 4.496. Then live streaming and discounts simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Giwigewi products with a fcount of 83,998. The magnitude of the influence of the live streaming and discount variables on the purchasing decision variable is 63.4%, the remaining factors not examined in this research are 36.6%.

Abstract

Financial management training for small and medium enterprises is very relevant in overcoming the challenges faced by new business owners, especially in the Rumah Hasanah community as the target community. With a focus on financial management, this training aims to provide an in-depth understanding of how to build a new business in terms of financial management so that the business can run effectively. This activity considers the limited resources often faced by new businesses, such as limited budgets and lack of experience in financial administration issues. To overcome this gap, this accounting training uses an Android platform-based application, namely the SME Accounting Application from developer Wiinfeel. Thus, SMEs can get updated financial accounting knowledge as well as improve the skills of recording financial transactions so that their digital financial literacy level increases. The results of this training received a very positive response from the participants because they could gain new understanding and experience related to basic financial concepts and effective financial management techniques. And as much as possible they want similar activities to be carried out on an ongoing basis in the future.

Abstract

                The development of e-learning in Indonesia has grown rapidly which is influenced by innovation by each company. An e-learning system is an instruction or learning experience presented by technology including the internet. One of the tutoring that offers online courses is Bimbel X, which faces challenges in attracting participants to join their program, one of it is Independent Study. Although the quality of materials and lecturer, performance expectations, and previous learning experiences when participants attended webinars or bootcamps have received positive responses, there are still doubts from potential participants in deciding to join the Independent Study program at Bimbel X. To understand the factors that influence their decisions in the Independent Study program at Bimbel X, this study examines the influence of Perceived Lecturer Expertise and Prior Learning Experience on Purchase Intention mediated by Performance Expectation. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires online. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using the Slovin formula so that a sample of at least 242 respondents is obtained. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis using SEM-PLS with the help of SmartPLS software.  Based on the results of descriptive analysis, it is known that there is a favorable correlation between the variable perceived lecturer expertise and purchase intention through performance expectation as evidenced by the T Statistic value of 2.179> 1.96 and P Value of 0.029 <0.05 which means the hypothesis is accepted. Meanwhile, the effect of prior learning experience variables on purchase intention mediated by performance expectation also has a positive and significant effect with a T Statistic value of 2.36> 1.96 and a P Value of 0.018 < 0.05, which means the hypothesis is accepted.
