Abstract

This study aims to: Know the superior products of coconut agro-industry in Padang Pariaman District in each sub-district; Knowing the potential of coconut agro-industry in Padang Pariaman Regency in the future. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach which is useful in explaining all data and the results obtained from the calculation. The data used in this study is secondary data that has been compiled by the Integrated Services Investment Service and Industry. To see whether the coconut agro-industry in each sub-district in Padang Pariaman Regency becomes the base sector by calculating using the Location Quontient (LQ) analysis method. After obtaining the results of the calculation of LQ for each sub-district, the calculation using the Dynamic Location Quontient (DLQ) analysis method to see whether the coconut agro-industry in each sub-district in Padang Pariaman Regency will remain a sector basis or non-sector basis in the future. future sector basis or non-future basis. In this research, there are three types of agro-industry focus, namely copra, VCO and coconut cooking oil. In this study, from 17 sub-districts that exist, but not all districts that carry out coconut agro-industrial activities and VCO, cooking oil and copra agro- industry activities are dominated by the average yield of LQ and DLQ> 1 which means that it is very potential to be developed.

Abstract

Land is a field that has a strategic role in the development of an urban area, land located in a strategic location of economic activity, easy accessibility, and complete infrastructure can be said that the land has a high land price. Factors that influence land prices in urban areas are increasing population, land change, and regional development. Payakumbuh City is a city that is strategically located and close to the city center, has complete public facilities, adequate road access, proximity of land to economic areas, and urban development and buildings affect land prices in Payakumbuh City. The research objectives (1) identify factors that affect land prices in Payakumbuh City (2) analyze the spatial distribution of land price estimates in Payakumbuh City. The research method to determine land price estimation is the overlay and weighting method. The parameters used in this study are land use using Pleiades imagery, land accessibility, and completeness of public facilities. Based on the results of the research, the factors that affect land prices in Payakumbuh City are land use that is closer to the city center will be more expensive, land accessibility that facilitates road access, and completeness of public facilities. Based on the results of data processing, it is found that there are 4 classes of land price estimation in Payakumbuh City, namely the very high class has a price of Rp. 5,000,000.00 - Rp. 10,000,000.00, the high class has a land price of Rp. 2,000,000.00 - Rp. 5,000,000.00, the medium class has a land price of Rp. 1,000,000.00 - Rp. 2,000,000.00, and the low class has a land price of Rp. 200,000.00 - Rp. 500,000.00.

Abstract

High population growth has an impact on the development of a region. Therefore, the need for the latest information regarding land cover obtained through data processing using remote sensing techniques. This land cover monitoring utilizes object-based SPOT 7 satellite imagery data (OBIA) in West Padang District, Padang City. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the level of accuracy of the OBIA method in land cover classification on SPOT 7 Imagery. The OBIA method consists of two stages, namely segmentation and classification with the Train Maximum Likelihood Classifier algorithm. In this study, there were 10 land cover classifications and resulted in an overall accuracy of 95% and a kappa accuracy of 94%.

Abstract

This study aims to: a) Analyze the land cover in 2022 in Rokan Hulu Regency. b) Analyze the suitability of land cover in 2022 against the spatial patterns in Rokan Hulu Regency. c) Predict the land cover in 2040 in Rokan Hulu Regency. d) Analyze the suitability of the predicted land cover in 2040 against the spatial patterns in Rokan Hulu Regency. The method used in this study is quantitative research. The data analysis techniques include image interpretation sourced from SPOT 6/7 and Sentinel 2 imagery, cellular automata (CA), and overlay. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the land cover in Rokan Hulu Regency consists of 6 classes: forest, built-up land, open land, water bodies, agriculture, and shrubs. In 2022, the area of forest land cover is 81,112.20 ha, built-up land is 10,214.72 ha, open land is 7,368.03 ha, water bodies are 12,851.11 ha, agriculture is 711,265.76 ha, and shrubs are 239.62 ha, with a suitability level against the spatial pattern of 51.33%. In 2040, the area of forest land cover is 85,462 ha, built-up land is 10,226 ha, open land is 2,745 ha, water bodies are 16,300 ha, agriculture is 704,256 ha, and shrubs are 4,060 ha, with a suitability level against the spatial pattern of Rokan Hulu Regency of 47.9%.

Abstract

This is a qualitative descriptive, which aims to describe the inhibiting factors of the underdeveloped regions of society to obtain formal education and to know the extent to which the role of local government / community institutions in community education lags behind in Jorong Bukit Lintang. The technique of selecting the informants was conducted by snowball sampling, with 40 informants, and to answer the questions from the role of government / community institution in Jorong Bukit Lintang education, the researcher chose the key informants, namely Head of Education Office of Pasaman, village head Malampah, Jorong Bukit Lintang, Teachers who teach in Jorong Bukit Lintang and community leaders in Jorong Bukit Lintang. Technique of taking data with observation, interview and documentation. Furthermore, the technique of data validity analysis is done by using triangulation technique by obtaining data from research subjects at different times, places and situations. Based on the findings in the field, the results of this study are as follows: 1) The factors that inhibit the lagging local communities Jorong Bukit Lintang obtain formal education that is, a) The low views of the people of the disadvantaged areas in Jorong Bukit Lintang on the importance of education, b) Lack of transportation and destruction of Jorong Bukit Lintang public road infrastructure facilities to formal education facilities, c) Low interest of children for schools, d) Children play a very important role in meeting the needs of families, in mangarap fields and fields, especially for people who have large land. 2) Lack of school facilities and infrastructure in Jorong Bukit Lintang, and the declining role of government and community institutions on the advancement of education of disadvantaged areas in Jorong Bukit Lintang become the inhibiting factor for Jorong Bukit Lintang people get formal education.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to describe the physical and non-pchysical switching factors of the society switching jobs from farmers to be brick craftsmen. The methods used in this study were suvery and questionnaire. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. The primary data in the study were the result of interviewing the society and the secondary data were the numbers of brick craftsmen in korong kampung ladang nagari kurai taji.This type of research is decriptive quantitative.The method used in this research is survey and questionnaire. While the data used in this study are secondary data and primary data. Primary data in this study interview to the public and secondary data is the number of brick craftsmen in Korong Kampung Ladang Nagari Kurai Taji. The population of this study was all brick craftsmen in Korong Kampung Ladang Nagari Kurai Taji, Nan Sabaris Districks Padang Pariaman, regency and the sampling was done by using slovin formula. With a total sample 72 families of brick craftsmen.The result of this study showed that the factors causing the society’s job switching from farmers to be brick craftsmen are physical and non-physical factors. Physical factors were observed from the condition of the soil, condition of the slope, the use of the field and water, kind of clay found in this area that is secondary clay. Based on the characteristics, secondary clay is formed as a result of weathering rocks in the flat area. Non-physical factors were observed from the work, the income, and the request in which the society prefer to be a brick craftsman because of the high income while the brick request of the consumen was also high. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) perkembangan investasi wisata di Pesisir Selatan tahun 2010-2017. (2) Sasaran investasi dalam perkembangan objek wisata di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan tahun 2010-2017. Jenis Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi Penelitian ini di lakukan di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Badan Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu dan Dinas Pariwisata serta pihak pengelolah wisata yang ada di kabupaten Pesisir selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Alat pengumpulan data panduan wawancara, catatan lapangan, tape recorder, camera, teknik analisis data reduksi data, teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa (1) perkembangan investasi dalam wisata Tahun 2010-2017 dapat dijelaskan dari tahun 2010-2011 menurun, tahun 2011-2015 mengalami kenaikan dan dari 2015-2016 menurun lagi dan di akhir 2017 naik lagi. (2) untuk sasaran lokasi investasi para investor banyak yang melirik ke arah Carocok serta Bukit Langkisau karena sasaran tersebut baik untuk di kembangkan serta menjanjikan dilihat dari tingkat atau jumlah wisatawan yang banyak datang ke sana. Kata Kunci: Tingkat Investasi, wisata. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine (1) the development of tourism investment in the South Coast in 2010-2017. (2) Investment target in the development of tourism object in South Pesisir Regency 2010-2017. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. The location of this research is done in Pesisir Selatan Regency. Subjects in this study are the Board of Investment and Integrated Licensing Services and Tourism Department and the tourism pengelolah existing in the southern Pesisir district. This study was conducted in the odd semester of the academic year 2017/2018. Observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. Data collection tool interview guide, field notes, tape recorder, camera, data analysis techniques data reduction, data validity techniques using triangulation. This study resulted that (1) the development of tourism investment in 2010-2017 can be explained from the year 2010-2011 decreased, the year 2011-2015 has increased and from 2015-2016 decline again and in late 2017 rise again. (2) to target investment location of many investors who glance in the direction of Carocok and Langkisau hill because the target is good to be developed and promising seen from the level or number of tourists who many come there. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan: perbandingan pemasukan dana dan alokasi dana antara objek wisata Pulau Pasumpahan dan Pulau Angso Duo dari tahun 2015-2017. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari tahun 2015-107. Penelitian ini menemukan alokasi anggaran Pulau Pasumpahan tahun 2005 adalah Rp. 225.000.000,00 naik menjadi Rp. 400.000.000 pada tahun 2016 dengan kenaikan 56,25%, kemudian naik lagi menjadi Rp. 895.000.000,00 pada tahun 2017 dengan kenaikan 44,69%. Sedangkan pemasukan anggaran Pulau Angso Duo pada tahun 2015 adalah Rp. 228.000.000,00 naik menjadi Rp. 277.000.000,00 pada tahun 2016 dengan kenaikan 82,31% , kemudian naik lagi menjadi Rp. 395.000.000,00 pada tahun 2017 dengan kenaikan 70,12%. Bila dibandingkan kedua objek tersebut, alokasi anggaran lebih besar di Pulau Pasumpahan dari pada di Pulau Angso Duo tetapi bila dibandingkan persentase, kenaikannya lebih tinggi di Pulau Angso Duo dari pada di Pulau Pasumpahan. Alokasi dana Pulau Pasumpahan untuk 6 asset sedangkan Pulau Angso Duo untuk 5 asset, sehingga dana Pulau Pasumpahan lebih lengkap dari pada Pulau Angso Duo. Kata Kunci: Komparasi Anggaran, Aset, Objek Wisata. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe: the comparison of fund revenues and allocation of funds between Pasumpahan Island and Angso Duo Island tourist objects from 2015-2017. The data used is secondary data from 2015-107. This study found that the 2005 Pasumpahan Island budget allocation was Rp. 225,000,000.00 rose to Rp. 400,000,000 in 2016 with an increase of 56.25%, then rose again to Rp. 895,000,000.00 in 2017 with an increase of 44.69%. While the revenue of Angso Duo Island in 2015 was Rp. 228,000,000.00 rose to Rp. 277,000,000.00 in 2016 with an increase of 82.31%, then rose again to Rp. 395,000,000.00 in 2017 with an increase of 70.12%. When compared to the two objects, the budget allocation is greater in Pasumpahan Island than in Angso Duo Island but when compared to the percentage, the increase is higher in Angso Duo Island than in Pasumpahan Island. Pasumpahan Island funds allocation for 6 assets while Angso Duo Island is for 5 assets, so Pasumpahan Island funds are more complete than Angso Duo Island. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi pedagang kaki lima dalam pengelolaan sampah Pasar Bawah Kota Bukittinggi yang terletak di kecamatan Guguak Panjang Kota Bukittinggi. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh pedagang kaki lima yang berjualan di Pasar Bawah Kota Bukittinggi berjumlah 577 orang. Teknik sampel menggunakan Random sampling dengan rumus slovin dan jumlah sampel 85 pedagang kaki lima. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah angket dan data diolah menggunakan formula persentase. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif maka dapat diketahui tingkat partisipasi pedagang kaki dalam pengelolaan sampah di Pasar Bawah Kota Bukittinggi tergolong baik dengan skor keseluruhan yang di dapat yaitu 1910. Bentuk partisipasi tertinggi yaitu partisipasi membayar retribusi sampah dengan persentse 12,77 %. Kata Kunci : Partisipasi, Pedagang kaki lima, Pengelolaan Sampah Abstract This study aims to determine the level of participation of street vendors in waste management in Pasar Bawah Bukittinggi city which located in Guguak Panjang Sub-district, Bukittinggi city. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive method which is carried out for 3 months. The population in this study all the street vendors selling in the Pasar Bawah of Bukittinggi City totaled 577 people. The sample tecnique uses Random Sampling with Slovin formula and the number of samples is 85 street vendors. Data collection tools used are questionnaires and data processed using percentage formulas. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it can be seen that the participation level of street vendors in the Pasar Bawah management of Bukittinggi is classified as good with an overall score of 1910. The highest form of participation is participation in paying waste retribution with a percentage of 12,77%. Keywords : participation, street vendors, waste management

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan potensi fisik air terjun 12 tingkat dan air terjun pancuran rayo di Kabupaten Kerinci Provinsi Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Sampel yang ditarik secara Purposive Sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, teknik scoring dan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini menemukan (1) Ketinggian Air Terjun 12 Tingkat 15 meter dan Air Terjun Pancuran Rayo adalah 150 meter (2) Kemiringan Lereng Air Terjun 12 Tingkat 15-25 % agak curam dan Air Terjun Pancuran Rayo adalah 15-25 % tergolong agak curam (3) Bentuk medan Air Terjun 12 Tingkat Bergunung dan Air Pancuran Rayo Bergelombang dan Perbukitan. (4) Jenis batuan Air terjun 12 Tingkat adalah Qvbk yaitu Batuan gunung api bungkuk sedangkan pada Air Terjun Pancuran Rayo Qvry yaitu Batuan Gunung Api Raya (5) Pola aliran sungai Air Terjun 12 Tingkat adalah dendritik dan Air Terjun Pancuran Rayo adalah Paralel. Kata Kunci: Potensi Fisik, Air Terjun 12 Tingkat , Pancuran Rayo Abstract This study aims to describe the physical potential of waterfall 12 tingkat and waterfall pancuran rayo in Kerinci district, Jambi Province. This type of research is descriptive. Samples were drawn by purposive sampling. Data gathered through observation, documentation, scoring techniques and descriptive analysis. This study found (1) Waterfall 12 Tingkat was 15 meters tall and Waterfall Pancuaran Rayo was 150 meters tall, (2) both waterfalls' slopes were 15-25 % slightly steep, (3) the land shape of both locations was formed by corrugated plains and hills, (4) Rock type in the former area was mostly identified as Qvbk which was the rocks from Bungkuk Volcano while in the latter area it was Qvry, the rocks from Raya Volcano, (5) the stream patterns were Dendritic (Waterfall 12 Tingkat) and Paralel (Waterfall Pancuran Rayo) Keywords: Physical Potensials, Waterfall 12 Tingkat , Waterfall Pancuran Rayo
