Abstract

The research to study the application of audio and visual medium in order to learn speaking skill by audiolingual approach is a good contribution to educational world of senior high school and the Islamic one, particularly, in finding a way to improving the learning component relating directly to the medium and method of learning speaking skill. This research is to find out its significance and relevance. The main variable of this research includes the whole activities of the application of audio and visual medium in learning speaking skill by audio-lingual approach. The data were collected through observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. This research took place in state Islamic senior high school of Batang in Central Java. The result shows that the application helps the students to speak English correctly and accurately and stresses the message of the speaking skill learning.

Abstract

Kajian ini membahas masjid dan aktivitas dakwah di era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam tema pembahasan ini ialah bagaimana keberadaan dan fungsi masjid dalam mendukung aktivitas dakwah di era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Kajian ini merupakan studi kepustakaan dengan fokus pembahasaan pada masjid sebagai salah satu lembaga dakwah Islam dalam mendukung aktivitas dakwah di era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Data primernya mencakup karya-karya ilmiah tentang masjid sebagai lembaga dakwah, dan Revolusi Industri 4.0. Sedangkan data sekundernya berupa berbagai karya ilmiah tentang masjid, dakwah, dan revolusi industri. Artikel ini memakai pendekatan kualitatif. Data-data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi, mendisplay, dan menverifikasi data menggunakan analisis isi. Kajian ini menemukan bahwa eksistensi dan fungsi masjid makin dibutuhkan kaum Muslimin di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Masjid bagi kaum Muslimin dapat diumpamakan seperti air dengan ikan. Mereka tidak akan bisa “hidup” tanpa “kehadiran” masjid. Namun, masjid yang tidak makmur ibarat air yang telah terkontaminasi dan beracun. Krisis dakwah yang menimpa kaum Muslimin dewasa ini salah satu sebabnya ialah karena banyak masjid yang tidak makmur. Upaya memakmurkan masjid seharusnya menjadi proyek bersama kaum Muslimin mengingat tantangan yang dihadapi oleh masjid sebagai sarana utama dakwah islamiah semakin berat di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 sekarang ini. Salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan ialah dengan memanfaatkan kecanggihan teknologi yang ada, terutama teknologi informasi. Hal ini bisa dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan pengurs/jamaah tentang penggunaan komputer, internet, atau media sosial lainnya untuk kepentingan masjid atau mendukung aktivitas dakwah yang berpusat di masjid.

This research is qualitative research whose data was obtained by conducting library research directed at understanding the messages in a text. Abstract

This research is motivated by the challenges of learning in the digital era, which encourage schools to improve 21st century skills which include collaboration and communication skills by utilizing digital technology which will have a major impact on student success. The use of digital technology in learning is currently a major concern at various levels of education, including elementary schools (SD). The aim of the research is to determine the effect of using digital technology, types of effective digital technology media, and challenges in using digital technology to improve collaboration and communication skills for elementary school students. This research is based on literature study, namely a series of activities related to collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and processing research materials. The results of this research show that the use of digital technology has a big influence on improving the collaboration and communication skills of elementary school (SD) students. Types of effective digital technology media include WhatsApp groups, YouTube, TikTok, Google Classroom, Zoom, Google Meet, Canva and Powerpoint. The challenges in using digital technology are limited technological infrastructure, lack of skills and knowledge of teachers, management and maintenance of technology, choosing appropriate technological methods and media, the digital divide, safety for students and teachers, and concerns about disrupting the values ​​of local wisdom.

Abstract

The effective management of educational facilities and infrastructure is crucial for ensuring optimal educational quality. This study explores strategies to manage facilities and infrastructure, emphasizing the stages of planning, procurement, inventory management, maintenance, and disposal of facilities. These stages are aimed at ensuring that resources are effectively utilized to support the teaching and learning process. The research adopts a qualitative approach with library research, analyzing relevant literature on the management of educational facilities and its impact on quality improvement. The findings highlight that effective management practices must adhere to key principles such as effectiveness, efficiency, compliance with standards, and sustainability. By applying these principles, educational institutions can optimize resources, ensure regulatory compliance, and adapt to technological advancements and modern educational needs. Ultimately, a well-managed system of facilities and infrastructure contributes significantly to creating an innovative and sustainable educational environment that enhances learning outcomes and overall educational quality.

Abstract

This study tries to describe the learning innovation based on local wisdom in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic Elementary School) in digital era. The problem of this study is how the local wisdom-based learning innovation on the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in digital era is. It uses scientific works about local wisdom-based learning innovation as primary data and scientific works about local wisdom as secondary data. Library references about digital era learning are used to support these data sources. This study is a library study focusing on the local wisdom-based learning innovation on Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in digital era. This qualitative study is related to written text document about the local wisdom-based learning innovation on Madrasah Ibtidaiyahin digital era. It uses content analysis method to analyze the data. The result of this study finds that the learning process of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah determines the quality of education. The goals of education will fail without innovative learnings. One of the innovative learnings in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is the local wisdom-based learning. In today’s digital era, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah should reinforce its Islamic character building. If it succeeds, it will be a great and dignified schools.

Abstract

This study tries to describe the policy implemented by the Japanese fascist military authority toward pesantren education during their occupation in Indonesia. The research problem is how the policies used by the Japanese fascist military authority towards pesantren during their occupation in Indonesia before the independence of Indonesia. Primary data sources of this study include some works examining the policies of the Japanese fascist military authority towards pesantren education. Various scientific papers on Japanese colonization in Indonesia are used as secondary data sources of this study. This study uses historical approach and library research method focusing on the policies of the Japanese fascist military authority towards pesantren education. The collected data then were analyzed by using content analysis. This study exposes that the Japanese government provide more freedom for pesantren education than the Dutch colonial to develop themselves without any affection from the Japanese government. It could be seen from a fact that when pesantren were about to develop their basic potential as an educational institution teaching anti-colonial attitudes, Japanese government immediately acted repressively. They always monitored the kiai as well as all pesantren’s activities

Abstract

Objective: This research aimed to (1) produce information about the components needed for the development of multiple intelligence-based learning management, (2) produce a model of multiple intelligence-based learning management, and (3) provide information on the model’s effectiveness. Novelty: The study offers a structured model of learning management specifically designed to integrate multiple intelligences, addressing the diverse abilities of students in elementary schools. Methods: The research involved three stages—preliminary study, model development, and testing—conducted in several provinces with tryouts in thirteen elementary schools, using data from headmasters and teachers collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations, and analyzed descriptively. Results: The research produced a multiple intelligence-based learning management model characterized by materials and groupings tailored to students’ intelligences, thematic and active learning approaches, comprehensive evaluation, outing class activities, collaboration with parents and stakeholders, and visionary leadership. The model showed very good results, with content testing scoring 91.58% and applicability testing 92.20%. Conclusions: The findings demonstrate that the developed model is both effective and practical, offering a comprehensive framework for implementing multiple intelligence-based learning management in elementary schools.

Abstract

Perencanaan dan pembiasaan pendidikan Islam dalam pendidikan akhlak dan spiritual memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik yang berintegritas dan berakhlak mulia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembinaan akhlak serta spiritual siswa di MSI 02 Keputran Kota Pekalongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode field research, melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis data terkait penerapan nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual dalam pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembinaan akhlak dan spiritual dilakukan melalui penyusunan kurikulum yang terintegrasi nilai-nilai Islam, pemilihan metode pembelajaran berbasis habituasi, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Implementasi pembiasaan meliputi kegiatan rutin seperti membaca doa, salat berjamaah, tahfidz Al-Qur'an, dan pembiasaan berjabat tangan serta mengucapkan salam. Program ini bertujuan mencetak generasi yang unggul secara akademik dan spiritual sejak usia dini. Pendekatan ini relevan di tengah tantangan moral globalisasi, membantu peserta didik mempertahankan nilai-nilai kebaikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan dukungan guru, orang tua, dan lingkungan, program ini menjadi investasi jangka panjang bagi pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Temuan penelitian ini dapat menjadi panduan praktis dalam optimalisasi pendidikan akhlak dan spiritual di lembaga pendidikan formal.
