Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen tenaga kependidikan di SMP NU Karangdadap. Fokus kajian meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi manajemen tenaga kependidikan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumen, kemudian dianalisis secara sistematis untuk mengidentifikasi keunggulan, kendala, dan solusi strategis dalam pengelolaan tenaga kependidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan tenaga kependidikan di SMP NU Karangdadap telah dilakukan sesuai kebutuhan sekolah, namun perlu peningkatan pada aspek pemetaan kompetensi. Pengorganisasian tenaga kependidikan sudah berjalan efektif dengan pembagian tugas yang jelas, tetapi masih membutuhkan optimalisasi koordinasi lintas divisi. Pelaksanaan tugas tenaga kependidikan dinilai baik, meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam penguasaan teknologi informasi. Evaluasi kinerja dilakukan secara berkala, namun mekanisme umpan balik memerlukan penguatan agar dapat meningkatkan mutu layanan pendidikan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has transformed social interaction patterns among adolescents, particularly through digital platforms such as social media and messaging applications. Along with these advancements, new challenges have emerged, including the rise of cyberbullying, which manifests in the form of insults, slander, threats, and other forms of online harassment. This phenomenon negatively affects adolescents’ mental health, self-esteem, and social well-being. For Muslim youth, cyberbullying is not only a social problem but also a moral issue that contradicts Islamic ethical principles. Islamic teachings emphasize kindness, responsibility, and respectful communication, both offline and online. This research employs a library research method to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in addressing cyberbullying based on literature from credible academic sources. The findings reveal that PAI contributes significantly as a moral protector, a foundation for Islamic-based digital literacy, a medium for character development, and a guide for teachers to act as digital role models. Despite its effectiveness, challenges remain in curriculum relevance, digital integration, and teaching quality. Therefore, strengthening curriculum innovation, enhancing teacher competence, and fostering collaboration between schools, families, and communities are necessary to optimize the role of Islamic Religious Education in preventing cyberbullying.

Abstract

This research aims to design a conflict resolution model that integrates local wisdom and prophetic principles within heterogeneous educational contexts. Amidst the increasing threat of social disintegration in the world of education, Islamic Relegious Education serves a strategic role as an instrument for cultural mediation. Employing a qualitative approach through a case study at SMP Negeri 1 Pekalongan, this research investigates how prophetic valuses—such as Shiddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, and Fathanah—are integrated with local philosophies, such as Tepa Slira or Pela Gandong, to reduce identity-based tensions. The research finding indicate thaet this integrated model is proven effective in mitigating conflict through peer mediation strategies and the establishmen of superordinate goals.

Abstract

This study aims to conceptually analyze the relationship between religious moderation, multicultural education, and strengthening social harmony in the perspective of Islamic education. The research is motivated by the increasing challenges of intolerance, radicalism, and social polarization in pluralistic societies that demand that Islamic education play a more strategic role in building a culture of peace and inclusion. The research uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research through the analysis of various academic literature related to the concepts of wasatiyyah, tasamuh, multicultural education, inclusive education, and social harmony. The data collection technique was carried out through a documentation study of scientific journals, books, and relevant research results, then analyzed using content analysis with a descriptive-critical approach. The results of the study show that religious moderation based on the values of wasatiyyah and tasamuh has a significant contribution in building tolerant, inclusive, and humanist Islamic education. Multicultural Islamic education has been proven to be able to strengthen social cohesion, prevent radicalism, and build a culture of peace through the integration of the values of pluralism, dialogue, and respect for diversity in the curriculum and culture of educational institutions. In addition, inclusive education and moderate education leadership play an important role in creating a harmonious educational environment in a multicultural society. This research emphasizes that Islamic education based on religious moderation is an effective strategy in strengthening social harmony and maintaining social stability in the global and digital era.
