The point of the principal's leadership is measured by the number of results issued, the level of satisfaction obtained, the creative product, and the intensity to be achieved. As for the inhibiting factors, namely schools that are far from the sub-district, signal difficulties, and a lack of teacher human resources, however, this has begun to be resolved with the strategy carried out by the school principal. The supporting factors are the presence of civil and non-civil servant teachers, as well as adequate facilities and infrastructure for the education process.

Abstract

In the era of Globalization and Digitalization, it is now easier to spread information, especially religious values. Religious values are integrated in the world of education. There are so many Islamic religious sects spread across Indonesia. However, not all religious sects are recognized for their sanad and the validity of their knowledge. A lot of information about the Islamic religion that is spread cannot be recognized as true because of the lack of reference sources for knowledge and the quality of human resources for teaching staff. Likewise, not all elements of education have a valid (sahih) source of religious knowledge, and not many outputs from education have basic religious values, namely having noble morals. The attitudes, ethics, character and morals of students, especially students at university level, still pay little attention to it. All components only focus on the content and learning values in the form of numbers, without prioritizing educational goals that prioritize morals. As the Messenger of Allah said. "األخالق مكارم ألتمم بعثت إنما " which means actually I (Rasulullah saw.) was sent only to perfect noble morals. This research aims to analyze the potential for realizing Student Islamic Boarding Schools at Jambi University College as Strengthening the Nation's Character and Educational Vision. This research method uses a descriptive library research approach with data analysis techniques by collecting information from various materials such as reference books, relevant research results, articles, notes and various journals related to research. The results of the research show that the potential for realizing Student Islamic Boarding Schools at Jambi University College as Strengthening Character and National Educational Vision is high based on competent teaching backgrounds and students' need for in-depth learning of religious values with clear scientific sources under the guidance of teaching staff. who is competent in the field of Islamic religion at Jambi University.

Abstract

Improving the quality of deep learning–based instruction at the junior high school level requires the optimization of school management as a foundation for effective educational governance in the era of educational transformation. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of school management in facilitating the implementation of deep learning and to identify the supporting factors and challenges encountered in Indonesian junior high schools. The research was conducted in eight public and private schools across three provinces—Jambi, South Sumatra, and West Java—using a mixed methods approach with a sequential explanatory design. A total of 120 teachers and principals participated in the quantitative survey, followed by in-depth interviews with 12 key informants to validate the findings. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple regression, while qualitative data were examined through thematic coding. The results indicate that optimized school management significantly supports the implementation of deep learning through policy alignment, teacher professional competence, and the availability of learning infrastructure. However, challenges remain in the form of limited facilities and high administrative workload. These findings contribute to the theoretical development of educational management and offer practical implications for improving the quality of learning in Indonesia.

Abstract

The disruption of learning ecosystems in the digital era has fundamentally restructured interaction patterns, organizational structures, and pedagogical practices within educational institutions, including Islamic education. Rapid digital transformation has required leadership models that are adaptive while remaining grounded in Islamic values. This study aimed to construct a conceptual framework of agile Islamic educational leadership in responding to the dynamics of digital learning disruption. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach through a Systematic Literature Review of scientific publications from 2016 to 2025 retrieved from the Scopus, Google Scholar, and Sinta databases. Data were collected through systematic digital documentation and analyzed using content analysis and thematic analysis. The findings indicated that agile Islamic educational leadership was developed through the integration of organizational adaptability, data-driven decision making, digital collaboration, teacher capacity development, and a digital vision grounded in the principles of amanah, shura, and justice. This construction expanded the paradigm of educational leadership by integrating agility theory with Islamic values and provided practical guidance for sustainable digital transformation in Islamic educational institutions.
