Abstract

Pendahuluan/Tujuan Utama: informasi sangat dibutuhkan bagi semua orang bahkan sebuah organisasi termasuk juga organisasi di bidang Pendidikan salah satunya untuk membantu pimpinan dalam merumuskan kebijakan Pendidikan di indonesia. Oleh sebab itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui betapa pentingnya mendapatkan sebuah informasi yang berkualitas. Latar Belakang Masalah: informasi merupakan sebuah kunci utama dalam sebuah organisasi. Namun, informasi yang dimaksud adalah informasi yang berkualitas. dan terkadang yang menjadi tantangannya yaitu, informasi negatif yang berdampak buruk bagi sebuah organisasi termasuk juga organisasi Pendidikan. Kebaruan: Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menganalisis pentingnya sebuah sistem informasi manejemen dalam membantu merumuskan kebijakan Pendidikan karena penelitian sebelumnya belum ada yang membahas mengenai hal ini. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian Pustaka yang bersumber dari berbagai referensi yang relevan dengan pokok pembahasan dan tujuan penelitian. Temuan/Hasil: Sistem Informasi manaejemen sangat dibutuhkan dalam sebuah organisasi Pendidikan terutama dalam membantu pimpinan dalam merumuskan kebijakan Pendidikan. Kesimpulan: Sistem informasi manajemen memiliki peran yang besar dalam membantu merumuskan kebijakan Pendidikan karena pada dasarnya dalam merumuskan kebijakan pendidikan ini sangat dibutuhkan data-data atau sekumpulan informasi yang berkualitas. Informasi yang berkualitas ini didapat dengan melakukan pengelolahan informasi terlebih dahulu agar kebijakan yang dibuat dapat berjalan dengan ekeftif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan kompetensi profesional guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka di Sekolah Mennengah Atas Kabupaten Sarolangun. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya seorang guru bimbingan konseling pada Sekolah Menengah Atas Kabupaten Sarolangun dituntut untuk selalu profesional sehingga bimbingan konseling dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data-data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa guru bimbingan konseling pada Sekolah Menengah Atas Kabupaten Sarolangun memiliki latar belakang ilmu yang sesuai dengan bidangnya dan mereka telah melakukan tugasnya dengan baik dan profesional. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya guru bimbingan konseling selalu bertanggung jawab penuh untuk memecahkan berbagai persoalan siswa. Guru bimbingan konseling Sekolah menengah Atas Kabupaten Sarolangun memberikan layanan individu kepada siswa dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan belajar siswa sehingga berbagai masalah belajar siswa dapat teratasi baik. Kata kunci: Kompetensi Profesional, Bimbingan dan Konseling, Kuriukulum Merdeka

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the relationship between the principal's leadership and school climate on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri Kota Jambi. The research method used was a Korean study with a sample of 220 people using theecnik cluster random Simpling. The research instruments used are rating scales and Likert Scale model questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The research data were analyzed using pearsoncorrelation and regression techniques. The results of the data analysis showed that: (1) the principal's leadership contributed significantly to teacher performance by 24.4%. The results of the principal's leadership achievement level are in the good category, so that the increase in the principal's leadership is directly proportional to the increase in teacher performance; (2) School climate contributes significantly to teacher performance 36.9%. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of the description of climate variable data of Jambi City State Junior High School are generally known to be still in the conducive category with a score of 86.83%, so that it can be seen that the built school climate is able to provide comfort for teachers in doing their work; (3) The principal's leadership and the school climate together contribute to teacher performance by 51.6%. The better the leadership exercised by the principal, the more conducive the school climate is, and the better the teacher performance, data analysis shows that teacher performance is significantly influenced by the principal's leadership and school climate, both individually and collectively.

Abstract

Cases of bullying and hate speech in Indonesia topped the ranking. Bullying   and  hate speech often occur when someone has shortcomings in themselves, both physically and mentally. The impact of bullying  and  hate speech for students is in the form of decreased appetite, headaches, embarrassment, and feeling afraid to hang out in social environments. Increasing students' understanding of   bullying and hate speech behavior can reduce cases of bullying and hate speech. Service activities are carried out at SMAS YPWI Jambi City. This activity is carried out with the aim of providing understanding and increasing knowledge of adolescents about bullying  and  hate speech  behavior and the consequences of psychological impacts. The method of implementing this activity is by means of counseling designed in the form of material presentation as well as discussion and question and answer. Through this activity students gain knowledge about  bullying and hate speech, know the forms and factors that influence  bullying and hate speech, types of  bullying and hate speech, and how to fight   bullying  and  hate  speech so as not to cause adverse effects on psychic conditions. The benefits of implementing this activity for schools are the awareness of the school on the adverse effects   of bullying and hate speech behavior so that they can carry out various policies to reduce and prevent cases of bullying and hate speech in schools

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the education management of the Gontor 10 Islamic Boarding School in Saba' as a consideration for the proposal to establish the Student Islamic Boarding School of the Center for Islamic Studies, Jambi University. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with a field research approach and literature study. Primary data were obtained through observation and interviews, while secondary data was in the form of a SWOT analysis to evaluate the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges in the education management of Gontor 10 Islamic Boarding School. The population of this study was Pondok Pesantren Gontor 10 Saba', with a research sample consisting of the head of the Islamic boarding school caregivers, teachers (ustadz), administrators, and students. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis to describe questionnaire and interview data findings. The results showed that the education management of Gontor 10 Islamic Boarding School has advantages in maintaining the values of modern boarding schools and improving the quality of education and teaching. However, there are weaknesses, especially in the availability of facilities and infrastructure and funding independence. Therefore, it is recommended that investment in the construction of facilities and infrastructure be increased, as well as diversification of funding sources to ensure the sustainability of superior programs.

Abstract

Metode penelitian yang diusulkan, yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), memberikan kerangka kerja yang efektif untuk menguji dan mengimplementasikan inovasi dalam pembelajaran agama Islam di perguruan tinggi, terutama pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia. PTK melibatkan identifikasi masalah, perencanaan inovasi, implementasi, pengamatan, refleksi, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan, memungkinkan kolaborasi antara peneliti, dosen, dan mahasiswa. Kajian teori konstruktivisme, pendidikan karakter, dan pembelajaran berbasis masalah mendukung metode ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur dampak positif terhadap pemahaman, partisipasi, dan penerapan nilai-nilai keislaman pada mahasiswa. Dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil 2023/2024, penelitian melibatkan siswa Kelas Regular C 2023, Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia. Kesuksesan penelitian ini diukur oleh perubahan positif dalam karakter mahasiswa, menciptakan generasi yang komprehensif, berintegritas, dan siap menghadapi tantangan masa depan.

Abstract

Peran Islam dalam dinamika sosial, budaya,dan ekonomi di Indonesia berkembang melalui pergulatan panjang, dimana pengaruh hindu/budha, dan Kristen yang disertai dengan perubahan sistim sosial dan budaya namun Islam masih terus menjadi bagian yang dominan di bangsa Indonesia saat ini. Meski secara budaya dan psikologi mengalami suatu problem dikarenakan memberikan ruang pemisah antar yang sakral dan profan masih terdapat pengaruh-pengaruh profan. Sementara kemurnian ajaran Islam merupakan suatu ajaran yang membebaskan manusia dari ketergantungan budaya duniawi.Sebagai rakyat Indonesia yang berbaki kita diharuskan untuk selalu melestarikan kebudayaan yang sangat banyak dan kebudayaan Indonesia kebanyakan dipengaruhi oleh ajaran sebelum datangnya Islam seperti Hindu-Budha, Animisme, Dinamisme, dll. Sedangkan mayoritas penduduk Indonesia penganut agama Islam. Disinilah kita debenturkan antara melestarikan kebudayaan atau menjalankan syariat Islam secara sepenuhnya.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of the work environment on the job satisfaction of honorary teachers at Senior High School Tanjung Jabung Barat. This research method is included in survey research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The research data sources are primary data, namely questionnaires, and secondary data, namely Basic Education Data and related articles. The study's results revealed a significant and simultaneous influence between the work environment and organizational culture on the job satisfaction of honorary teachers at Senior High School Tanjung Jabung Barat. So that work environment and organizational culture factors are given more attention to improving the job satisfaction of honorary teachers at Senior High School Tanjung Jabung Barat. The novelty of this study lies in the in-depth analysis of the role of the work environment and organizational culture in improving the job satisfaction of honorary teachers, with the implication that strategies to strengthen both factors can significantly improve their welfare and performance at Senior High School Tanjung Jabung Barat.
