Abstract

Dampak sosial merupakan perubahan yang terjadi pada manusia dan masyarakat yang diakibatkan oleh perubahan suatu kondisi. Dampak sosial meliputi aspek cara hidup, budaya dan komunitas. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui dampak sosial pandemi corona virus disease -19 terdahap masyarakat miskin baru di Desa Bandasari kecamatan cangkuang Kabupaten Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah masyarakat miskin baru Desa Bandasari Kecamatang Cangkuang Kabupaten Bandung. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Adapun uji validitas alat ukur menggunakan face validity. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa perubahan yang terjadi di lingkungan dan keadaan sosial Desa Bandasari akibat adanya pandemi covid-19. Dampak sosial pandemi covid-19 yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat miskin baru yaitu mengakibatkan aktivitas keseharian menjadi terganggu dan kehilangan pekerjaan serta menurunnya penghasilan yang mengakibatkan masyarakat miskin baru harus mendapatkan bantuan sosial covid-19. Masyarakat miskin Desa Bandasari masih belum bisa beradaptasi atau menyesuaikan diri dengan kondisi dan situasi pandemi covid-19 saat ini, terutama dalam memperoleh penghasilan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup setelah adanya pandemi covid-19. Keterbatasan pengetahuan, keterampilan ataupun modal menyebabkan masyarakat kesulitan dalam melihat dan membuat peluang usaha lain di masa pandemi covid-19.Program yang diusulkan untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut adalah program "Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Miskin Baru Desa Bandasari melalui E-Sayur”

Abstract

Penyandang disabilitas diartikan sebagai orang yang mengalami keterbatasan fisik, intelektual, mental, dan/atau sensorik, yang dalam berinteraksi dapat mengalami hambatan dan kesulitan. Kebijakan bagi penyandang disabilitas di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur adalah usaha Pemerintah dalam melaksanakan penghormatan, perlindungan, dan pemenuhan hak penyandang disabilitas yang salah satunya dilaksanakan oleh Suku Dinas Sosial (Sudinsos) Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menindaklanjuti praktikum rekayasa teknologi analisis kebijakan sosial yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan teknik brainstorming visualisation in partisipatory (VIP) class pada identifikasi alternatif kebijakan penyandang disabilitas di Sudinsos Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Teknik ini dikembangkan untuk mempermudah dan meningkatkan kreatifitas serta partisipasi peserta brainstorming untuk mengeluarkan ide gagasannya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian Participatory Action Research (PAR) dan disajikan secara deskriptif. Sumber data adalah semua pernyataan dan tindakan yang ditunjukan oleh informan dan partisipan yang terdiri dari para pelaksana kebijakan di Sudinsos Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan kebutuhan 1) pengembangan desain model kearah digitalisasi 2) penggunaan tools digital 3) paparan mengenai isu masalah dan prediksi diinformasikan lebih awal 4) ide gagasan yang muncul disampaikan secara langsung untuk mendorong peserta lain lebih kreatif. Penggunaan forum online dan tools digital yang dianggap lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan di era sekarang ini. Kemudian kesibukan para pelaksana kebijakan dinilai menjadi kendala ketika melakukan kegiatan secara tatap muka. Tools digital juga lebih beragam, menarik, dan sesuai dengan era smartphone dari pada tools konvensional seperti kertas dan papan tulis. Oleh karena itu, teknik brainstorming VIP class dikembangkan menjadi forum online dalam aplikasi digital.

Abstract

Basically, children's needs are different from those of adults. It is important for children to voice and advocate for their needs. Children who are able to voice their opinions to fulfill their rights and needs can be referred to as a form of advocacy. Therefore, it is important that advocacy is carried out by children. This study aims to obtain an overview of the Implementation of Advocacy Led by Children in Limbangan Sari Village, Cianjur District, Cianjur Regency. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Primary data sources in this study are children who are informants in this study. Secondary data sources come from books, articles, and research related to child-led advocacy. The data collection techniques used were Focus Discussion Group (FGD), interview, observation, and documentation study. Data validity checking is done through credibility test, transferability test, reliability test, and objectivity test. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are that there are four stages of advocacy led by children, namely identification of problem issues, discussion of problem solving issues, solutions to problem solving issues, and delivery of advocacy. The problem issues of children in Limbangansari Village are the lack of involvement of children in community activities and village organizations; there is no reading corner for children; and the lack of activities that can improve the skills of children in Limbangansari Village. Then, the solutions that have been prepared are delivered by the children directly to the stakeholders of Limbangansari Village.

Abstract

Hardiness is a self characteristic that can help someone to survive in a difficult situation by having a commitment, control, and challenge aspect to grow. This research is aim to obtain empirical depictions of the characteristic of the respondents, commitment of the social-economic vulnerable women as a single parent in fulfilling family economic needs, control of the social-economic vulnerable women as a single parent in fulfilling family economics needs and challenges of social economic vulnerable women as a single parent in fulfilling family economics needs. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data resources of this research are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation studies. The measuring instrument used a rating scale statement with multiple choices and face validity. The result showed research about the hardiness of socially-economic vulnerable women as single parents in fulfilling family economic needs in Cipadung Kulon in a high category. However, the hardiness characteristics of socio-economically vulnerable women are needed to be more maintained it is the aim of making the hardiness in women with socio-economic vulnerability stronger and making their resilience to survive better. Therefore, the researcher proposes a program named "Training of the Hardiness of Social-Economic Vulnerable Women as Single Parent in Fulfilling Family Economic Needs" in Cipadung Kulon. Abstract

The Disaster-Resilient Village (Kampung Siaga Bencana/KSB) is a community-based disaster risk reduction initiative designed to protect communities from disaster risks by strengthening local preparedness. This study aims to develop a KSB design through capacity building in participatory planning in Cintaasih Village, Gekbrong Subdistrict, Cianjur Regency. The research employed a qualitative approach using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The participants consisted of eight purposively selected individuals, including members of the KSB team in Cintaasih Village, village officials, and representatives from the Cianjur District Social Office. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, observation, document analysis, and focus group discussions (FGDs), and were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The findings revealed that the initial KSB design was still predominantly top-down and had not fully empowered the local community. The KSB team in Cintaasih lacked the capacity to independently formulate action plans due to limited skills in locally needs based planning. The final design improved the previous process by integrating several capacity building components, including team building training, best practice sharing on community-level disaster response, education on community participation, simulation and training of the three stages of the Technology of Participation (ToP) method, and dissemination of planning guidelines. The model was also supported by technical assistance in activity reporting and a monitoring and evaluation mechanism coordinated by the Cianjur District Social Office. The implementation of this design proved effective in enhancing the knowledge, skills, and initiative of the KSB team. The participatory process fostered a sense of ownership over the action plan and helped build stronger and more sustainable internal mechanisms. The study recommends follow-up research to expand the model’s utility and replicability, enabling the participatory design to be tested, validated, and further developed into an adaptive or standardized model.

Abstract

Pemulung termasuk dalam komunitas miskin perkotaan yang aktivitas kesehariaanya berada di sektor informal dimana profesi ini tidak memerlukan persyaratan formal, pekerjaan yang mudah dilakukan tanpak keterampilan khusus, dan tidak terikat dengan waktu kerja tertentu. Pemulung yang diberdayakan melalui program pemberdayaan tentunya mendapat dampak positif terhadap kondisi kesejahteraan. Upaya pengentasan kemiskinan berbasis program pemberdayaan yang menyentuh sektor pertanian dan pangan bagi komunitas pemulung juga turut dilaksanakan oleh Yayasan Swara Peduli Indonesia Jakarta. Namun, fenomena saat ini, yayasan mengahadapi tantangan tersendiri setelah program pemberdayaan dilaksanakan yaitu menjaga konsistensi pemulung untuk menabung sampah dan merawat bibit tanaman yang diberikan dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menyempurnakan pengembangan desain Pemberdayaan Pemulung oleh Motivator Ketahanan Pangan dalam Program Pertanian Perkotaan dalam menjawab hambaatan dan tantangan yang dialami Yayasan Swara Peduli Indonesia Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) melalui teknik Focus Group Discussion (FGD), wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi, dan literature review. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah partisipan yang terdiri dari pengurus inti yayasan, anggota kelompok tani, dan motivator ketahanan pangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain Pemberdayaan Pemulung oleh Motivator Ketahanan Pangan dalam Program Pertanian Perkotaan dapat diimplementasikan dan kehadiran motivator ketahanan pangan dapat meningkatkan konsistensi pemulung untuk menjalankan siklus pertanian secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The deaf community in Indonesia continues to face psychosocial challenges that extend beyond communication barriers, including low self-esteem, limited social participation, and social stigma. While many Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives focus on economic outcomes, little is known about their impact on psychosocial well-being. This study explores the psychosocial transformation experienced by members of the Deaf community through the PERINTIS Program, a CSR initiative of PT. Kilang Pertamina International RU VI Balongan, Indonesia. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with the program participants, parents, and the implementation team. A three-stage thematic analysis (open, axial, and selective coding) was conducted. The findings indicate that prior to joining the program, the participants often showed signs of withdrawal, low confidence, and emotional instability. After engaging in barista training and mentoring within an inclusive community space, the participants reported increased confidence, stronger social relationships, improved emotional regulation, and greater motivation for the future. These changes were facilitated by a strengths-based, gradual empowerment process supported by mentors and an inclusive social environment. This study highlights the importance of integrating psychosocial dimensions into CSR initiatives, showing that empowerment goes beyond technical skill-building to include identity reconstruction and social recognition. The results contribute to disability studies, social work practice, and CSR policy and suggest that similar community-based models may foster more sustainable and inclusive empowerment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji model pembelajaran inklusif berbasis pemberdayaan sosial bagi komunitas Tuli melalui studi kasus Program PERINTIS (Pemberdayaan Inklusi Teman Istimewa) PT. Kilang Pertamina International RU VI Balongan. Program ini memadukan pelatihan barista, pendampingan humanistik, dan interaksi sosial di kedai kopi inklusif sebagai ruang belajar bersama antara masyarakat dan penyandang disabilitas rungu-wicara. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen, lalu dianalisis menggunakan teknik thematic analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran melalui pengalaman nyata (learning by doing), mentoring humanistik, dan ruang sosial inklusif mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, kesadaran diri, dan kemampuan sosial peserta. Ketiganya membentuk Model Pembelajaran Inklusif Berbasis Pemberdayaan Sosial, yang tidak hanya menumbuhkan keterampilan kerja, tetapi juga menciptakan transformasi psikososial dan pengakuan sosial bagi komunitas Tuli. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan inklusif merupakan proses sosial yang transformatif, yang dapat tumbuh melalui kolaborasi antara dunia pendidikan, komunitas, dan sektor industri.
