Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of planning, organizing, staffing, leading, controlling on operational leadership at the Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi Medan, as well as testing the effect of planning, organizing, staffing, leading, controlling simultaneously and partially on operational leadership and the variables involved. The dominant influence on operational leadership at the University of Development Panca Budi Medan. The method used is multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression) through the stages of testing the classical assumption data instrument test and hypothesis testing. Instrument data is measured through a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The results showed that the five variables simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on operational leadership at the Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi Medan. The most dominant variable is planning compared to leading, controlling, organizing, staffing variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether education, skills, and work ethics positively and significantly affect employee work productivity at staff employee office klambir Lima village. The data collection techniques in this study were conducted using a questionnaire with a list of claims to respondents of 50 respondents through the SPSS Version 17.0 assistance program. From the F test results obtained a Fcountof 12,734> Ftable2.81 and a significantly lower probability of 0.05 ie 0 .00 <0.05, then the regression model can be accepted that education, skills and work ethics simultaneously and significantly influence work productivity. From the partial variable test results, the educational value of 2.166> t table 1.67 with a significant 0.036 < 0.050, a significant positive and significant significance of Education against Employee Work Productivity. Skill Variable t-test value of 1.916 <t table 1.67 with a significant 0.62> 0.050, meaning that part does not require significant influence of Skills on Employee Work Productivity. Work Ethics Work ethics count 2,418> t table 1.67 with a significant 0.020 < 0.050, significantly influences the performance significantly and significantly from Work Ethics against Employee Work Productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze, and assess how effective the management of village fund allocations is and to provide information about what factors can increase the effectiveness of village fund allocation management in realizing good governance in the Hero Village, Batubara Regency. The management of Village Fund Allocation is reviewed based on law number 6 of 2014. The research approach was developed using a qualitative descriptive method. This study uses primary data sources such as the Village Head, Village Secretary, and Village Treasurer and added several community leaders in the village environment. Then the data obtained and analyzed using descriptive research is done by comparison or connecting with other variables. Effectiveness of Village Fund Allocation Management which is reviewed based on law number 6 of 2014 At the Hero Village, Batubara Regency has been running Effectively because it has been able to reflect the Clarity of Goals to be achieved, Clarity of Strategy for Achievement of Goals, Process of Policy Analysis and Formulation, Appropriate Planning and Programming right. Furthermore, the Management of Village Fund Allocations in the Hero Village, Batubara Regency has been effective because it has implemented all indicators starting from Planning, Administration, Management, Reporting, and Accountability There are Factors that can Increase the Effectiveness of Village Fund Allocation Management in realizing good governance in the Hero Village Batubara Regency, namely the High Interest in Community Participation, Qualification of Village Apparatus Resources and Level of Understanding Related to Regulation and Management of Village Fund Allocation
