Abstract

The development of digital technology has significantly changed consumer behavior, including in Indonesia. This research aims to qualitatively analyze consumer online shopping patterns in Indonesia. Using in-depth interview methods and content analysis, this research explores the factors that influence consumer decisions in online shopping, e-commerce platform preferences, as well as the challenges and obstacles they face. The research results show that ease of access, product variety and price promotions are the main factors that encourage consumers to shop online. Apart from that, trust in transaction security and product quality also plays an important role in purchasing decisions. This research also found that social media plays a significant role in influencing consumer shopping behavior through product recommendations and reviews. However, several challenges such as limited internet infrastructure and lack of technological knowledge among certain consumers remain obstacles to wider adoption of online shopping. The findings from this research provide insights for e-commerce companies and policymakers to develop more effective strategies for promoting online shopping and improving consumer experiences. This research also suggests the need for education and infrastructure improvements to support the growth of e-commerce in Indonesia.

Abstract

Bakso adalah produk olahan daging giling yang dicampur dengan tepung dan bumbu-bumbu serta bahan lain yang dihaluskan, kemudian dibentuk bulatan bulatan dan kemudian direbus hingga matang. Konsep Quality Function Deployment (QFD) merupakan metode terstruktur yang dapat digunakan dalam perencanaan dan pengembangan produk untuk menentukan spesifikasi keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen dan mengevaluasi produk atau jasa secara sistematis dalam memenuhi keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen. Pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dengan cara melakukan wawancara dan observasi secara langsung pada objek penelitian yang berkaitan dengan proses kerja produksi bakso. Pengumpulan data sekunder melalui pengumpulan referensi yang berasal dari studi literatur dan dokumen-dokumen yang berasal dari pihak-pihak terkait serta penelitian terdahulu yang relevan berhubungan dengan penelitian. Strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja kualitas produk bakso Senyawan dalam upaya kepuasan konsumen berdasarkan House of Quality (HOQ) adalah dengan memberikan solusi berupa respon teknis yang sesuai dan memungkinkan untuk diterapkan dengan melihat urutan prioritas. Urutan prioritas respon teknis ini selanjutnya dikembangkan menjadi strategi peningkatan kualitas yang memungkinkan menurut UMKM Bakso Senyawan adalah mempertahankan komposisi bumbu yang khas dan kuat (78), sistem pemasakan (71), mutu daging (45), material kemasan (24) dan sistem pembelian (21).

Abstract

The phenomenon of moral degradation has become a significant issue in contemporary society, particularly in an era marked by disruption, individualism, and hedonism. This moral decline is evident in the rise of traits such as arrogance and forgetfulness, which are seen as fundamental roots of moral negligence. These behaviors lead to various forms of deviance, including violence, misuse of technology, free sex, integrity erosion, bullying, disrespect, and corruption. Identifies arrogance and forgetfulness as the core traits driving moral degradation. Arrogance, symbolized by Satan's downfall due to pride, and forgetfulness, represented by Prophet Adam’s disobedience regarding the forbidden tree, contribute to this decline. This study explores these traits from the perspective of Islamic spirituality and their impact on social life, employing library research with a qualitative-descriptive approach. The findings suggest that arrogance involves denial of truth and belittlement of others, while forgetfulness entails neglect of life’s purpose and divine trust. If not addressed, these traits can lead to systemic moral corruption. The study recommends revitalizing spiritual education based on monotheism (tauhid) and self-reflection (muhasabah) as essential tools for combating moral degradation, with a focus on reflection and sincere repentance, particularly through practices like remembering death (dzikri maut)

Abstract

This research examines the importance of entrepreneurial leadership in improving team performance and business growth. The background to the problem shows that many companies face challenges in achieving optimal team performance and sustainable growth. Although various leadership models have been implemented, there is a gap in the literature exploring the specific strategies used by entrepreneurial leaders to overcome these challenges. The observed phenomenon shows that leaders with an entrepreneurial orientation tend to be more adaptive and innovative in facing market changes. The importance of this research lies in its in-depth qualitative approach to understanding the dynamics of entrepreneurial leadership. The method used involves in-depth interviews with business leaders who have proven success in improving team performance and driving business growth. The data collected was analyzed using a thematic approach to identify the main strategies implemented by these leaders. The research results show that entrepreneurial leaders use various strategies such as team empowerment, measured risk taking, and continuous innovation to improve team performance. In addition, they also emphasized the importance of a clear vision and effective communication to encourage team spirit and collaboration. Discussion of the results shows that these strategies not only improved team performance but also contributed to significant business growth. Thus, entrepreneurial leadership plays an important role in overcoming the challenges of team performance and business growth. This study provides valuable insights for business leaders and researchers into how entrepreneurial leadership strategies can be implemented effectively to achieve organizational goals.

Abstract

Experiential marketing has emerged as a powerful strategy to foster emotional and sensory engagement between consumers and brands. This study investigates the direct impact of experiential marketing on customer loyalty and examines the mediating role of perceived service value in the context of restaurants and cafés in Bandung, Indonesia, a city known for its rapidly growing food and beverage industry. Drawing on data collected from 200 valid questionnaires, this research employs a quantitative explanatory design and utilizes Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software to analyze the relationships among variables. The results indicate that experiential marketing significantly enhances both perceived service value and customer loyalty. Moreover, perceived service value is found to mediate the relationship between experiential marketing and customer loyalty partially. These findings highlight the importance of designing immersive and emotionally engaging experiences not only to satisfy but also to retain customers in the competitive hospitality sector. By integrating experiential marketing strategies that elevate perceived value, restaurant and café businesses can strengthen long-term customer relationships. This study contributes to both academic literature and managerial practice by offering empirical evidence on the mechanisms through which experiential marketing influences loyalty in an emerging market setting.

Abstract

The essence of the problem in this research is the low performance of employees, in which there are still employees who feel less satisfied at work causing a lack of understanding and good implementation of organizational culture at CV. Putra Lingga Jaya Sumedang which is a company in the furniture industry. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence organizational culture has on employee performance. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a total of 31 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out using saturated sampling. The results of the research show that the value for the organizational culture variable obtained a score of 1,297 in the good category, while the assessment for the employee performance variable obtained a score of 1,286 in the good category. The results of simple linear regression obtained Y = 10.029 + 0.752X and the t test results tcount > ttable amounting to 9.062 > 2.045 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The relationship between organizational culture and employee performance is 0.860 at a very strong level. organizational culture on employee performance obtained a value of 73.9 while the remaining 26.1% was influenced by other factors not discussed in this research. The conclusion is that organizational culture and employee performance at CV. Putra Lingga Jaya Sumedang has been running well and according to expectations, so that organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Razz Food Pelaku UMKM Aneka Bumbu Ayam di Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 45,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,888 > 1,986). Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 39,2%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,790 > 1,986). Harga dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi Y = 7,323 + 0,451X1 + 0,367X2. Kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 57,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (63,319 > 2,700).

Abstract

Sistem informasi akuntansi adalah sistem informasi fungsional dan mendasari sistem informasi fungsional lainnya seperti informasi keuangan, sistem informasi lainnya memerlukan data keuangan dari sistem akuntansi. Di zaman perkembangan sekarang ini, seiring teknologi yang semakin maju, banyak orang, organisasi, dan bisnis menggunakan teknologi untuk aktivitas sehari-hari. Berbagai bidang kehidupan juga banyak yang menggunakan teknologi untuk mendukung aktivitasnya. Instansi atau perusahaan yang maju dan berkembang membutuhkan sistem informasi yang akurat, cepat dan akurat untuk melayani kegiatan pengelolaan usahanya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan penelitian dokumen. Maka setelah melakukan penelitian, penulis mencoba meneliti, merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi pendapatan sewa dekorasi pernikahan di Rayainaja Decorations, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang sewa dekorasi. Rayainaja Décoration merupakan perusahaan jasa yang proses pengelolaan datanya masih menggunakan sistem manual dan non komputerisasi, namun Rayainaja Décoration membutuhkan sistem atau teknologi yang dapat mempermudah dan mengurangi kesalahan dalam pengerjaannya. Dengan adanya pembaharuan sistem informasi ini dapat menjadi solusi yang baik untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada di Dekorasi Rayainaja, sehingga proses pendataan menjadi efisien dan efektif.
