Abstract

Teaching materials are one of the important components in learning. Because the teaching materials contain various learning resources and learning experiences for students. The application of teaching materials in the form of comics in mathematics learning can help teachers solve problems in class. One of them is improving learning outcomes. This classroom action research is implemented in mathematics which is focused on the material division concept presented in the form of mathematics comics. The purpose of this study is to improve students' understanding of the distribution material and improve learning outcomes which is collaborated with the inquiry approach. This classroom action research consisted of two cycles, each of which consisted of planning, act and observation and reflect with the research design of Kemmis and Mc Taggart. The results of this classroom action research are proven to improve learning outcomes. This is indicated by the value of learning outcomes in cycle I 62.2 increased in cycle II by 90.8. Then the classical completeness results in cycle I was 73%, increased in cycle II by 98%. Likewise, the observation results from 61% in cycle I increased to 92% in cycle II.

Abstract

This activity aims to learn about the focus of water problems in Gucialit Village. Through the initial survey, data was obtained that the uneven distribution of water sources was due to the lack of awareness of the residents so that the pipes that flowed to other residents' houses were channeled to their own homes, but this was not the only reason for the lack of clean water, another cause of this was the source of the springs, which began to shrink because part of the forest cover was cut down and converted into plantations. From the existing problems, the community together looks for suitable solutions to help the water problem in Sidomakmur Hamlet by looking for new springs devoted to the residents of Sidomakmur. In this case, the Sidomakmur community, in collaboration with the local government and BPBD (Regional Disaster Management Agency) and BNPB (National Disaster Management Agency), submitted a letter which finally BPBD went directly with the community to the location of the new spring and immediately examined the condition of the water.

Abstract

Tingkat pendidikan orang tua sangat berpengaruh terhadap perolehan prestasi belajar siswa, ada yang latar pendidikan orang tua rendah, siswa berprestasi ada juga latar belakang pendidikan orang tua rendah siswa belum berprestasi. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Adakah hubungan tingkat pendidikan orang tua dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII di MTs Negeri Situbondo. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian Ex Post Facto. Sampel penelitian adalah 40 siswa kelas VII di MTs Negeri Situbondo dalam pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan teknik Simple Cluster Sampling, Teknik pengumpulan datanya meliputi angket dan dokumentasi sedangkan untuk menguji hipotesis dengan korelasi berbantuan SPSS 22.0 for windows. Dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 dan digunakan rumus korelasi product moment. Dari hasil analisis dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa bahwa ada hubungan tingkat pendidikan orang tua dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII di MTs Negeri Situbondo dengan Nilai rhitung pada Pearson Correlation untuk uji hipotesis ini sebesar 0,347. Sementara itu nilai pada rtabel distribusi 5% atau 0,05 sebesar 0,257, maka rhitung 0,347 > rtabel 0,257. Berarti tingkat pendidikan orang tua mempunyai korelasi yang positif. Hal ini juga diperkuat dengan nilai signifikan yaitu sebesar 0,028 dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari taraf nyata (a) 0,05, hal ini berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima

Abstract

The study of the phenomenon of Indonesian educational institutions, particularly that at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Islam Bades Pasirian Lumajang in East Java, discovered a number of phenomena, including the use of homogeneous and heterogeneous classes based on majors and gender, low learning motivation from male homogeneous students, and student learning activity dominated by female students. This study aims to ascertain how students behave in class before to, during, and after learning activities. This homogeneous class is typically used in education under the direction of the ministry of religion to place restrictions on relationships between male and female pupils in accordance with Islamic law.  The paucity of classrooms that can be used for instruction and the small class size are two additional factors that are taken into account when applying it to heterogeneous classes. As can be seen from the aforementioned circumstances, scholars are interested in examining this phenomena because classroom managemen.

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan hasil pendampingan kepada masyarakat di desa Alun-alun Kecamatan Ranuyoso Lumajang. Problematika yang dihadapi masyarakat di sana berdasarkan FGD adalah sampah. Sampah meskipun benda kecil dapat membuat selokan tersumbat, lingkungan bau dan tidak sedap dipandang. Apabila selokan tersumbat dapat menyebabkan rumah warga tergenang air saat hujan. Terutama sampah di lingkungan dusun Krajan 2 mengalami kondisi darurat karena banyak jenis sampah seperti plastik, daun, dan kotoran sapi yang masih berserakan. Ada beberapa faktor penyebabnya antara lain tidak adanya Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA). Akar dari masalah yaitu vakumnya kerja bakti yang dulu pernah diadakan sekarang sudah tidak dilaksanakan lagi. Kesimpulan dari hasil pendampingan adalah kesepakatan wakrga untuk membuat program kerja bakti dengan tema Lingkungan Beriman (Bersih Indah Nyaman). Program Kerja Bakti direncanakan dilakukan rutin pada hari Minggu.

Abstract

The A traditional heritage site called Selogending Kandangan is situated in Krajan Hamlet, Kandangan Village, and Senduro District. While having immense potential, the Selogending Kandangan property is currently in terrible condition and unsuitable for domestic and international tourism use. A traditional village ritual known as the Unan-unan village activity, which is performed annually as well as every Hindu year or, to put it more simply, once every five years in the Christian calendar, is performed at the Selogending Kandangan location.The people of Kandangan did not realize this condition, so the Pokdarwis and Karang Taruna through our assistance tried to revive the cultural heritage of the Selogending Kandangan site. The initial step taken by Pokdarwis and Karang Taruna was to form an organizational structure which has not been working so far. The organizational structure has actually been formed several years ago, but there is no work application. Overall, the program implemented by the Pokdarwis and Karang Taruna was carried out according to plan, even though there were internal and external obstacles. The organizational structure that has been formed will propose to the village meeting that the selogending stable site is planned for next year.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to examine the Sustainable Governance in determining the Future of Pesantren using Various Strategies for Strengthening Human Resources at Mamba'ul Hikam Islamic Boarding School using qualitative and case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that Mambaul Hikam implemented a multifaceted strategy to improve the quality of human resources in religious beliefs. This strategy comprised various activities, such as congregational obligatory prayers, the performance of sunnah night prayers, which included Tahajjud and Witr, the observance of the Duha prayer, the conduction of 'istighosah' sessions every evening, as well as the recitation of the Tahlil and Burdah every Friday night. The recitation of the entire Qur’an (Khotmil Qur'an) took place every Friday, and was complemented by a 'madrasah diniah' (Islamic-focused subject) in the daytime. Students also attended formal school in the morning, the recitation of Surah Yasin before entering classes, followed by book study sessions after the Isya'. Furthermore, students actively participated in school activities such as 'PI' (Practice of Worship), which included book discussions and khutbah by room representatives on Tuesday nights, as well as direct advice from their mentors.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini di latar belakangi oleh temuan-temuan yaitu kurangnya pemahaman tentang ilmu tajwid, tidak terlaksananya peraturan, kurangnya semangat belajar santri, kurangnya metode pembelajaran yang digunakan, infaq harian yang tidak berjalan, kurangnya tenaga pendidik, akhlak santri yang minim, serta kurangnya motivasi orang tua di TPQ Riyadlus Sholihin tepatnya di dusun Darungan Mojosari. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang pengabdian pada masyarakat akan dilaksanakan pembelajaran tajwid dalam membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research, pengabdian ini diadakan dengan pengadaan buku panduan tajwid dan buku prestasi santri dalam mempelajari ilmu tajwid diharapkan akan menjadi penghubung antara guru dengan wali santri. Serta mengenai ketersediaan buku pedoman harian santri, buku prestasi, buku tajwid, buku mufrodat, media pembelajaran akhlak dan membuat tata tertib santri, serta membentuk paguyuban di TPQ Riyadus Sholihin, dan merencanakan infaq shodaqoh bulanan TPQ Riyadus Sholihin. Setelah adanya buku tajwid dan buku prestasi, santri mengalami peningkatan dalam pembacaan al-qur’an,. Adanya tata tertib peraturan bisa membuat santri lebih disiplin waktu. Serta adanya paguyuban dalam mengelola keuangan TPQ sehingga memudahkan pengeluaran dana dalam setiap ada kegiatan/ event di TPQ

Abstract

This study investigates the application of spinner-based learning media in fiqh instruction within Islamic education. The initiative arises from the need for innovative media that can increase student engagement and improve comprehension of materials often perceived as difficult. Spinner media, with its interactive and adaptable design, is considered a tool capable of attracting attention and fostering active learning. A qualitative case study approach was employed, utilizing observations, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The data were analyzed through stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing to ensure validity and reliability. The findings reveal that the integration of spinner-based learning media significantly enhanced student participation, enthusiasm, and learning outcomes. Prior to its implementation, fiqh lessons were characterized by monotonous activities and low levels of concentration. However, the use of spinner media transformed the learning atmosphere into a more engaging and effective process, minimizing challenges while maximizing student involvement. These results suggest that spinner-based media serves not only as an instructional aid but also as a motivational tool that supports meaningful and enjoyable learning in Islamic education.
