Traveling is considered a delightful activity to engage in during leisure time. By employing a UserCentered Design approach, the developed tourism application has successfully delivered a satisfying user experience. This method allowed the developers to focus on users' needs, preferences, and enjoyment while designing and developing the application. The results obtained from the System Usability Scale (SUS) measurement yielded an average score of 77,5 from a total of 20 respondents. This indicates that the application possesses good usability and is relatively easy to navigate for users. Although there is room for further improvement, this conclusion suggests that the application has achieved its main goal of providing a seamless and responsive user experience in searching, exploring, interacting, and obtaining information about various tourist destinations.

SISAKTI-NG is an information system for managing SKP (Satuan Kredit Partisipasi) at Udayana University. Currently, SISAKTI-NG is only available as a web-based application and does not have a mobile version. Based on a survey conducted among several Udayana University students, the author concluded that the website's interface of SISAKTI-NG is unattractive and dull. Therefore, the author is interested in designing the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) for the SISAKTI-NG information system. Through this research, it is hoped that the SISAKTI-NG application can be improved in terms of its visual appearance to become more appealing and modern, meeting the needs and providing a comfortable user experience for Udayana University students. This research adopts prototyping and modeling methods. Based on the survey conducted, the calculation of the usability value of the UI/UX design of the SISAKTI-NG application which was tested using the SUS (System Usability Scale) method obtained an average SUS score of 77.25, NPS value with passive results, Acceptable, adjective value with results good, and the grade gets a B. This research has received positive reviews from SISAKTING users when compared to the previous interface design.

Facial Expressions Recognition (FER) is a vital task in human-computer interaction. This field can be used to augment many other fields such as learning, content suggestions and many more. This paper aims to propose a simple FER approach utilizing a custom Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architecture for real-time emotion recognition, complemented by Hard Cascades for efficient face detection. The model is trained on a large and reputable dataset encompassing various facial expressions classified into 7 main emotions. The result of this study yields an accuracy of 60.78% achieved on the training data and 57.32% on the validation data. This shows that with even a very simplified approach with a custom CNN model, we can relatively accurately recognize facial expressions. This study aims to be a kind of groundwork for more advanced approaches to FER.

In communities that are busy with high activity and mobility, the time spent keeping health and fitness is often limited. Limited access to facilities makes for a roadblock. This research offers a solutive strategy by using mobile applications to plan sports according to daily user routines. The focus of research is the development of user interfaces and user experiences mobile applications aimed at overcoming lack of knowledge and fitness support. Using the Design Thinking method, the research identified the user's main difficulties in managing time and maintaining consistency in exercise. From a survey of 15 respondents with 15 - 25 years old age range, the application scored 80.5 (grade B) with a System Usability Scale method. With a Design Thinking method, the Skillzone can identify user challenges and devise solutions that suit their needs.

This research aims to enhance the quality of images in video streaming systems by utilizing image compression techniques. Although image compression techniques have become standard in reducing image file sizes, they often result in significant quality degradation. In the context of video streaming systems, where image quality is paramount, this challenge becomes increasingly prominent. Therefore, in this study, we propose an approach that integrates image compression techniques with detail recovery methods to improve the quality of images transmitted through video streaming systems. Experiments were conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed approach in enhancing image quality, with results showing a significant improvement compared to conventional approaches.

Software defect prediction plays a vital role in SDLC testing by identifying modules prone to defects. However, imbalanced class distributions, where defect (minority) samples are outnumbered by non-defect ones, can hinder model performance. This study investigates the impact of oversampling techniques (SMOTE, ADASYN) on Naive Bayes classification for defect prediction. While the base Naive Bayes model achieved good overall accuracy (83%), it struggled with defect class recall (30%). Applying SMOTE and ADASYN improved recall (40% and 38%, respectively) but slightly lowered accuracy (77% and 80%). Future work will explore feature selection and deep learning approaches for potentially better performance.

Brain tumor disease poses a significant health challenge globally, including in Indonesia. Detecting brain tumors early is crucial for effective treatment. In this study, we investigated the performance of the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm in classifying brain tumor disease using brain image data. Our findings reveal that the choice of K value significantly impacts the KNN algorithm's performance. The highest accuracy of 81% was achieved with K=3, while the lowest accuracy of 66% occurred at K=7. On average, across all scenarios, the accuracy was 72.8%. These results underscore the importance of selecting the appropriate K value for optimal classification accuracy in brain tumor disease using the KNN algorithm.

Mental health apps have attracted significant attention as a digital solution to address psychological well-being issues. This study aims to design an intuitive and user-friendly interface for a mental health app using a design thinking approach. The methodology used involved five stages: empathy, problem definition, idea development, prototyping, and user testing. Through empathy mapping and interviews with stakeholders, user needs and challenges were identified. Based on these insights, core problems were defined, and idea development techniques were used to generate design concepts. An interactive prototype was developed and evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method involving 10 participants. The average SUS score of 76.5 indicated good usability and user acceptance. However, user feedback was integrated for further optimization. This study concludes that the design thinking approach effectively facilitated the creation of an intuitive and user-centered interface for a mental health app. Future research can explore the integration of advanced features and evaluate the app's impact on mental wellbeing outcomes.

In the digital era, securing sensitive information such as seed phrases are crucial to prevent unauthorized access and potential loss of digital assets. This paper proposes a novel approach for protecting seed phrases using dual-layer encryption with AES algorithm and Caesar cipher. The AES algorithm is utilized to encrypt the seed phrase itself, providing a strong first layer of defense. Additionally, Caesar cipher is employed to encrypt the AES secret key, adding an extra layer of security to the encryption process. By combining these two encryption techniques, the security of the seed phrase is significantly enhanced, as both the phrase and its encryption key are protected. Furthermore, the encrypted seed phrase and key can be securely stored using email as a digital storage medium, enhancing accessibility while maintaining robust security measures.

This journal discusses the use of the Lucy-Richardson method for image restoration on digital images. Digital images are often affected by noise or blur, which can cause the image to be too contrasted, out of focus, less sharp, and so on. Therefore, digital image processing technology is very important to improve image quality. Image restoration is one of the digital image processing techniques used to improve images that are affected by noise or blur. The Lucy-Richardson method is one of the methods that can be used to perform image restoration on digital images. In this journal, we will discuss the basic theory of the Lucy-Richardson method, the implementation of the Lucy-Richardson method on digital images, and the evaluation of the results of using the Lucy-Richardson method on digital images. The purpose of this journal is to provide a better understanding of the use of the Lucy-Richardson method for image restoration on digital images.
