Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop application reporting results of lecturer evaluations by students. The output of this research is the application of reporting results of lecturer evaluations by students in the form of recapitulation of the results of lecture evaluations, recap per faculty and university recapitulation. This research will be carried out within the scope of Makassar State University. This research is a development research that refers to the ADDIE model (Analysis-Design-Develop-Implement-Evaluate). The first stage of this research was to analyze the results of the lecturer evaluation instrument by students (EDOM) which had been filled in by students in the 2017-2018 odd semester, after that, the EDOM reporting information system application was developed, in the same year testing and product evaluation will be carried out later in use in reporting the results of lecturer evaluations by students in the following semester

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study are: 1) to find out how to develop labview-based practical media that can improve the achievement of industry-oriented competencies in vocational students; 2) To find out how lab design media design is based on labview so that it can improve the achievement of industry-oriented competencies in vocational students; 3) to find out how the results of the development of labview-based practical media applied to vocational students meet the criteria of valid, practical, effective, and efficient. The development model used in this study is the Plomp Development Model (2001) which uses five stages, namely (1) preliminary investigation, (2) design, (3) realization / construction (4) test, evaluation, revision and (5) implementation . From the results of the research and discussion described in the previous chapter, the following conclusions can be made. 1) The steps used in developing LabView-based practicum media are through a needs analysis of the completeness of practicum equipment available at Makassar Vocational High School 10, regarding the process of learning practice in schools, supporting factors for simulation-based learning in schools and student characteristics in schools; 2) The product produced in this study is LabView practical media-based learning; 3) The results of the assessment by material experts, media experts, and programming experts on LabView-based practicum media for media assessment obtained an overall overall score of 4.54 or a very good assessment while the Material aspect obtained a mean score with a score of 4.45 with very good ratings

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: 1) How to develop an Expert System for Searching and Publishing Scientific Manuscripts on Reputable International Journals for Lecturers in Makassar State University; 2) How can the Expert System with the Forward Chaining method facilitate Faculties in publishing Scientific Manuscripts so that they can be published in reputable international journals; 3) How to design an Expert System for Searching and Publishing Scientific Manuscripts in Reputable International Journals for Makassar State University Lecturers meet valid, practical, and effective criteria. The first year research is a type of research and development. Software development in the form of Expert Systems with Forward Chaining Methods for Searching and Publishing Scientific Manuscripts in Reputable International Journals is carried out with an engineering approach where the stages are: analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation. After generating an Expert System Using the Forward Chaining Method for Searching and Publishing Scientific Manuscripts on Reputable International Journals for Lecturers in Makassar State University. Based on the research that has been carried out in the development of expert system applications for the search and publication of scientific manuscripts on reputable international journals, the researcher can draw several conclusions, namely: 1) Expert Systems for Searching and Publishing Scientific Manuscripts on Reputable International Journals for Makassar State University Lecturers developed with using a linear sequential software development model, also known as the waterfall model. The stages of development in this model include the process of knowledge analysis, design, coding or implementation, and implementation; 2) Expert System with Forward Chaining method can facilitate Lecturers in publishing Scientific Manuscripts so that they can be published in reputable international journals; 3) Expert System Design for Searching and Publishing Scientific Manuscripts on Reputable International Journals for Makassar State University Lecturers meet valid, practical criteria. The appropriateness of the application is measured using software eligibility criteria. The appropriateness test of the application by the developer includes aspects of functionality. The functionality aspect based on the testing that has been done, getting the test results is very good. All existing functions can work well.

Abstract

The aim of this activity is to find out the problems of the complete systematic land registration program at the Gorontalo Regency Land Agency and efforts to resolve them. The method used is law with an empirical approach, which presents data according to field facts which are then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the research show that in land registration through the PTSL program there were problems such as a lawsuit for a certificate from the actual owner, where when the PTSL implementation was completed by the village and land agency and a certificate of ownership was issued to those who applied, it turned out that it was suddenly protested by the community who claimed to be the real owner and this happens especially on land abandoned by the previous owner (abandoned); Low public understanding of land tenure law where not all people understand PTSL procedures, so there is still public distrust in making certificates which are considered complicated and take a long time; There are public perceptions regarding the high cost of obtaining certificates, including concerns that they will be burdened by the increasing tax value; and the lack of human resources, especially skilled personnel in villages and BPN in handling land conflict matters and cases. Efforts to resolve this problem are to maximize socialization to the community regarding the terms and conditions and land registration procedures; clarify the status of the land you wish to certify so that it does not overlap; and re-preparing the land registration quota which is still lacking, meaning there is still land in villages in Gorontalo Regency that cannot be accommodated in the PTSL program, which is adjusted to the existing budget.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah suatu studi kuantitatif yang bersifat ex post facto yang memiliki tujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kemanfaatan fasilitas bengkel fasilitas terhadap kemampuan keterampilan kerja siswa. (2) Mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kemampuan keterampilan kerja siswa. (3) Mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kemanfaatan fasilitas bengkel fasilitas bengkel dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kemampuan keterampilan kerja siswa. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini ialah persepsi kemanfaatan fasilitas bengkel dan motivasi kerja, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kemampuan keterampilan kerja. Populasi yang menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari siswa yang mengikuti program keahlian Teknik Elektronika Industri di empat sekolah menengah kejuruan, yaitu SMKN 2, SMKN 5, SMKN 9, dan SMKN 10 di Makassar. Jumlah total sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian ini mencapai 154 individu. Informasi penelitian berasal dari penggunaan kuesioner dan uji objektif. Metode analisis data yang diterapkan melibatkan penggunaan regresi linear tunggal dan regresi linear ganda.. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa persepsi kemanfaatan fasilitas bengkel secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan keterampilan kerja, dan motivasi kerja secara parsial juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan keterampilan kerja, dan juga persepsi kemanfaatan fasilitas bengkel dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan keterampilan kerja

Abstract

ujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui tahapan pengembangan Media ajar pada mata kuliah Pengantar Pendidikan Kejuruan di Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Elektronika FT Universitas Negeri Makassar, (2) untuk mengetahui kelayakan Media ajar pada mata kuliah pengantar Pendidikan Kejuruan di Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Elektronika di FT Universitas Negeri Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and development) yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan suatu produk. Desain pengembangan mengacu pada model pengembangan instruksional dari Atwi Suparman yang terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu: tahap mengidentifikasi, tahap mengembangkan, dan tahap evaluasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan teknik elektronika, dosen ahli desain dan dosen ahli konten. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan metode wawancara. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan Media ajar mata kuliah Pengantar Pendidikan Kejuruan memberikan output berupa buku ajar mata kuliah Pengantar Pendidikan Kejuruan. Hasil validasi pada ahli desain mendapat rata-rata sebesar 3,72 di nyatakan dalam kategori baik (Layak). Hasil validasi pada ahli konten mendapat rata-rata sebesar 2,87 di nyatakan dalam kategori cukup baik (Layak). Berdasarkan hasil validasi dan revisi, dapat diketahui bahwa Media ajar berupa buku ajar mata kuliah Pengantar Pendidikan Kejuruan dikatakan layak, untuk itu disarankan Media ajar ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah Pengantar Pendidikan Kejuruan.

Abstract

Vocational education plays an important role in bridging the gap between educational outcomes and labor market needs, especially in the Industry 4.0 era. With the rapid development of technology, especially artificial intelligence and automation, vocational education must adapt its curriculum to prepare graduates with relevant skills. The Internet of Things (IoT) is one of the key technologies that increases efficiency and opens up new opportunities, especially for the younger generation in entrepreneurship. The Community Service Program (PKM) uses an educational-persuasive approach to increase youth's knowledge and skills in utilizing IoT for start-up-based independent entrepreneurship. The training held, including IoT application simulations, showed an increase in participants' knowledge and abilities. Evaluation results based on questionnaires show that the majority of participants felt a significant increase in their understanding of IoT material and applications. In conclusion, this program succeeded in developing technology-based entrepreneurial competencies for teenagers, while providing practical insight into the application of IoT in business.

Abstract

Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar Berbasis Bahan Ajar Cetak diSMKN. Skripsi, Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer, Jurusan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Makassar. Pembimbing: Sapto Haryoko, Mustari Lamada. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pengembangan modul pembelajaran komputer dan jaringan dasar dan untuk mengetahui kelayakan modul komputer dan jaringan dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D), dengan model pengembangan 4D dan ADDIE yang dikombinasikan (Define, Design, Development,Evaluate, Dessiminate). Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket. Siswa juga dilibatkan untuk mendapatkan respon kelayakan modul oleh pengguna. Subjek penelitian adalah 36 siswa kelas X TKJ SMKN 2 Luwu Timur. Produk modul pembelajaran telah divalidasi oleh dua ahli materi dan dua ahli media. Ujicoba dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali, yaitu ujicoba kelompok kecil yang melibatkan 10 orang siswa dan ujicoba lapangan yang melibatkan 26 orang siswa. Pengukuran yang digunakan menggunakan skala likert dengan rumus distribusi presentase. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan modul pembelajaran komputer dan jaringan dasar. Hasil validasi ahli materi dan ahli media menyatakan bahwa modul yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi aspek pengembangan dan layak digunakan. Hasil ujicoba kelompok kecil dan ujicoba lapangan disimpulkan bahwa modul pembelajaran komputer dan jaringan dasar yang dikembangkan berada pada kategori sangat valid

Abstract

Anywhere Desktop Infrastructure (ADI)-based virtual computer laboratory is designed to overcome the limitations of physical laboratories in higher education, such as space, cost, and accessibility constraints. This research aims to develop a valid, practical, and effective ADI-based laboratory model to support practicum learning in higher education. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) by integrating the ADDIE, Borg and Gall, and Jerrold Kemp models. This research involved students and lecturers from the Informatics Engineering study program. The development process was carried out through the stages of needs analysis, model design, prototype development, trial, and evaluation. The results showed that the ADI laboratory has a high level of validity with an average score of 88.2%, as well as practicality which is considered adequate with a score of 87.4%. In addition, this laboratory was proven effective in improving student learning outcomes, with an average increase of 24% based on pretest and posttest. Pilot tests showed that the system was able to reduce practicum time by 15% compared to physical laboratories, while increasing learning flexibility. This research concludes that ADI labs can be an innovative solution in supporting the digital transformation of higher education. Recommendations for further development include the integration of artificial intelligence technology for learning personalization and cloud-based collaboration features to support teamwork. This virtual laboratory contributes significantly to the creation of an inclusive, flexible and efficient educational ecosystem.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Literacy and the utilization of ICT as a learning resource in high schools in Pasangkayu Regency.where in Pasangkayu district there is are 12 high school and Additionally, it seeks to examine the influence of ICT literacy on the utilization of ICT as a learning resource. The research employs an ex-post facto research method. The total population is 4027 individuals, and a sample of 220 participants is drawn through Probability Sampling. The instruments used include tests and questionnaires. Prerequisite tests involve assessing normality and linearity. Hypothesis testing employs a simple linear regression test. The research findings indicate that: (1) ICT Literacy is categorized as "moderate." (2) The utilization of ICT is categorized as "moderate." (3) There is an influence of ICT Literacy on the utilization of ICT as a learning resource. The test results show that the significance value is 0.000 < 0.050, with a contribution of 18.70%.
