Abstract

Batam city merupakan salah satu kota modern Indonesia yang berpacu dalam pembangunan daerahnya. Tingkat percepatan pembangunan di daerah sangat tergantung besarnya alokasi dana pembangunan dari Anggaran Pendapatan Dan Belanja Daerah Kota Batam (APBD). Sumber penerimaan APBD antara lain yaitu pajak. Salah satu jenis penerimaan pajak yang dikelola langsung oleh daerah adalah PBB. Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan yaitu pajak mengenai bumi dan bangunan, dimana besarnya pajak ditentukan oleh keadaan objeknya yaitu bumi, tanah dan bangunan. Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan memberikan kontribusi besar bagi pendapatan daerah dan negara. Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan didistribusikan melalui kantor kelurahan, dan dibayarkan melalui bank yang tercantum pada SPPT. Atau instansi lain yang ditunjuk oleh pemerintah daerah. Pemerintah Kota Batam setiap tahun mengalami masalah yaitu tidak tercapainya target penerimaan pajak PBB setiap tahunnya. Kesadaran masyarakat Kota Batam tentang pentingnya pajak yang masih kurang, proses pembayaran pajak yang lama dan sulit serta belum adanya sangsi tegas, juga merupakan faktor yang perlu diperhatikan. Hasil yang diharapkan nantinya suatu payment system for land and building tax based on Android yang dapat menampilkan informasi pajak dan pembayaran PBB kapan dimanapun diperlukan.

Abstract

Penentuan kelayakan kredit seringkali tidak akurat, sehingga menghasilkan skor kredit yang rendah karena kesalahan marketing saat melakukan analisis. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis data pemohon kredit pinjaman menggunakan klasifikasi data mining yakni algoritma C4.5 dengan menggunakan beberapa atribut diantaranya pekerjaan, karakter, pendapatan, plafond pinjaman, dan jaminan yang akan dihitung dengan perhitungan manual dan perhitungan software weka untuk mempermudah uji kelayakam pemberian kredit pinjaman dalam mendapatkan hasil yang akurat dan cepat. Tingkat akurasi yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 98% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini dapat membantu dan mendukung dalam mengambil keputusan layak dan tidak layak dalam pemberian kredit pinjaman cepat dan efektif.

Abstract

A thermohygrometer is a device used to measure temperature, humidity, and the concentration of medical gases (CO and CO₂) in operating rooms. The temperature in an operating room should be maintained between 19°C and 24°C, and humidity between 45% and 65%, to prevent damage to electronic equipment and corrosion caused by low temperatures and high humidity. Medical gases containing oxygen can also accelerate corrosion. Therefore, a thermohygrometer equipped with medical gas readings is necessary. This study aims to design a thermohygrometer using a DHT22 sensor to measure temperature and humidity and an MQ-135 sensor to detect CO and CO₂ gases. The obtained data is displayed on an I2C LCD screen and sent to the Blynk application via WiFi using an ESP32. Testing shows a temperature reading error of -0.02%, humidity -0.02%, CO gas 0.32%, and CO₂ -0.16%, all within a tolerance limit of ±5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun suatu aplikasi Android  yang mampu membantu masyarakat Kota Batam utamanya bagi masyarakat menengah ke bawah dalam mengelola keuangannya. Kondisi perekonomian yang sulit dan diambang resesi akibat pandemic covid-19, memaksa masyarakat sangat-sangat cermat dalam memperhatikan pos-pos pengeluaran. Di kalangan masyarakat, pada umumnya malas untuk mengelola keuangan. Butuh pribadi yang teliti, disiplin dan konsisten dalam mencatat secara rinci. Apalagi banyak mitos yang melekat di masyarakat, semua sudah ada rezekinya, jalani saja seperti air mengalir. Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi informasi serta kondisi masyarakat Kota Batam terkini yang telah familiar dengan smartphone, maka sangat tepat dikembangkan suatu aplikasi mobile. Aplikasi ini merupakan pengembangan dari aplikasi keuangan versi 1.0 yang telah dibangun dibangun sebelumnya. Metode pengembangan system digunakan SDLC dengan model waterfall. Hasil nyata dari penelitian ini sebuah aplikasi Financial Management 2.0 berbasis mobile yang sederhana, mudah digunakan, dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Tingkat kesiapan teknologi penelitian ini adalah level 1 ke level 2, artinya aplikasi yang dibangun merepresentasikan formulasi konseb teknologi yang dapat tercapai. Tujuan akhir penelitian adalah diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat Kota Batam lebih maju dan sejahtera.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The era of globalization now demands to use systems to be effective and efficient in a business, because technological developments are growing rapidly. This makes competition tough in all fields, especially in the business sector. There are various models of ordering in business like ordering a basketball court. To order a basketball court, there must be a compromise from the owner of the field. In general, this basketball court ordering system is usually done directly to the owner or through social media by chatting with the owner. There are still shortcomings in this process, including the time. The conclusion of this research is to create a web-based application specifically for ordering basketball courts to solve the problems in ordering basketball courts. Based on the conclusions of this study, it is recommended: (1) A web-based basketball court ordering system which can help consumers who want to play basketball. (2) With this system, consumers do not have to go directly to the place. (3) Can provide information on the playing schedule easily.

Abstract

Augmented Reality is a real illustration depicted through a virtual world explaining the actual situation displayed in the form of video and 3D animation. The advanced features of the smartphone allow using the android operating system. Augmented Reality is relevant as a medium of information, such as information about beat motor spareparts, knowledge about the function of each sparepart and information about the characteristics of damage experienced by motorcycle spareparts. Augmented Reality work system detects objects that have been captured first, this is called a marker. Markerless is an image or involving an object that is detected directly for container that spawns 3D objects in the application. The application design requires Unity software for making AR applications and processing script programs, Vuforia is a database for storing markers. CorelDraw is a graphic design modeling software that is used to make markers. Blender in making 3D objects. Augmented Reality application that is applied to smartphone media using an Android-based operating system. The use of AR applications is expected to be an innovative communication from the workshop to consumers. Consumers also independently analyze and determine what spare parts are being damaged.

Abstract

The development of increasingly sophisticated technology is now not only mastering the young but also has mastered all circles. and not only that technology is now not only used as a medium of information or receiving information but has been used as a business field, namely as online sales, education as a learning medium. Arduino is a new breakthrough in the world of microcontrollers. Arduino is open source and uses Atmel IC output as the main IC and has its own programming language similar to C language. Arduino types such as Arduino Uno, Arduino Nano, Arduino Mini and Mega. Tomatoes are a staple food and a source of agricultural income for the Indonesian people. Tomatoes can be found anywhere, including in the Riau Islands, Batam city. In shopping centers or traditional markets, before buying from farmers, traders check manually to determine the level of ripeness of the tomatoes. The best tomatoes can usually be seen from the color of the tomato skin. Tomatoes that are still fresh, which are ripe on the tree are usually reddish in color and tomatoes that are half-ripe and then left for a few days so that they are ripe are usually orange in color

Abstract

The existence of social media in the era of information technology especially in tourism industry is very profitable for the perpetrators of the tourism industry because it can be used more effectively and efficiently in the delivery of information to tourists or potential visitors. In this research will be examined how the business entrepreneurs, operators or managers optimise and use social media application platform in increasing tourist visits, increasing popularity and eventually increasing the economic income. In this study, researcher team used descriptive research method where researchers want to find the facts that exist on the utilization of social media applications by entrepreneurs in the field of tourism. through this research method is expected discovery that can explain related to the benefits gained by users of social media in the tourism industry in the city of Batam. The result of this research is that based on the data obtained and processed shows that entrepreneurs in tourism have used multi platform social media. Social media applications used include facebook (100%), Instagram (87.5%), twitter (46.8%), whatsapp (97.3%), youtube (28.1%), Line (15, 6%) and other applications (3%). Further data shows that entrepreneurs or tourism operators and even managers have taken advantage of social media applications by having separate accounts for their tourism purpose, instead of the other data show that not all them have premium or business accounts for this tourism business.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic has spread throughout the world, including Indonesia. The effects of the pandemic caused the national economy to decline by minus 5.23%. In Batam City, the Covid 19 Pandemic caused many small, medium and large businesses to go out of business. The direct effect of the pandemic on the lower middle class is the financial turmoil of the family. There was a decrease in income and expenditure as well as a change in the clustering of expenditure items. Internet quota has become a mandatory expense for education. The initial objective of this study was to obtain facts, the current condition of society. The research object is the middle to lower class of society. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Collecting data in research using the method of observation and questionnaires. Observation through limited interviews, by observing and visiting and discussing directly with the community. People also fill out an online questionnaire via a google form link, to reduce physical contact. The sample size was determined by accidential sampling method. The results showed that 80% of respondents experienced a decrease in the number of stages during the COVID 19 pandemic. Meanwhile, respondents have a job from home (WFH), have courageous schooling, are in the trend of family spending on food, electricity bills, water bills, and education quota costs. The final objective of this research is expected to be additional material for the Batam City government in economic policies that can help the life and welfare of the community.

Abstract

Small bussiness in Surakarta still use conventional sales process transactions. The disadvantages of conventional transactions are the slow transaction process and long report generation. The aim of this research is to build a complete sales information system, to provide product information, transactions and report accuracy. This makes it easier for their business. The method implemented to build this system is the Waterfall method. The results of this research are in the form of a website-based sales information system. The system has been tested using the black box testing method and resulted in the system running well and according to its function.
