Abstract

This study examines guidance and counseling assistance in overcoming learning difficulties of fifth grade students of SD Sambpres Inpres. The focus of this study discusses the factors that cause learning difficulties of fifth grade students of SD Inpres Sambiki and the discussion of guidance and counseling services in overcoming learning difficulties of fifth grade students of SD Inpres Sambiki. This type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, case study studies. The selection of subjects was done by purposive sampling, namely the fifth grade elementary school teacher Sambpres Inpres, some students who had difficulty learning and several teachers related to this study. Data collection by interview, documentation, and observation. Data analysis process, namely: Data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions / verification. The results showed that the teacher had not made a structured guidance and counseling service program. Tutoring services are carried out by class V teachers in accordance with the teacher's understanding of the concept of guidance and counseling services. Implementation of guidance and counseling services by teachers to help students in class V to achieve learning goals according to the specified targets and not on overcoming problems and difficulties faced by students during the learning process. Tutoring services implemented by the teacher do not match the concept requested. In implementing tutoring services, teachers use the method of improvement and enrichment.

Abstract

Earthquake disaster that has happened in morotai since 16 september 2017 had potentially 5.8 SR broke down public facilities, society's building and it impacted on psycology traumatic. the amount of loss arising from the disaster it is necessary to study steps so that the community is able to overcome the incident. Therefore, this research aimed to know the society in boarder area's preparadness in handling natural disaster. Th research methode used descriptive analysis with qualitative research where the ability of preparadness can be seen from the society's element such as shool,household and government. The result showed that the society"s understanding in preparadness and action related to disaster was still very minim, while respon emergency plan and aleret warning system jad the same portion and the same independent variable.

Abstract

Research conducted by researchers is using a qualitative research approach with descriptive qualitative types. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. The implementation of thematic learning consists of opening activities, core activities consisting of exploration, elaboration, confirmation. And the last activity is the closing activity. The implementation of thematic learning on the spider web model (webbed model) consists of several indicators from several subjects which are combined into one theme in each meeting. Assessment in thematic learning is carried out separately in each subject indicator. Assessment in thematic learning does not only look at the results but also the learning process. Assessment tools that can be used in thematic learning include written tests, oral tests, action tests, and portfolios

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an increase in learning outcomes using science teaching aids in grade IV SD Inpres Sopi, Morotai Jaya District, Morotai Island Regency. The subjects in this study were 19 grade IV students of SD Inpres Sopi, Morotai Jaya District, consisting of 9 female students and 10 male students. The teaching aids used in this study were the science teaching aids using Torso media. The type of research used in this research is classroom action research (PTK) with the stages of the research including: 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) observation, 4) reflection. This research lasted for two cycles consisting of cycle I and cycle II. Data collection techniques used in this study include: 1) Observation, 2) Interviews, and 3) Tests. While the instruments used in this study were lesson plans, observation sheets, and formative tests. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in learning outcomes in each cycle. This increase was in the pre-cycle students who completed the KKM 70 as many as 3 students or 15.78%. In the first cycle, the completeness percentage of 3 students who scored above the KKM 70 before the action was achieved to 6 students or 31.57%, an increase of 15.79% from the pre-cycle. Whereas in cycle II the percentage of learning completeness was achieved from 13 students who scored above the KKM 70 in cycle II to 17 students or 89.45%, an increase of 21.05% from cycle I. Thus it can be concluded that there is an increase in student learning outcomes when using Natural science props (torso) for fourth grade students of SD Inpres Sopi, Morotai Jaya District.

This type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The results in this study are, 1). The form of collaboration between teachers and parents in improving student learning outcomes is communication, recitation, parental involvement in children's learning at home. 2). The obstacles experienced by the madrasah in establishing cooperation between teachers and parents to improve student learning outcomes are influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors, namely the teacher's view of parents and teacher constraints. While external factors are the views of parents, life demands and attitudes of parents. 3) Efforts made by SD BPD Podimor Padange in realizing cooperation between teachers and parents in improving student learning outcomes are: a). Schools provide the best service to parents of students. b) Schools equate perceptions and values ​​instilled by the school with the values ​​taught by parents by conducting initial communication. c) Provide opportunities for parents to be involved in learning at home

Abstract

Article 51 paragraph (1) of Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning Education System states: Management of early childhood education units, basic education, and secondary education is carried out based on Minimum Service Standards with the principle of School-Based Management (SBM). This article aims to discuss a brief history and strategy for implementing SBM in schools. The approach in this paper is literature study. The term MBS first appeared in the United States in 187, when people began to question the relevance of education to the demands of its development. In Indonesia, SBM was born as a school reform agenda, which was marked by the RI Law No. 22/1999 and the RI Law No. 25/1999 on Regional Autonomy. Strategies in implementing SBM include: 1) one of the strategies is to create conducive preconditions to be able to implement SBM, namely increasing the capacity and commitment of all school members, including the community and parents of students, 2) building a democratic, transparent school culture. , and accountable, 3) when the central government plays a more monitoring and evaluation role. This means that the central and local governments need to carry out joint activities in the context of monitoring and evaluating the implementation of SBM in schools, including the implementation of block grants in schools, 4) developing a model of school empowerment programs, not just carrying out SBM training, which is mostly fulfilled by providing school information. However, the development of MBS in America and Atlanta is certainly different from that in Indonesia because it depends on the government's "political will".

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi berdampak pada perubahan cara bermain anak-anak. Sebagian besar anak-anak saat ini lebih menyenangi permainan berbasis gawai. Permainan tradisional sudah tidak lagi dimainkan oleh anak-anak. Hal ini menjadi salah satu sebab permainan tradisional Indonesia perlahan mengalami kepunahan. Pengabdian ini berfokus pada upaya melestarikan permainan tradisional Indonesia yang hampir punah melalui festival permainan tradisional. Metode yang dilakukan pada program pengabdian ini berupa kegiatan festival lomba permainan tradisional antar siswa sekolah dasar yang diikuti sebanyak 36 peserta dari 3 sekolah dasar yang ada di Kab Pulau Morotai. Dengan adanya festival permainan ini anak-anak kembali memainkan permainan tradisional Nusantara. Festival permainan tradisional ini merupakan kegiatan pertama dilakukan di Kab. Pulau Morotai membuat antusias terhadap kegiatan festival ini sangat tinggi sehingga perlu untuk mempromosikan permainan tradisional ke skala yang lebih luas. Abstract

Product packaging design is an important factor that can strengthen MSME branding in increasingly competitive business competition. An attractive and quality packaging design differentiates it from competitors. For this reason, community service was carried out to find out the extent to which Galo-Galo Village UKM players understand the importance of product packaging redesign. The aim of this activity is to build brand awareness from the redesign of the product packaging being launched. The method of activity is through socialization and assistance in redesigning product packaging that is more attractive to consumers by choosing one of the superior products. The external target is to create alternative product packaging, one of the superior products, namely Natural Soap, produced by UKM Galo-Galo Village. The results of community service regarding packaging redesign are related to shape, structure, materials, colors, images, typography and design elements with product information so that the product can be marketed. Packaging redesign in the form of redesigning old packaging into new packaging to make it more attractive, so that it has maximum function to wrap, protect, send, issue, store, identify and differentiate a product on the market.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran peduli lingkungan melalui Gerakan Kolektif Jumat Bersih di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Universitas Pasifik (UNIPAS) Morotai. Seluruh dosen dan mahasiswa dari Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris (PBI) dan Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pada 10 Oktober 2025 di lingkungan kampus FKIP. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan refleksi. Aktivitas yang dilakukan meliputi pembersihan area dalam dan luar kampus, pengecatan ruang kuliah, serta edukasi tentang pentingnya green campus bagi keberlanjutan lingkungan akademik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan dampak signifikan terhadap perubahan fisik dan perilaku sivitas akademika. Lingkungan kampus menjadi lebih bersih, tertata, dan nyaman, sementara kesadaran ekologis mahasiswa meningkat melalui praktik langsung dan refleksi bersama. Gerakan ini juga memperkuat nilai gotong royong, kebersamaan, dan tanggung jawab sosial antara dosen dan mahasiswa. Refleksi kegiatan menegaskan bahwa Gerakan Kolektif Jumat Bersih tidak hanya menciptakan kampus yang bersih, tetapi juga membangun budaya akademik yang peduli lingkungan serta menjadi model awal penerapan green campus di FKIP UNIPAS Morotai.
