Abstract

The function of educational institutions has occasionally been crucial, particularly in the development of the younger generation to be more qualified. Through the educational institutions of the practitioners, the younger generation is formed, among other things. The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of the leader of Ma’had Al-Buuss Al-Islamiah in Islamic Generation Building in Raman Yala, and what is the leadership's biggest challenge? This research is a qualitative study that is used to analyse phenomena, beliefs, and the way that both individuals and groups of people think. Primary data types, which can be examined and acquired on-site, are used in research. Ways for gathering data, including documentation, interviews, and observation. Data analysis through data reduction, data display, and inference. Data approval using source triangulation techniques. This investigation found that the role of Master Haji Muhammad Ramli Kora was very influential in the education institutions and the public in particular in the district of Raman Province of Yala.

Abstract

Abstract Massifikation impact of globalization and the phenomenon has changed the global trend of higher education around the world over the past decades. The global trend include: globalization and internaionalisasi, access and equity, private higher education and privatization, quality assurance framework, accountability and qualifications, financing higher education, centralization and crisis of academic profession, experience of students, teaching, learning and assessment, information technology communication and distance education, research, university-industry linkages. The global trend is also creating a number of opportunities and challenges for institutions of higher education. More juah, the global trend is also helped provide a significant impact to the paradigm shift in institutional reform of higher education, including higher education which includes the Islamic religious dimension of globalization, localization, and individualization. Abstract

Konvensi Hak Anak (KHA) telah memberikan pengakuan atas eksistensi anak sebagai subyek hak asasi manusia (HAM). Sebanyak 193 negara telah turut serta dalam meratifikasi Konvensi tersebut. Hal ini berarti pula, bahwa sebanyak 193 telah menerima kewajiban untuk mengambil semua langkah-langkah legislatif, administratif, sosial, dan pendidikan secara layak untuk melindungi anak-anak dari semua bentuk-bentuk dan manifestasi kekerasan. Kendati ratifikasi KHA telah menunjukkan universalitas, namun perlindungan anak dari kekerasan, eksploitasi, dan penyalahgunaan kekuasaan (children’s protection from violence, exploitation, and abuse) masih sangat lemah, termasuk di lembaga pendidikan. Anak sebagai bagian integral dari komunitas seringkali dijadikan sebagai obyek segala bentuk dan manifestasi kekerasan. Penghukuman secara fisik (corporal punishment) dan merendahkan martabat anak masih sering kali kita dapati praktiknya di sejumlah lembaga pendidikan. Alhasil, banyak anak mengalami trauma, ketakutan dan merasa ”tidak aman” saat belajar atau ke sekolah. Kebutuhan untuk mewujudkan pendidikan yang aman, ramah dan bersahabat berbasis pada hak anak merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang mendesak selain sebagai wujud pengakuan eksistensi anak oleh negara, akan tetapi juga sebagai perwujudan komitmen negara untuk menjalankan mekanisme pengamanan dan penjaminan atas hak-hak pendidikan anak yang baik, tepat, berkualitas, dan aman.

Abstract

The Covid-19 Pandemic has caused a number of educational institutions in Indonesia to be temporarily closed. Learning activities in a number of areas are carried out online and eliminate face-to-face learning. The implementation of online learning in Indonesia, including in Bantul DIY district, is not an easy matter because it is a new way of adapting to the new Indonesian education system. This study aims to explore teachers' perceptions of online learning that have been held during the Covid-19 pandemic.The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research which aims to describe the teacher's perceptions of the effectiveness of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Respondents in this study were 46 teachers. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire that was submitted to the respondents online (social media and electronic mail).Based on the results of the study, it was found that all Islamic elementary school (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) teachers in Bantul had implemented online learning. Even so, most of the respondents stated that online learning was not yet effective (69.60%). This is influenced by limited infrastructure, the readiness of parents to provide assistance to children while learning from home, and some teachers have not been able to respond and adapt to this online learning properly and effectively.Keywords: teacher perceptions, online learning, pandemic covid-19

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the implementation of online PKS training is successful. His study used an evaluation with Kirkpatrick's model approach to measure aspects of reaction, learning, behavior and results. As a result, 91.65 percent of training participants showed a high positive reaction to the implementation of the training, and all participants showed behavioral changes in attitudes and actions when carrying out the task of managing the learning and education process in schools. In addition, using non-parametric Mann-Whitney analysis, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in the knowledge of PKS training participants on the aspects of managerial abilities, entrepreneurial development and supervisory skills. The results of the study explained that all training participants passed the training with very satisfying results. Thus, the online mode PKS training has been implemented and resulted in strengthening the capacity of school principals in various required competencies. It is recommended, for the next implementation, it should focus on using pedagogical flexibility to produce a profile of school principals who have a professional vitality construction.Keywords: Capacity Building, Kirkpatrick Model and PKS Training.
