Abstract

Salah satu sifat penting dari beton adalah daktilitas. Daktilitas beton yang rendah dicerminkan olehkurva tegangan regangannya yang memiliki penurunan kekuatan tekan yang cepat pada daerah beban pasca puncak, sehingga menyebabkan secara relatif keruntuhan terjadi tiba-tiba. Penambahan serat ijuk yang mempunyai modulus elastisitas yang lebih rendah dari modulus elastisitas matrik beton diharapkan dapat membuat beton lebih daktail. Dengan sifat daktail tersebut, serat yang dicampurkan kedalam beton diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk memperbaiki karakteristik beton

Abstract

Tempurung kelapa merupakan limbah (sisa pengolahan) dari rumah tangga atau industri yangmenggunakan kelapa sebagai bahan utama. Merupakan suatu tantangan untuk memanfaatkan tempurung kelapa secara optimal, apabila tempurung kelapa dapat dibuktikan secara teknis sebagai bahan/agregat untuk campuran beton, maka diharapkan dapat mengurangi dampak pencemaran lingkungan dan mempunyai nilai tambah secaraekonomi bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Nearly 99% of Indonesia's flexible pavement made of bituminous mixtures. Damage to the pavement road in general is cracking and permanent deformation. Therefore, the use of additive (additive) on the hot asphalt mix is one way to resolve the issue. One of the ingredients that can improve the quality of pavement is to use materials with a polymer modified bitumen (asphalt modifier).This study aimed to analyze the characteristics of Marshall from the use of asphalt with the addition of polymer additives Starbit E-55 brands in the mix (AC-BC) through the Marshall with the durability testing modifications.

Abstract

In few years later, in town call Ujungbatu, becak motor rising in number because of there is no other transportation service, along with increasing the demand of transport service. But, the becak motor rate determined by the operator, is not consider of the user. That this study analize the Willingness To Pay (WTP) the user of becak motor. Data survey token at Kelurahan Ujungbatu Kota and Kelurahan Suka Damai, in Kecamatan Ujungbatu. With Questioner Home Interview Survey Method. The number of samples based on statistical analysis of the adequacy of the data length parameter in the study area trip. The analys Metode of WTP used perseption approach of becak motor user. From the analysis result, obtained that the interval value of WTP becak motor user about Rp. 3.000,00 – Rp. 4.000,00 per-trip.

Abstract

One of the success factors in the construction of the road is a road construction material available qualified technical specifications. Road construction materials in question are aggregated. In addition, the material can be added to the asphalt mixture can form filler that serves as filler. Rice husk ash as waste burning brick able to provide alternative opportunities as an ingredient in asphalt mixtures, as rice husk ash are often found in areas Banyumas.This study aims to determine the permeability properties of a mixture of Hot Rolled Sheet Wearing Course ( HRS - WC ). Permeability is one of the parameters to measure the ability of the asphalt pavement structure that can withstand water seepage damage the asphalt pavement layers. The smaller the value of the permeability of asphalt pavement structure, the more durable the strength of the pavement layers. In the future, besides being able to deliver more value to the utilization of waste rice husk ash, rice husk ash utilization is also expected to increase the permeability of the mixture HRS - WC.

Abstract

Infrastructure development planning in the field of Civil Engineering must be able to accommodate the conditions of the new built environment, and must be known in detail. This can eliminate problems that will be interrelated in the future both in terms of planning and design, the final result must reflect the desires described. This research aims to conduct a geotechnical investigation to obtain detailed lithological information on soil structure in the Piyai Bay, Rokan Hilir Province Riau Methods of Implementation Research carried out includes two groups namely field testing and laboratory testing. Field testing was carried out with boring in order to get a sample to a depth of 30 meters. The results of the study of soil structure in the Piyai Bay (Kubu) - Panipahan - North Sumatra Boundary, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province have a value of a relatively low base soil density based on N-SPT testing with lithology of peat to expansive soils, which have a large decrease, from field testing using core drill obtained soil lithology at a depth of 30 meters is fine silt sand, bright gray color, low plasticity to non-plastic, low water content, solid consistency until very dense . The result of monitoring graund water level (gwl) at the borehole point is 0.80 gwl.

Abstract

Tanjung Belit landfill waste processing operations use a controlled landfil system, this is indicated by the presenceof garbage collection ponds and leachate collection channels, but in the rainy season there is difficulty in accessingroads causing waste to be dumped outside the garbage collection pond, so that the TPA applies an open dumpingsystem trash transported is immediately disposed of and stacked on land near the landfill. Waste deposits willproduce a liquid known as lindi (leachate). This study aims to identify the effect of leachate from Tanjung BelitLandfill (TPA) on water quality around Tanjung Belit landfill. Samples were taken as many as 5 samples, namelyleachate, monitoring well water and river water around the landfill where the parameters measured were pH, DO,TDS, BOD, COD, Nitrite, Sulphate and Chloride based on PP No. 82 of 2001 and KEPMEN LH No.51 of 1995concerning Liquid Waste Quality Standards. The results of the analysis show that the leachate of Tanjung Belitlandfill affects the quality of river water and monitoring well water around the Tanjung Belit landfill but is stillclassified as lightly polluted. The influence of distance on the quality of sunagi water and monitoring well water,namely the farther the distance, the less contamination in water.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Khalid Bin Walid merupakan salah satu pondok pesantren yang ada di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.. Gedung Asrama Putra Pondok Pesantren Khalid Bin Walid tepatnya berada di Desa Pematang Berangan Kecamatan Rambah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu dengan konstruksi beton bertulang berlantai dua, sedangkan rangka atap menggunakan kostruksi rangka atap baja ringan. Gedung ini mengalami kebakaran pada hari Rabu, 20 Juli 2022 sekitar pukul 16.00 Wib. Efek kebakaran terhadap konstruksi bangunan antara lain: Penurunan mutu beton. Penurunan nilai kuat beton. Degradasi pada baja pada beton yang menjadi tulangan. Hilangnya lekatan pada ikatan baja dan tulangan. Pengelupasan beton (spalling). Baja melengkung. Efek tersebut diakibatkan oleh panasnya api, sehingga ikatan antara material beton hilang Untuk itu perlu dilakukan Analisa kelayakan tentang pengaruh kebakaran terhadap Struktur untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penurunan kekuatannya, sehingga didapatkan jawaban atas kemungkinan yang akan terjadi sekaligus upaya penanganannya pasca kebakaran

Abstract

Consultation for PBG approval for a permit to establish a Palm Oil Processing Factory PT. xx, conducted to provide recommendations for the issuance of PBG. The method for consulting on document inspection is a presentation and discussion related to the applicant's technical documents. Consultation community service activities include detailing the required documents for PBG applications and providing suggestions for improving the documents requested. Based on the results of the 1st consultation, it is known that the applicant has not completed the documents according to the applicable regulations, so further consultation is needed after the 1st consultation recommendations are corrected. The 2nd consultation activity resulted in an agreement that the applicant had completed the changes and complied with the technical plan document, and continued with the plenary to determine the recommendation for the issuance of PBG.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan konstruksi jalan untuk dapat mendukung repetisi beban lalu lintas adalah dengan meningkatkan kekuatan elemen struktur perkerasan jalan. Lapis pondasi agregat kelas A merupakan elemen struktur perkerasan lentur yang berfungsi menopang beban lalu lintas setelah elemen laston. Dalam spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga revisi 1 tahun 2018 disyaratkan bahwa nilai indeks plastis (PI) lapis pondasi agregat kelas A maks 6 dan nilai CBR minimumnya 90%. Permasalahan yang biasa terjadi dilapangan adalah penggunaan filler abu batu masih bercampur dengan filler yang mengandung unsur clay. Adanya unsur clay pada filler ini akan meningkatkan nilai indeks plastis (PI) dan menurunkan nilai CBR agregat kelas A. Oleh karena itu pemanfaatan abu limbah sawit atau disebut Palm Oil Fuel Ash (POFA) yang disubtitusikan pada campuran lapis pondasi agregat kelas A diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif bahan filler dan dapat meningkatkan kekuatan elemen struktur perkerasan jalan dari parameter CBR. Metode yang digunakan melalui eksperimen dilaboratorium, desain dan pengujian bahan campuran lapis pondasi Agregat Kelas A mengacu pada Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga Revisi 1 Tahun 2018. Metode Pengujian CBR Laboratorium mengacu SNI 03-1744-1989. Komposisi Palm Oil Fuel Ash (POFA) divariasikan pada 0%, 10%, 15% dan 20% terhadap filler abu batu. Hasil desain CBR Agregat Kelas A tanpa rendaman dengan subtitusi Palm Oil Fuel Ash (POFA) 0% menghasilkan nilai CBR 95,41% dengan kepadatan kering maksimum ((ɣdry) 2,192 gr/cm³. Untuk subtitusi Palm Oil Fuel Ash (POFA) 10% menghasilkan nilai CBR 96,77% dengan kepadatan kering maksimum ((ɣdry) 2,193 gr/cm³. Untuk subtitusi Palm Oil Fuel Ash (POFA) 15% menghasilkan nilai CBR 97,45% dengan kepadatan kering maksimum ((ɣdry) 2,194 gr/cm³. Sementara Agregat Kelas A subtitusi Palm Oil Fuel Ash (POFA) 20% menghasilkan nilai CBR 98,735% dengan kepadatan kering maksimum (ɣdry) 2,206gr/cm³. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa subtitusi filler POFA 20% pada campuran agregat kelas A dapat meningkatkan nilai CBR sebesar 3,35 % dan kepadatan kering (ɣdry) meningkat sebesar 0,61%.
