Abstract

The coastal area of West Kalimantan has a wealth of marine and river fishery resources that have the potential to be utilized optimally, including fishing, conservation, port activities, marine cultivation, coastal tourism, and water. Various problems in coastal areas that need to be prioritized to provide solutions include the occurrence of illegal fishing, damage to coral reef ecosystems and mangroves, coastal abrasion, not yet optimal development of ponds where utilization only reaches 40% of their potential, natural disasters which result in increased poverty and ecosystem damage, as well as the growth of corruption and injustice. The number of people living in poverty has been steadily increasing at an average rate of 6.86% over the past three years, reaching 353,350 individuals in 2023. This research aims to develop coastal areas, creating local economic development innovations to reduce poverty, unemployment, and inequality and preserve natural resources. The method developed in this study was carried out descriptively and qualitatively by developing an in-depth analysis through SWOT. The results provide solutions for improvements and innovations, which include implementing a blue economy by utilizing the modernization of fishing gear, developing a paradigm shift from land to water resources, and producing garbage filters in rivers so they do not wash away into the sea. This study will improve the quality of life economically and socially while maintaining the ecology in coastal areas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan aksesibilitas transportasi untuk mendukung sektor pariwisata di Kepulauan Seribu, dengan fokus khusus pada Pulau Pramuka. Perkembangan pariwisata yang optimal tidak hanya bergantung pada kualitas destinasi, tetapi juga pada kemudahan akses dan transportasi yang memadai. Saat akses transportasi terbatas, kunjungan wisatawan cenderung rendah dan terbatas pada kalangan tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang strategi pengembangan aksesibilitas yang dapat meningkatkan daya tarik wisata Pulau Pramuka. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menggabungkan berbagai teknik dan orientasi penelitian serta menerapkan analisis SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dalam pengembangan aksesibilitas transportasi di Pulau Pramuka. Hasil analisis SWOT digunakan untuk merancang alternatif strategi dengan matriks SWOT, meliputi penjadwalan dan penentuan rute perjalanan, penyusunan prosedur keselamatan untuk setiap moda transportasi, serta sosialisasi kepada pelaku usaha transportasi mengenai pentingnya perizinan dan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kenyamanan wisatawan, serta mendukung pertumbuhan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Pulau Pramuka.

Abstract

The Bimoku Type A Cross Border Terminal located in Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara, is a cross-border transport hub that has been operating since 2023. However, its performance has not been optimal and accessibility to this terminal is still low. This study aims to analyse the level of accessibility of public transport to the Type A Bimoku Cross-Border Terminal in Kupang City and provide recommendations for improving performance. The method used is Generalised Cost (GC) analysis with a do nothing and do something approach. The results show that the largest GC values in the existing conditions are in the Fatukoa, Naioni, and Bello zones. The implementation of the new route network in the do something scenario succeeded in significantly reducing the GC value, thereby increasing the accessibility and efficiency of transportation to the Bimoku Type A Cross Border Terminal in Kupang City. Recommendations are to develop new public transport routes and improve intermodal connectivity to support overall terminal performance.

Abstract

Academic buoyancy is a positive psychology construct that is the ability to bounce back from academic challenges and obstacles that individuals commonly experience on a daily basis. The purpose of this study is to determine the trend of research mapping related to academic buoyancy using bibliometric analysis and to recognize the novelty of topics that can later be studied by future researchers. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review with bibliometric analysis. Data collection was carried out in April 2025 with the Publish or Perish (PoP) application and using a database from Google Scholar with the keyword academic buoyancy in scientific journal publications in 2015-2024 so that 994 scientific journals were obtained. In VOSviewer bibliometric analysis, researchers conduct data analysis and visualization starting from the analysis of the topics studied, network visualization analysis, overlay visualization, density visualization, and connected authorship visualization. The results of the bibliometric analysis with the keyword academic buoyancy obtained novelty findings in this study, namely topics related to peers, positive youth development, classroom environment, mattering, self-efficacy, school burnout, achievement motivation, academic buoyancy scale.  Some of these research topics can be used as suggestions for future researchers to further develop academic buoyancy derived topics in order to disseminate and strengthen knowledge development that has the potential to foster innovation and novelty

Abstract

Economic resilience is the financial ability of a nation that relies on the utilization of existing resources in dealing with various problems whose sources are internal or external to create community welfare. Economic resilience is currently experiencing a severe test for all countries due to covid-19 pandemic, which has an impact on the economic crisis. A qualitative approach is applied by actualizing bibliometric analysis of the concept of economic resilience, which is the main focus. The research data is sourced from scientific journals on the concept of economic resilience, which was explored during the time span of the pandemic. The results of the study state that several theories found have a novel value that is rarely published and can help accelerate economic resilience, including disaster risk reduction, independent village, global value chain, ecology resilience, global recession, banking crisis, regional resilience, and village government. The main clusters derived from economic resilience include economic recovery, economic crisis, adaptation strategy, community empowerment, economic vulnerability, financial inclusion, circular economy, and good governance. Knowledge development needs to be carried out to disseminate current theories and issues so that researchers or academics can study and explore more so that the derived knowledge can help provide solutions and improve economic conditions.

Abstract

Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) adalah penataan dan pengembangan kawasan perkotaan yang mengintegrasikan sistem transportasi ramah lingkungan yang seimbang dengan kehidupan ekonomi dan sosial untuk mewujudkan kota yang berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis artikel jurnal yang menggunakan tema TOD dan mendeskripsikan berbagai topik yang relevan dan memiliki kebaruan untuk dikembangkan pada penelitian yang akan datang. Analisis bibliometrik yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan literatur ilmiah dengan tema TOD yang diterbitkan mulai tahun 1977 hingga 2021. Metode kualitatif dikembangkan untuk menganalisis jurnal ilmiah dengan menggunakan VOSviewer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tema TOD yang diimplementasikan dalam jurnal ilmiah menjadi perhatian serius dan memiliki nilai minat yang tinggi bagi para peneliti selama sepuluh tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan 999 jurnal ilmiah yang didapatkan dari hasil penelusuran database  Google Scholar dan telah disesuaikan dengan tahapan kajian literatur yang mengacu pada preferred reporting items for systematics reviews and meta-analysis. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa berbagai topik yang baru perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk mendukung terciptanya kawasan perkotaan yang berkelanjutan meliputi perkotaan baru, desain perkotaan, walkability, bus rapid transit, dan light rail transit. Elsevier menjadi penerbit yang menempati peringkat utama yang menghasilkan berbagai jurnal ilmiah berkualitas tinggi sehingga banyak dikutip oleh berbagai komunitas ilmiah. Penentuan kata kunci dengan topik yang berbeda diperlukan dalam menganalisis jurnal ilmiah untuk mendapatkan ide dan inovasi baru untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan dan teknologi yang mendukung pembangunan kota yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penataan parkir dan pengembangan fasilitas pejalan kaki menjadi elemen kunci dalam menciptakan kinerja lalu lintas yang lebih efisien, aman, dan nyaman. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan penangan dan usulan guna peningkatan kinerja lalu lintas serta penataan pada Kawasan Pasar Bawang Banjaran Kabupaten Tegal. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam kajian ini secara empiris, terukur, rasional, dan sistematis dengan mengembangkan data primer yang berasal dari pengamatan langsung berdasarkan kondisi di lapangan dalam bentuk data inventarisasi ruas jalan dan simpang. Hasil menemukan bahwa kondisi di lokasi kajian sangat kurang tertata karena banyak pedagang yang berjualan tanpa memperdulikan kondisi sekitar, banyak sepeda motor yang parkir di badan jalan dengan sembarangan serta adanya bongkar muat barang pada saat arus lalu lintas ramai. Hasil kajian mengusulkan perlunya penataan parkir on street dilakukan pada ruas Jalan Banjaran – Balamoa Segmen 1 dan ruas Jalan Ujungrusi – Banjaran dengan merubah sudut parkir on street menjadi 30 derajat untuk memfungsikan kembali lebar jalan yang digunakan untuk parkir. Selain itu, penting untuk menurunkan V/C ratio jalan Ujungrusi – Banjaran dari 0,64 dengan kecepatan 28 km/jam menjadi V/C ratio 0,44 dengan kecepatan 33 km/jam setelah dilakukan evaluasi dalam penangan permasalahan. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja lalu lintas maka perlu diterapkan penataan pasar dasaran, penataan parkir on street, relokasi parkir off street, pengadaan fasilitas pejalan kaki dan fasilitas penyeberangan, serta pembatasan jam bongkar muat barang.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to explore capabilities related to trust, self-efficacy, intellectual capital and job satisfaction at head-hunter companies in Indonesia. Development of human resources needs to be done through the strengthening of intellectual capital. Intellectual capital is needed head-hunter in improving company performance. The key to successful head-hunter companies if it has human resources that have added value, especially strong intellectual capital. Research sampling was conducted on 253 candidates who utilize head-hunter services an effort to develop themselves. Quantitative research was developed by utilizing structural equation modeling. Research model developed head-hunter companies that describes intellectual capital as research findings refers to previous model of research. This finding concludes that trust and self-efficacy have significant influence on intellectual capital. Another conclusion stated that intellectual capital has significant effect on job satisfaction. The concept states that intellectual capital can be integrated in global perspective as framework for developing an organization.

Abstract

Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tegal No. 10 Tahun 2012 tentang Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Tegal Tahun 2012-2032 memuat rencana pembangunan Jalan Lingkar Kota Slawi sebagai jalan alternatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pembangunan Jalan Lingkar Kota Slawi terhadap aspek lalu lintas dan aspek ekonomi untuk membantu pengambilan kebijakan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Tegal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kinerja jaringan jalan menggunakan keluaran aplikasi PTV Visum, analisis nilai waktu dengan metode pendapatan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), analisis biaya perjalanan, dan analisis biaya operasional kendaraan menggunakan metode Pacific Consultant International (PCI). Hasil penelitian terkait aspek lalu lintas guna peningkatan kinerja jaringan jalan menunjukkan penurunan waktu perjalanan sebesar 2,59% dari 1.002,13 kend.-jam/hari menjadi 976,22 kend.-jam/hari. Namun terjadi peningkatan jarak perjalanan sebesar 4,82% dari 37.316,95 kend.-km/hari menjadi 39.113,78 kend.-km/hari, peningkatan konsumsi bahan bakar minyak sebesar 3,14% dari 2.226,99 liter/hari naik menjadi 2.296,85 liter/hari, terjadinya peningkatan kecepatan rata-rata sebesar 4,82% dari 37,34 km/jam menjadi 39,23 km/jam. Selanjutnya, pada aspek ekonomi terjadi penghematan biaya waktu perjalanan sebesar 2,59% atau Rp18.647.388.015, terjadi peningkatan atau pemborosan biaya konsumsi bahan bakar minyak sebesar 2,93% atau Rp8.941.849.718, dan peningkatan atau pemborosan biaya operasional kendaraan sebesar 2,52% atau sebesar Rp2.698.300. Untuk itu, adanya penyelesaian Jalan Lingkar Kota Slawi mengakibatkan penghematan biaya perjalanan sebesar Rp9.702.839.998/tahun.

Abstract

Competitive Advantage (CA) is defined as a company's strategy to create value of product or service that has uniqueness and distinctiveness to be beneficial for customers if compared to other competitors. This study empirically investigated whether the effects of manufacturing capability, dynamic capabilities, manufacturing performance, and competitive advantage on business development. The authors conducted a survey to test the hypotheses and designed a SEM to analyze them. The results showed that the manufacturing capability and dynamic capabilities were effective in influencing manufacturing performance. Manufacturing capability and dynamic capabilities were effective and directly influenced on competitive advantage. Moreover, this study demonstrated that the effect of competitive advantage was mediated by manufacturing performance. This finding integrated the insights in manufacturing performance framework into a generalization of the competitive advantage in industrial city. Furthermore, this research was expected to provide information for management at industrial city that had valuable suggestions for management practices to increase manufacturing performance and achieved the manufacturing goals especially in competitive advantage.
