The objective of this research is to determine the influence of self efficacy and creativity on innovation. This research was conducted at the State Senior High school in North Cikarang Subdistrict, Bekasi district, using a survey method with path analysis technique. Research samples were selected using random sampling technique and consisted of as many as 123 teachers. The research revealed the following: 1) self efficacy has a positive and direct effect on teacher innovation, 2) creativity also has a positive and direct effect on teacher innovation, and 3) self efficacy has a positive and direct effect on teacher creativity. The conclusion of this research is that innovation can be improved by fostering self efficacy and creativity. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri guru, dan kreativitas guru terhadap inovasi guru serta efikasi diri terhadap kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Cikarang Utara Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik analisis jalur. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 123 guru yang dipilih menggunakan teknik acak sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh langsung positif terhadap inovasi guru; 2) kreativitas berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap inovasi guru; dan 3) efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kreativitas guru. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi guru dalam pembelajaran di sekolah dapat ditingkatkan melalui efikasi diri dan kreativitas.

Integrity is one of requirements for teachers as a professional educator. Teachers with integrity is a role model for students. Strengthening teachers’ integrity is part of government policy to improving teacher quality in the future. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teachers’ ethics on teachers’ personality, the effect of teachers’ behavior on teachers’ personality, and the effect of teacher's personality on teachers’ integrity. This quantitative research developed explanatory survey method and the sample was 154 senior secondary school teachers in Bekasi district. Test of statistical data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with 8.8 Lisrel program and using SPSS 22. The results of this study shows that ethic and behaviour of teachers have a positive influence on their personality and it affects their integrity. Ethics and behaviour of teachers have an important role in improving the integrity through the development of the personality of the teacher. Efforts of teachers in improving their integrity is an essential need and it can be implemented through improving their ethics, developing their behaviour, and promoting their better personality. ABSTRAKPendidik yang berintegritas menjadi persyaratan bagi guru sebagai tenaga pendidik yang profesional. Guru yang berintegritas menjadi teladan dan contoh yang baik bagi siswa. Perlunya penguatan integritas guru menjadi bagian penting dari kebijakan pemerintah untuk pengembangan kualitas guru di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh etika guru terhadap kepribadian guru, pengaruh perilaku guru terhadap kepribadian guru, dan pengaruh kepribadian guru terhadap integritas guru. Data didapatkan dari 154 guru SMA negeri di Kabupaten Bekasi. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang mengembangkan metode explanatory survey. Uji analisis data statistik menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program Lisrel 8.8 serta menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa etika dan perilaku guru memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepribadian dan berdampak terhadap integritas guru. Etika dan perilaku guru memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan integritas melalui pengembangan kepribadian guru. Kontribusi guru dalam meningkatkan nilai integritas sangat diperlukan melalui upaya memperbaiki etika, mengembangkan perilaku, dan mengedepankan kepribadian yang lebih baik.

Transportation management is able to integrate various components that are highly needed in order to ensure the distribution of goods and services takes place effectively and efficiently. The effects of integrated transportation systems have major contribution to business processes and the sustainability of supply chain system in an area. This study measures role of transportation management, supply chain management, and business performance which carries out business in industrial estate. Survey was conducted on employees working in manufacturing industry in Bekasi region. Analysis technique in this study uses structural equation modeling (SEM). Conclusion obtained from results of analysis states that transportation management has significant influence on supply chain management, and has significant impact on business performance, especially for manufacturing industry. In order to grow and develop and even produce optimal business performance, transportation management support with good, integrated and supported management from various sectors is needed to create superior supply chain management so that transportation management support is needed with good governance, integrated, and supported from various sectors so as to create superior supply chain management so as to ensure the availability of industry needs. Suggestions are recommended in relation to planning of transportation management systems that support needs in industrial estate so as to understand strategies that must be carried out for success of business.

Regional development and sustainable development can be done through strengthening various business units developed in certain industrial areas. Industrial estate development is expected to be able to refer to sustainable development by taking into account economic, social, ecological functions and complying with applicable regulations to improve business performance in manufacturing industry. The need for sustainable development in management of industrial estates, diversity of business units, and increasing distribution and management of value chains for business units need to be followed up more comprehensive. Integration of transportation, communication and trade networks in the form of modern logistics and supply chain management enables the production and distribution of global systems that can truly change the level of people's welfare. This research was conducted in three best industrial estates in Indonesia to be taken into consideration in development of 14 priority industrial estate outside the island of Java which has been declared by government. Corporate sustainability important to contribution in improving business performance in manufacturing industry, and will get optimal results if fully supported by diversification strategies, supply chain management and innovation strategies. This research is expected to contribute ideas especially related to business in industrial estates and urban development so that it can further increase understanding of the concepts studied through business performance and its impact on the company's sustainability in development of industrial estates.

Technical and vocational education and training (TVET) has important role in supporting the success of vocational education. Vocational school as an education at secondary level has not been able to implement programs and plans that exist in TVET concept. Need for assistance in the implementation of TVET in vocational schools aims to ensure that implementation TVET is not misdirected and is not wrong destination. This research survey was conducted on SMK students in Bekasi district by taking random sample. Verification analysis is performed to hypothesis testing on the influence between variables using structural equation modeling. This study empirically examines the important role of TVET based on preparation, implementation and competency so that it can have an impact on the relevance of knowledge and skills produced. Results of this study stated that preparation, implementation and competency had a significant influence on TVET impact which was applied to vocational students. TVET impacts can be felt by vocational students include relevant to current work, use of skills, utilization of knowledge, results of training, adequate living needs, results of assessments. This research is expected to be used as suggestion for development of quality for SMK as vocational schools at secondary education level can be aligned with objectives of TVET.

Online learning is learning process to gain knowledge through a set of electronic devices with relevant application programs and connected to internet. Teachers must develop various effective learning models during pandemic. Online learning needs to be done as long as there is no classroom learning, one program that can be applied is faststone. The purpose of study was to obtain overview effectiveness the implementation of online learning using faststone. The research subjects were students of class XI in financial accounting department totaling 69 students through data collection of observations, documentation, and giving questionnaires. Qualitative descriptive method was applied to analyze the collected data. Results showed that the application of learning model using faststone was more effective during online learning. Learning model used in this study can be applied by teachers to increase learning independence, interest and motivation, and courage to express ideas during online learning.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kerja sama tim terhadap etos kerja guru di SMK Negeri. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik jalan-analisis. Delapan puluh guru yang dipilih secara acak sebagai sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh langsung yang positif untuk bekerja etika- perbaikan kepemimpinan akan mengarah pada etika kerja meningkat; (2) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kerja sama tim-perbaikan kepemimpinan akan mengarah pada kerja sama tim semakin meningkat; dan (3) Kerja sama tim memiliki pengaruh langsung yang positif untuk bekerja etika-perbaikan kerja sama tim akan mengarah pada etika kerja meningkat. Jadi, etos kerja dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan kepemimpinan dan kerja sama tim.

Pentingnya mengupayakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, mengoptimalkan kemampuan guru, serta menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang nyaman menjadi bagian penting dalam pengembangan proses belajar bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran sebenarnya tentang sistem pendidikan berkebutuhan khusus. Peserta didik dalam sistem pendidikan inklusif selayaknya diberikan kesempatan dengan proses belajar sesuai kemampuan dirinya sendiri karena akan sangat berkaitan dengan pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Guru sebagai salah satu sumber daya utama di sekolah yang memiliki kemampuan dalam menangani anak dengan kebutuhan khusus harus bekerja lebih baik sehingga memiliki motivasi yang tinggi untuk mengoptimalkan sistem pendidikan di sekolahnya. Kurikulum sekolah sebaiknya direvisi dan diperbaiki untuk mengakomodasi siswa yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus karena memiliki model belajar yang berbeda sehingga diharapkan perlunya perubahan sesuai kebutuhan. Temuan penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa guru membutuhkan pelatihan khusus terkait dengan peran dan kontribusinya dalam pendidikan inklusif agar dapat membantu proses belajar bagi siswa siswa berkebutuhan khusus menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien.Kata kunci: pendidikan inklusif, berkebutuhan khusus, pembelajaran efektif, pelatihan khusus

Urban public transportation is transportation system developed for the public interest that prioritizes the optimal integration of various resources and infrastructure in order to achieve sustainable city that is guided by green technology. The development of urban public transportation through scientific evolution that prioritizes the diversity of knowledge and technology as effort to create environmentally friendly city that is oriented towards sustainable development. Qualitative methods are applied in the analysis of themes studied by developing a meta-analysis. Primary data was obtained from the collection of scientific journals published from 1966 to 2020 as part the analysis of scientific literature. The results of study stated that there was significant increase in the number of papers and number of citations in last twenty years which indicated an improvement in knowledge development. There are several topics that have novelty that were found after an analysis on the theme of urban public transportation includes service quality, public space, transportation engineering, regulation, and bus rapid transit. For this reason, new topics found need to be followed up in further research in line with current technological developments.

Economic recovery is the restoration of the business cycle due to the crisis marked by increased activity in various sectors. Meta-analysis is applied to find novelty through qualitative research development. Knowledge mapping during the pandemic was carried out through an analysis of 995 scientific journals obtained from searches on Google Scholar regarding the concept of economic recovery. This study finds that the scientific evolutionary research found several topics, including privatization, forecast, zakat, adoption, free zone, financing, and pandemic crisis. The novelty of the issues obtained is indicated to have a new value that has the potential to be further developed for the dissemination and diversity of knowledge. Knowledge development on the concept of economic development is expected to improve economic conditions in a business environment experiencing turbulence due to health crises.
